For the CC Photography Plan what packages are included?

Hi there. It is frustrating that there does not appear to be a place that lists everything you get with the CC Photography plan:
As advertised, @you get:
Photoshop CC
Lightroom CC
By process of experimentation I downloaded Bridge CC, which is also included. What else?

I don't know why Adobe does such a terrible job at telling you "what's in the box" so to speak.
Agreed.
Their software engineering is phenomenal. Their marketing messages are often mixed to say the least.

Does your Cloud subscription properly show on your account page?
If you have more than one email, are you sure you are using the correct Adobe ID?

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

Welcome to Adobe Forum,
Creative cloud do not need a serial number. it will be using your Adobe ID on which you have purchased the creative cloud membership.
So you need to login with your Adobe ID and password to activate the cloud membership.
Log out & log back in of the CC Desktop App.
In case it is not signing in successfully please try the following:
I don't know which operating system you are working on so i am giving you some steps windows and MAC OS:
   Windows:
   In windows 7 navigate to following location:
     /windows/system32/drivers/etc
   1. look out for "Hosts" file
   2. Open it with notepad
   3. Check if you have any entry for Adobe
   4. Remove the entries and try again launching any product from CC
   Mac:
   1. Please click on "Go" and navigate to /private/etc
   2. Open "hosts" file and check out for any entries for Adobe.com
   3. Remove the entries and save the file
   4. try again launching any product from CC

Have you added or changed your credit card details on your iTunes account ? If you have then each time that you do so a small temporary store holding charge (the Rs 60) may be applied to check that the card details are correct and valid and that it's registered to exactly the same name and address as on your iTunes account - it should disappear off your account within a few days or so.

For the second charge for 55, you used the same account to re-download the app ? The effect is usually caused by trouble with the Segoe UI fonts on your system. Unfortunately it's a bit trickier to deal with on Windows 7 systems than Vista or XP. (The "Vortical" instructions which can fix it for almost all folks on Vista and XP aren't applicable to Windows 7.)
Try having a look through the following (unfortunately very long) topic. It contains a lot of information on the Windows 7 variants of this, and possible methods for fixing the various Segoe UI-related issues that might be in play:

Thank you but there are more important issues going on about my Medical records that are being falsified that I am trying to report and hopefully get help with. I know this isn't the best forum to do this but it is the most secure forum available to me to hopefully get some help with my continuous problem.

Does anyone know a protocol for the Ethernet control plane which has a unicast destination address?
MVRP, MMRP, MSTP, RSTP, all these protocols have a multicast reserved destination address.
Perhaps we have to look non-802.1Q control plane protocols.

Yes, Airport Express Base Station connected to your Mac by ethernet will work as a bridge. Or you can connect the AE directly to your router/modem by ethernet if it's a non-wi-fi router and it will act as a relay for that.

I have no other password to call upon and need the restore to retrieve info onto my phone, I am a real novice to this...... please help, !!!!

If anyone else is looking for a solution to this same problem, I was able to get it working looking through several older discussions.
The solution was to use the password that I had on my iTunes account the very first time I set up the iPhone about a year ago. I changed my iTunes password about 10 months ago; but apparently, the backups continue to use the password that existed when the phone was first set up.
A couple of troubling things with this are that 1) I didn't apply a password when I did the backup this afternoon so I don't understand why it was required when I did the restore a few hours later. and 2) it makes zero sense why iTunes would not be smart enough to use the current accout password when requiring the password to restore from a backup made with no password.
I thought iTunes and Apple were smarter than that. With so many posts stating exactly the same problem, it is clear that this is bug in the software.
