Force quit Lightroom at retouch it asks for license number

Lightroom indicating disc space was full and would not allow me to delete to make more room or to quit the program. I force quit lightroom. When I launched Lightroom it requested my license number like I was installing it for the first time. Any ideas?

My trial period of lightroom has ended. I have paid subscription membership for both photoshop cc and lightroom. I now cannot launch lightroom as it asks for license number.

how do I update my trial version of lightroom to launch as I now have the annual subscription?
I cannot currently open the program.

When attempting to open Aperature asks for license number

When attempting to open Aperature, an info box opens requesting my name and serial number. I searched on Apple solutions and downloaded Aperature 3.4.3 which supposedly rectifies this problem. It did not. Although I have my original purchase receipt for this product, I do not have the original box and hence, the product's serial number. This whole exercise has been most frustrating particularly since it occured without warning and blocks me from using a software that I have purchased. Is there any way to extract the serial number? I'd be happy to upgrade but that path also appears to be blocked. When I attempted an upgrade Apple advised that since the product was already installed, I needed to request an upgrade and as noted, when this was done, I was returned to square one.

What happened before Aperture started to ask for the serial number? Did you change the hardare in any way? Reinstall the system?
If the problem is accidental and your hardware and software did not change at all, you should be able to restore the licence by restoring the System Library and your User library from a backup of the time, when Aperture has been working properly. If that succeeds, write the licence number down. It is displayed in the "About" panel: From the main menu bar: Aperture > About Aperture.
If you cannot restore the library files from your backup, contact Apple with a proof of purchase fr a replacement serial number:

What is your current Aperture version btw? Are you asking about upgrading from Aperture 2 or an earlier version of Aperture 3?

CC asks for License Number.

Hi,
On my Laptop CC apps are installed as trials, upon "licensing" it asks me to enter a S/N instead of licensing it through CC. Huge annoyance as it prevents me from working.
How do I remedy it?

Pages asks for license

Hi Folks,
I purchased the Family Pack Box Set w/ iWork09 and have installed it on all of our Macs. All iWork apps work fine on my MacBook, my wives MacBook, but my son's intel iMac will not open any iWork app, even tho it is from the Family Pack. It keeps asking for license number to "unlock" it.
Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

The last time I looked all new Macs came with the trial of iWork. It used to be that to update the trial to the licensed version with the box, you just inserted the DVD & ran the installer to convert the trial to licensed. This has changed with Snow Leopard. You now need to delete the trial & then reinstall from the boxed DVD. The files to delete are the iWork ’09 folder from the main HD > Applications; the iWork ’09 folder in HD > Library > Application Support & the individual iWork application plist files found in HD > Users > (your account) > Library > Preferences for each us.
Yvan Koenig has written an AppleScript that removes the files. You can find it on his iDisk in For_iWork > iWork '09 > uninstall iWork '09.zip.

Uninstall the serial-number LR5, the one you have installed, now, then quit the CC Desktop application (gear/quit or right-click quit), then restart the CC Desktop application, which will rescan and see that LR is no longer installed, and will offer LR in the CC Desktop apps list with an Install button next to it, so install that version.

If it is asking for a serial number for a previous version then you purchased an upgrade version rather than a standalone version. You should be able to determine this based on the price you paid. If you do not own an earlier version then you need to purchase a full version rather than an upgrade. If you did purchase a full version but acquired an upgrade version then you will need to acquire the full version.

Adobe Lightroom asks for License

After registering to Adobe CC, Lightroom still asks for license key.

With the introduction of Lightroom in the PS CC package, there are two licensing processes. The original perpetual license which is input manually and the CC copy which gets input automatically by the CC App Manager. If you still have a original perpetual license version or trial installed you just need to uninstall it, the uninstall will not affect your preferences, catalog or user files. Then shut down your system and reboot, open the CC app manager and you should have Lightroom available to download.

ARD asking for Serial Number after Upgrade to OSX 10.9 and ARD 3.7?

Hello All,
I bought ARD 3.6.1 back in 2012 from MAC Store. Yesterday, I decided to upgrade to OSX Mavericks and the upgrade forced ARD to update to 3.7 from 3.6.1 and now ARD is asking for serial number... Never had a Serial Number since I bought it from Mac Store. Anyone with same problem?

App Store Update says I have 3.7 already installed.

Not sure how that would happen but you should be able to revert to the Mac App Store version with the following steps:
1. Launch the App Store app
2. Go to the Purchases secton and verify that Apple Remote Desktop is showing in your list
3. Assuming it's in your list, delete Remote Desktop.app from /Applications
4. Verify that Remote Desktop.app is not installed on any other mounted volumes using Spotlight
5. If it is installed then either unmount those volumes or delete the app from those other locations
6. Go back to the Purchases section of the App Store app
7. If Apple Remote Desktop is shown as "Installed" then select "Reload Page" from the "Store" menu
8. The entry for Apple Remote Desktop should now give you the option to "Install"
9. Click "Install"
After installation you should have the correct Mac App Store version that does not prompt for a serial number.
