For Every 2 days I'm facing this problem

Hi All,
      I installed XI home based, I'm facing  new problem
               console Root ---> process list -
> disp+work.exe  this instance Turns to  YELLOW after 3 days of installation so that I'm able to logon the XI.
          Any suggestions or precations that to follow
