Exception 1 would seem to be FORMATTING_ERROR, which suggests something in the design of the Smartform. However, that doesn't fit with the form being generated from a report, but only erroring when called from a function module. I can think of no reason why the different calling method would be a factor.
When FORMATTING_ERROR is raise it should also set a message ID and number, are you able to determine what they are?

I think your problems were solvable and not that the Sonnet card and 5,1 is not bootable, in fact the 5,1 is easier, there are more supported cards.
I have the 1,1 where the Sonnet Pro is recommended but for data only and are not bootable because of the 32-bit EFI firmware. NOT the 4,1 and 5,1. The 2008's are problem child and have a mix of PCIe 1.1 slots, first implementation of EFI64 that also has problems. Also the 4,1 has two PCIe 2.x slots 3 and 4 that share a controller but that simply limits bandwidth.
I would have left the TRIM support and NVRAM changes in Yosemite to a separate thread if you wanted to focus on the Sonnet Tempo Pro support in Mac Pro 2010-12 5,1s.
Also the make of SSD can vary and they also have their own firmware as do bootable controllers along with the EFI of the Mac, all of which have to work together. Meaning it might be that Samsung 840 va 840 EVO vs 840 Pro will all be slightly different but my experience is Samsungs work well (as do others like Crucial with the proper firmware - and there was/is an issue with the firmware of the Samsung 840 but not with booting).
The PCIe card gets seen and treated as external and therefore 'eject' but of course you can't when it is the system boot drive.
One thing I found last week and meant to mention: After installing or changing PCIe cards, RESET SMC made all the difference in the world with the long boot delay. Some PCIe cards will add a few seconds, system has to search the device tree which now shows another controller with multiple devices - and sometimes NVRAM and SMC are what I will call "dirty" and need to be rebuilt and reset. -

I emailed Zondervan to see if they might be able to direct me to a downloadable manual. The referred me to laridan.com who now supports their software.
I followed the instructions, taking into account some things that were already where they needed to be, hot synced it and it seems to be working fine with 7.8 M free space on my Palm which I trust is enough for my other very large applications.

I have not had any experience in getting any devices repaired so I'm not sure which store to resort to. An official Apple store should more than likely get you what you need, but I'm guessing it's probably more expensive. (if any cost for your situation)

It takes you to Adobe which tells you which ver of flash player you have - you can then see if there is a later ver by clicking on the library and it automatically selects the correct version for you to download.

I just updated my IOS to 7.1 and now I can't open Microsoft attachments - I used to always do it. Help - I use my iPad for work and now can't see any attachments. I've tried opening straight into other apps and just get error messages, and I the mail preview there is just a grey screen telling me the file name and size. You might have swiped it into another icon by error if you were moving things around. You can find these easily as they have a black background.
Also, to see if you rae running an active Safari, double click on your bottom button and all of the active applicatiosn will come up. You can scroll through these to see if Safari is running (and not lost).

Hi my name is Timothy and I have had my iPod Touch 4th Generation 32 GB for about 8 months and when I got it, it was fast but now i updated it to 6.1.6 and it goes really slow i have only used 6.8 GB of space on it and there is 21.7 GB left on it.
Periodically double click the home button and close all the apps in the recently used dock. Then power off and then back on the iPod. This frees up memory. The 4G only has 256 MB of memory.

Try the Boot Camp Assistant when you are in OS X and download those and follow the directions in BCA utility.

Will the antispyware that was downloaded with the Firefox upgrade interfere with my CA security program? I've been told not to install multiple security programs?
Alternatively, though we're not sure how it got on your system, if you don't want it installed you should be able to remove it via Add/Remove programs in your Windows XP Control Panel.

You seem to be running Firefox 3.0, for which security support ended in March of 2010. You may wish to update your Firefox to the newer Firefox 3.6 in order to continue to receive security updates. Lastly, your Adobe Flash player for Firefox is out of date, and contains a security vulnerability. It can be updated by following the below link and clicking Agree And Install Now and then running the downloaded file.
