I have the shipment document number ( vt03n) in VBFA table in the field VBELN. I need to track the shipment cost document number ( VI03) using this. Please help.

hi,
you have to add a condition for freight in the calcualtion - sheet.
Bring i your condition - records.
While copying form delivery to invoice, you have to set the pricing - roule 'H' calulate new fright costs and in the invoice, there will be a new pricing for the fright-costs ( and the tax ). ( The Condition should have the type fright ).

How to track the sharepoint documents from MS Dynamics end???

Hi,
I want to track the SharePoint documents from MS Dynamics CRM end.
When the document is added or deleted i need to show the message that docuement is added at so and so document library.
If i use event receivers what else i need to do after that.
Any suggestions or solution for/on this.

To track the added or deleted event of a SharePoint Library, I would suggest you use workflow which can be triggered when there is file added or deleted, then we can send an
email for notification.

In VI01, the amount, tax column is comin as zero. What are the essential condition types to be maintained for shipping cost document . Also provide some information about account assignment for shipping cost document (which g/l account to be posted in). How is settlemet carried out...??

Hi,
Check for the pricing procedure. It need to picked up properly.
First check for VT01N when you are creating the Shipping documents , try simulatiing the document , Here if you have maintained the condition records you will get the simulated values. (say weight dependent / delivery documnet dependent.)
Then in the following step try doing VI01, here you will capture the actual cost for the shipping documnet and will the settlemnet for the cost, and account determination.
Cost settlement wil be done against the cost center. in the Shippmnent Part.
Plz try doing it.

If you want to achieve this by user exit then probably other forum will be more suitable than security. If you want to stick to standard tools like authorization objects delivered by SAP then check out SU24 for your transaction or run authorization trace (ST01) to see if there is any authorization objects that you could use to achieve your requirement.

I would like to know how to issue an Output for a Single Handling Unit from Shipment, i mean i have attached an output type 'ZPN0' (Customised) to a Handling unit in the Tcode VT03N to a Handling Unit.
VT03N>click on Handling unit icon> select a handling unit --> go to Extras --> Output --> give the Out put type (maintained)) -- > saved.
Once i come back --> i did not find any option / icon to issue the output from VT03N for handling unit. We have an option to issue output for the Entire Shipment.
Tried alternative by going to VT70, give the shipment no, and output type for handling unit. When executed, Getting a message "No Messages Found".
let me know how to issue the output for a handling unit of the shipment. Only Handling Unit & not the entire shipment.

Search for Text in a Document from Finder Spotlight

Is there any way to find a specific word or text string in a document from Finder without having to save a new search eac time? I perform many different searches and do not want to have to save a new search each time.

You never have to save ANY search ever if you don't want to. So I'm afraid I'm not understanding what you mean. Also, if you have a saved search and you bring it up to use it, you can change it by going to the Action item (the little gear) in the toolbar, click to see the options, and then select "Show Search Criteria"--I have a specialized saved search that includes "Name matches xyz" as one of the criteria, when I want to find something using it I click in the sidebar, go to Action, have it show the search criteria, and then replace "xyz" with whatever I really want to seach for. I have a requirement from user to see who and when documents has been download from WebCenter Content.
Does Oracle WebCenter Content can log "download" event?

This very much depends on how you retrieve the document.
Direct URL links (such as http://192.168.44.129:7001/cs/groups/public/documents/document/mdaw/mdaz/~edisp/ucm_003205.xls) cannot be tracked (I think the request is handled only by the web server).
GET_FILE links (such as http://192.168.44.129:7001/cs/idcplg?IdcService=GET_FILE&dID=3805&dDocName=UCM_003205&allowInterrupt=1) can be tracked.

MS word for Mac: I have documents from an out dated version of Word on my computer.

My update to Yosemite went pretty well. I have a bunch of documents that were made in MS Word. With the update I can no longer use MS Word anymore. I'm willing to buy Office for mac but I was wondering if there is any other (cheaper but not too technical) way to gain access to my documents.

You will be able to open them in Pages, and they will be converted to Pages documents.
You can export them back to Office format, if you need to.
Not everything you can do in Word is supported in Pages. The resulting converted documents may not look exactly the same.

Goods Issue for Project and Cost Center from consignmnet

I am issue goods directly from consignment stock to Cost Center and Project using movement type 201 K and 221K.
Business has a requirement and they like to know how much goods issued to specific cost center or project. Is there any way in SAP I can look into this?

This option doesn't give me the information by project or cost center.
Option which I can see goes to table MSEG set different search criteria. Problem with this user has to enter lot of information.
