For the last 3 months only, I am unable to complete my online payments on your website. I get as far as method of payment, check the box, and click next. Then nothing happens. What gives. I have to then pay by phone. Just frustrating.

Here (at work) we have in the past have had IMAP and SMTP enabled on our Exchange server so Thunderbird could then connect just like to any other regular internet-based service.
With the change here to outlook365/outlook 2010 I've had to switch to using DavMail which lets Thunderbird talk to the mail server using OWA.
I haven't (seriously) tried Exquilla. Whilst I have great respect for its author and some of his other add-ons, I saw no reason to use an add-on that required payment when DavMail works for free.

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- Try on another computer

you may have inadvertantly purchased it from a non us itunes store section of itunes. go to expresslane.apple.com to get a refund and if you want to rent it again, on your computer itunes screen, scroll all the way to the bottom, and make sure the country indicator at the bottom right has the usa flag

The 'problem with a previous purchase' message implies that iTunes wasn't able to collect the payment from your last purchase - until that is paid you won't be able to download anything else from the store, including free items, redownloading past purchases, and updates to your apps.
For a card to have a chance of being accepted it needs to be registered to the same name and address (including format and spacing etc) that you have on your iTunes account, and have been issued by a bank in the country where you and your iTunes account are. If they're debit cards that you are trying to use then they don't appear to still be accepted in all countries, and even where they are it seems that not all work.
If you don't have any credit/debit cards that are accepted by iTunes then are iTunes gift cards available in your country (they are not available in all and they are country-specific, they can only be used in their country of issue) ? If they are then you could potentially use them as your payment method. -
I dont really understand it its really weird its like the box was like login so then i just put my password in not too sure on if it was the right password so i tried all the passwords that i now i only use and then it didnt really make much of a difference it just happened to come back up again and again and again.

Keep the new password to 16 characters or Less for use with iChat as the AIM servers that you connect to cannot cope with larger ones.

Hi, I can't get past the setup stage with my Apple TV box. It takes forever trying to set the date and time and never seems to achieve this. When I select menu and then select Settings, nothing whatsoever happens. If I can't access the Settings menu, then clearly I can't set the network and password. Can anyone tell me how to get into the Settings menu please? Thanks
Honestly, I have never heard of this issue. The only thing that i can recommend is obtaining a Micro-USB cord and restoring the device. That's probably your only way out of this.

I have uninstalled ALL Firefox files, etc., and reinstalled latest version. When I open the menu on upper right corner, and click on customise, nothing happens. Before I reinstalled, all I would get was a blank white screen. Now as I said, I get no response at all.

Itunes Match won't upload. I get error stating there was an error in the itunes store, please try again. I have tried again everyday for the last month and am still unable to use. Any ideas on why Match can't complete the 1st step of the process (Gathering information about your Itunes library)?

You're welcome. As to checking speed go to http://speedtest.net/ and it will choose the closest server for you. BTW, whatever you do, don't click on the robot icon that says "Start Scan" or MacKeeper below that. Only use the speed test in the middle that has the button BEGIN TEST on it. It will run a download speed test first and then an upload speed test. The download test will give a much faster response.

My MacBook is running very slowly. It takes an extremely long time to load an application, to respond to a command, and to quit an application. This has developed over the last month or so. Should I take to Apple Store? A friend suggested that I may need more RAM.
If you have 2GB of memory, that is the minimum required for OS X 10.7 Lion, however, many have found it needs 4GB+ to run reasonably well. Click on the apple on the left of the menu bar, then about this mac, to see how much memory you have.
To confirm if more memory will help, from Launchpad and utilities, load the Activity Monitor. Look at the system memory tab, specifically at page ins and page outs. If page outs is 10%-15% or more of page-ins, you can use more memory for what you run. When the system is low on memory OS X will write the contents of memory to the hard drive to make room for something else to run. Too much of this can impact performance. If you need more memory OWC and Crucial are both quality sources.
Also check your free hard drive space. Generally, you want 10% or more of the capacity to be free for systems usage. If free space gets too low, system performance will also be impacted.
