Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.

If I understand correctly it sounds like your phone hasnt been recognized in iTunes on your PC since the last couple of updates. I would use the troubleshooting in the following article which will walk you through the steps one by one.

My macbook pro's screen display has suddenly gone into a strange colour setting where everything appears in a kind of infrared colour palette an I can;t seem to change it back. It's the same for all icon and websites, does anyone know how to restore?
Wow! I think I had this same issue just last night.
I was cleaning my macbook pro retina on the outside. Then I opened it up and was wiping dust off the monitor and I can't pinpoint exactly when, but the colors changed suddenly. It looked super strange, it was like green halo's and it looked worse when looking at it at an angle. Of course I took no pictures!!! I was freaking out that my 2 grand laptop was busted and I somehow removed a protective film or something.
But I digress... The image looked very green and spacey, it was almost a neat effect. After about 5 minutes it started to look a little more digital though. There were straight lines of this halo effect on the edges and top. After about 10 minutes it turned into a predominate issue with the blacks on screen. I could open a web browser and it was unnoticable on a white background. After about 15 minutes, you could only barely see the green cloud effect if you looked at the monitor from an extreme angle. After about 20 minutes, it was completely back to normal, I almost feel paranoid like I see a halo or something strange. But I believe that might be all in my head now.
So yerp, lemme know what you guys figure out. -
I have an iPad 2 and so does my mom. We both have the app Slotomania and now all of sudden after having it for months, our games connected and we don't know how to fix it. Deleting it and reinstalling does not work.
Does the app now use iCloud, do you use iCloud and do the two of you use the same account on iCloud?

I want to use my IPOD Classic 160gb for notepad entries in addition to the music and books I listen to. It is set to "Open ITunes when connected to computer" and "manually manage music and videos". How can I do that without losing some of the features of those two? I just want to add a feature. Thanks
Settings>Store (or iTunes & App Stores if you are running iOS6)>Apple ID. Tap your son's ID and sign out. Sign in with your ID and password.
You shouldn't lose the music, but if you try to update any apps that you bought with the family ID, you will have to use that password that is linked with that ID in order to update.
Avoid downloading past purchased content with the old ID if you can since you will associate the iPad with the old ID for 90 days and you will lock yourself out of your own, new ID for that period of time. Read more about associated devices in iTunes here.

After you go to system preferences/keyboard/input sources as suggested by sberman, click on the + button and scroll down to Portuguese and select that. Over at the right you will see the choices Brazilian, Brazilian abnt, Portuguese. You might want to add all three to see which you like best.
The "Brazilian" layout is pretty useless. It is identical to the US layout and the only way to make accents is via the option key shortcuts: option + n, then o gives you õ.
The Brazilian abnt and Portuguese layouts have dead keys for adding accents over at the right edge of the keyboard. But these may not match what is printed on your keys.
You may prefer to stay with the US layout. On that you can get accented letters by just holding down the base letter and selecting what you want from the popup menu that appears. Or you can use the option key shortcuts.
Another option is the layout called US International PC, which has accent deadkeys on ~, ', etc.
Which ever layout you want to use, you must select it in the "flag" menu at the top right of the screen.

I should have said in my previous message that the iphoto program I am using is for an ipad 2. I simply want to know how to delete an edited album which contains one photo that I do not want taking up space.
OK....I'm stumped. The message you are seeing is typically there to protect someone from syncing with a different computer/iTunes account. Is there any way anyone else has used your iPad and possibly connected it to their computer?

Hello, for a multilingual catalog project I would have to know how and with what tool I can place text from Excel or a database in text frames / tables. The basic idea is to provide the text box with an ID (eg << text_eng_art_nr_987654>>) and above to make the connection. Does anyone have a tip. Thanks in advance !!!
BerndData merge is really useful in many circumstances, but my first question would be about the size of the project. A really large catalog might be better handled by processing an IDML in some kind of translation memory tool.
If all of your multilingual content is already in Excel, then it's probably best handled with a Data Merge. Note that you can't save Unicode CSV out of Excel for the merge, so for many languages you'll need to save "Unicode Text" out of Excel and tweak your import settings when you select a Data Source for encoding (Unicode) and delimiter (tab instead of comma). -

I need to reinstall my Final Cut Express. I have a version of 3.5 and then an upgrade to 4. Somehow I have managed to mislay the serial No for 3.5 so cannot install. Does anyone know how I can resolve this.
If version 4 is an upgrade only, you will have to have the serial number of the 3.5 full version.
If you can't find it try contacting Apple with your proff of purchase, they may be able to help.

Can anyone recommend a duplicate file finder application for OS10.6 systems? All the apps I find on the App Store are only for 10.7 and later. I don't know how to filter a search on the App Store by operating system (if this is even possible). I currently have a MacBook running OS10.6.8. If you can recommend an app, please post the URL. You can usually find the wi-fi password on your router itself if you know the router's ID and password (not the wi-fi password). You can log into your router by putting its address (usually 192.168.1.1) into your browser's address window.
