For inquiry

Dear Sir
I'm Using adobe Pro cs5 with HD video without any Problem before with render or export files, but when i start to edit the full HD video the system becomes very slow and takes over 4 hours to do the render or export files and if i touch any key or mouse becomes also freezing.
whatever, Could you please help me to know where is the problem .
My Desktop specification is :
Processor is             intel dual core I7
Operater system      window ultimate 7-64 Bit
Memory is                 24Gb Ram -DDR3
Hard drive 1              640GB -7200rpm
Hard drive 2             1500GB -7200rpm
Graphic Card           1Gb NVIDIA Geforce GTX 560Ti

I have three suggestions:
Run our Premiere Pro Bench Mark PPBM5 so we can see what your system is and how well it performs.
Investigate upgrading your system to at least quad core (you did not specify your CPU model number or the computer vendor/motherboard so we cannot be more specific with recommendations
Tune your system to get rid of processes that are not necessary.

Hello,
Free goods are only supported for sales orders with document category C (Orders).
As you know the document category for Inquiry is A and quotation is B. So it will not work for them.

How pricing is taken care for Inquiry document

Hi,
I find a problem in creating inquiry
The basic price PR00 is missing and it shows as an error
1) I have maintained in Item category
2) The document pricing procedure is maintained for inquiry doc type\
3) Condition record is also maintained.
What is that I have missed that is causing the error. kindly help me on this.

Please enter the pricing date while creating Inquiry. As pricing date is missing system is not taking the price automatically.

Delivery from Sale Order for Inquiry stock

Dear All,
We have unique requirement from client mentioned below, any help would be greatly appreciated.
This is a trading sale which is initiated from inquiry.
1. Inquiry is created in SD, which in turn triggers Purchase Requisition.
2. PR is converted to RFQ.
3. Based on RFQ prices are negotiated with vendors, then Quotation is sent to Customer from VA21 which is created against inquiry.
4. Now when the PO is created w.r.t RFQ, then GR is done , Stock will be lying against inquiry.
5. But i want to do delivery from sales order for stock lying against inquiry.
we are looking for a workaround solution.
Note:
1. Client has disagreed with Stock Movement from Inquiry to quotation using MB1B, as it becomes manual transaction.
2. PR triggering has to be @ Inquiry, as sale order will not be created until quotation is approved.
Looking forward for valuable inputs.

Approval will not work when you have mutiple rows of data. You would have to work with SP Transaction Notification

set the condition records for all these sales document types using VV11 t.code. ie create condition records for sales documents.
like for example incase of OR we use BA00.

USER STATUS For Inquiry at Item level in VA12.

Dear Sir/Madam,
In Customer Inquiry we have maintained User Status at item level as 10,20,30,40 as radiaobutton.
Now we have to trigger event to initiate workflow as User changes User status from 10 to 20 like that.Currently
if user changes status from 10 to 20 in VA12 we get BO BUS2030 & Event 'Change'.
But we unable to trace exact changed status of that item in that particular Inquiry numbers.
1.All such user status are stored in JESt table but its get updated only after save button.So if i also try to use User exit to trigger Event
but i am unable to get Run time values of JEST table (USER STATUS).
2.If i go for BSVW (STATUS MGT ), in that we have 'VBK-SALES Header' & 'VBP-SALES ITEM' status present.But we have maintained User status at item level
so if we use 'VBP' then we didn't get BUS2030 BO & in Header 'VBK' we get BUS2030 but its at header level..so its didn,t give us item level status.
So Pease suggest me some way to handle such situation.

So what is your problem? You are not able to trace for which item the event got triggered?
I think you can make use of Change document table CDPOS and CDHDR to check which item had a latest change in status and accordingly incorporate this info in Workflow.

What scenarios/ processes within SAP SD are supported by standard SAP for auto workflow driven approval.
We need workflow driven approvals for-
Customr Inquiry/ Quotation,
Sales Order,
Contract
and Credit Approval.
Can we do these workflow scenarious in SAP? Are they supported by std SAP.

I would suggest you to check the standard template in SAP workflow also.
To check the standard template, goto transaction SWDD, and search by using structure seach, you will find the standard templatea under sales and distribution area.
Regarding to your requiements , you need to create the new object by extend from the standard object BUS2032 by using transaction SWO1.

ATP For Inquiry VA 11

We would like to create a quick inquiry screen.
I have customized the screen VA11 layout. We basically want to enter a customer-material and get back price and availability. I would like ATP to run and PROPOSE a delivery date - like it does in a standard order.
Is there a setting on the configuration side that will allow me to run ATP by order type?

I think it depends on which availability check you use, for rule-based check - you define a link at doc.type level,
for other avail.check types types - at schedule line category level.
NOTE : to have schedule lines your item category should have "Sch.Line allowed" selected and sched. line categories assigned to your item category.
btw, usually SL category of inquiry does not lock qty - means if you have qty 10 available and try to create 2 inquiries simultaneously - they both will show 10 as confirmed.

Report for Inquiry sales person wise very urgent

Adobe Community Help search box is black. Can't see what I type for inquiry.

When I click on help in Photoshop or Bridge
CS5 the Community Help search box appears, but the entire left column is black. I can't see what I type or see any results, although they're there (I can click at random in that black column and I get some result on the right). Anyone know how to fix that?

I uninstalled Air and Flash, then downloaded and reinstalled each of them.
Clicking on Help in Bridge now results is black backgrounds on the top row (left and right), and when I type in a search term it appears in white. However, I get no results from my inquiry (I typed in "photo", among others). Anything else I could try? Help was never very helpful, but at least it was someplace to start....

Free goods determination for quotation

Hi Experts,
I have a requirement to implement free goods for a quotation .
SAP has provided this facility to Sales order not for quotation.
If i want to implement same free goods determination in quotation how can I achieve this.
Could anybody help me.

Pricing procedure not showing up in Inquiry

Hi All,
I have developed a very simple pricing procedure for inquiry. It has only one condition type i.e. PR00. I just want to enter price to update the value of inquiry on saving. It works fine if i mention material ode in inquiry, but if i do not mention material code and enter qunatity with some description, then the condtion type PR00 does not show up in the conditions TAB. How can i record my inquiry with quantity and amount for text items.

--Go to T.Code VOV8 & select the inquiry document & check whether you have assign the document pricing procedure for inquiry.
--Give the validity dates From & To & enter the item in VA11 & double click on item & check in conditions tab .If pricing is not appearing then click on the condition analysis & check the reason why it is not revealing the condition type.

How to keep track of changes made for a particular Inq Doc number.

hi all,
my senario is as follows :
the requirement is to send mail every time we take print for a sapscript for inquiry ..however the header and the body of the mail will change depending whether the user created a new inquiry doc or changes an existing doc. how to keep track of the changes.
please give me some suggestion.

Can anyone help in identifying suitable userexit in ML81n where in the posting into FI (using FM-
MB_POST_GOODS_MOVEMENT) can be excluded.
Standard SAP will make a FI posting when a Service order is released. Is there any way
where FI posting can be avoid and instead use FM HR_maintain_masterdata, to update in HR (infotype 15)
