Force repricing on SO at change of non key partner

Hello,
We have a scenario where we are partly basing pricing on if there is a sales agent partner function (custom defined) on item level on the SO. We have added the fields to the condition tables etc and the pricing works fine.
However I want to try to figure out how to force a repricing of the SO at save, checking if the partner has been added, and if so force a reprice. User exits USEREXIT_NEW_PRICING_VBAP and USEREXIT_NEW_PRICING_VBKD in MV45AFZB does not stop for a change/addition of a partner (unless its the sold to I gues) so I cant use them I think.
Do you have any suggestions on how to go about this?

Hello Abap gurus:
I have a requirement in which i need to change a non key field in my custom table(Z TABLE) to key field.
For example; i have field sequence as
field 1 key field
field 2 key field
field 3 key field
field 4 non-key field
field 5 non-key field
field 6 non-key field
field 7 non-key field.
i want to change field 7 as key field.
Can i do perform operation??
when i am tryingto perform bove operation it is taking long time to get the table activated.
Could any one please help me in getting this resolved.

Use DB Utility (se14) to perform alter table or conversion. The latter is used when atemps to perform first operation fails. Which one is used, really depends on system and current DB table state (i.e. if has any content and what is being adjusted).
The way Max suggested is similar to [conversion process|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/EN/cf/21f1b8446011d189700000e8322d00/content.htm] which system takes care of itself.
Refer [Adjusting Database Structures|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/EN/cf/21f1ab446011d189700000e8322d00/content.htm] and already given link to conversion.
Please also consider potential errors while doing conversion . This can lead to data loss, so you should think of some backup to prevent that.

Update/Load Dimension table attributes(non-key elements)

Hi,
Is there a configuration change in DAC or Informatica where I can opt to load all the dimension tables during an incremental load, irrespective of an associated transaction in the fact table? I observed that for all those accounts with no corresponding transactions are extracted but dropped by the time they reach the actual dimension table. So in the final target DWH, only those unique accounts are brought which have an associated transaction.
I know we can create an aux mapping to include some kind of a flag to trick DAC into thinking the corresponding base fact table also has changed and then bring over the dimension data. But is there a simple alternative?
For example, In GL we have an account dimension which has an associated line transaction details for each account in the fact table. I just change the Account name from A to B. No change or updates to the associated line entry in the FACT table. Now I run an incremental load. Will the change ( new account name) be recognized and brought over? OR will it be brought over only when the associated line entry also changes?
Usually when the dollar amounts dont change, nobody cares but in our case the client wants it. I have googled extensively to understand incremental loading but cud not get a clear response to the above question. Does SCD2 play any role in this?

The question primarily revolves around dimension tables and incremental load. If we take out SCD1/2 out of the scene for now, could you please answer Yes or No for the below questions? Please it is kind of urgent as the client is really worried about these aspects of data transfer in incremental loads. As always, appreciate your quick response. Assume that first full load has been done.
1. If we change a key field (effective date) of an account that does not have a new transaction associated with it in the ledger – will the change come over after an incremental load?
2. If we change a non key field (title) on a prior effective date of an account that does not have a new transaction associated with it in the ledger – will the change come over after an incremental load?
3. If we change a non key field (title) on a prior effective date of an account that does have a new transaction associated with it in the ledger – will it reflect after an incremental load?
4. During a load process Full/Incremental, dimension tables get loaded first right? IF not, and facts are loaded first, wont they error out seeing that no associated dimension details exist?
5. We have a few custom tables which dont have any sort of a datetimestamp columns. Is bringing them all over everytime load happens, the only option? What is the best method to handle these kind of situations?

It depends on which password you are referring to, but generally speaking you can always restore the Apple TV.

Consignment Deliveries: Handling Unit Changes to Non Assigned HU

Hell Experts,
We are having an issue with the consigment deliveries. After doing the PGI, the handlling unit assignment changes to Non Assigned Handlling Unit.
Situation Before PGI:
VEKP-VBOBJ = 01
VEKP-VBOBLKEY = <Delivery Number>
After PGI: (Movement Type Used is 631)
VEKP-VBOBJ = 12 (Non Assigned handlling Unit)
VEKP-VBOBJKEY = <Delivery Number>
The handlling unit is assigned to the delivery but the field VBOBJ changes to 12. We could see the handlling unit in the delivery but the assignement is not 01. Logically, the field VBOBJ should be 01. (Because we are able to see these HU in delivery).
If I reverse the PGI, then VBOBJ again changes to 01. Also, if I pack all the material into one HU and leave another HU empty then after PGI, VBOBJ for empty HU is 01 but for packed HU it is 12 (with VBOBJKEY = Delivery Number)
I don't know why the assignment is 12? Are we missing anything?

Next I will change MM02 by removing Check box to normal material
It should work for me.
My Doubt is after this also i need to run the program to change to non batch material.

Change a non-looping track to looping

I'm using STP 2.0.2
I also just started reading Apple Pro Training Series 'Soundtrack Pro' by Mary Plummer.
It seems my interface is not the same as what she shows in the book. Doesn't state what version STP it's referencing.
Questions and confusion so far are:
1. I can't find anywhere a way to change a non-looping track to looping. It's not in the clip drop-down or when I right-click the clip in the timeline.
2. I can't find the format button (it's not on the top tools bar next to the sample rate selector). I can only change beats/time-based from the Multitrack drop-down.

That book is from 2006. I'm sure it's version 1. You should update to v3 anyway. It's being more stable, especially under Snow Leopard.

Change Material non-valuated to material valuated

Hi experts,
I have created a material before doing settings in transaction OMS2, so this material was created as non-valuated.
After that, I have changed the settings in transaction OMS2 (I have marked qty updating and value updating).
I'd like to change the material master - accounting 1 from material non-valuated to material valuated.
Is it possible to do it?

Hi Osmar,
You may change your non-valuated into valuated material, by doing following steps:
1. create new material type for valuated material
2. change your material with the new valuated material type using MMAM
But ensure that new material type should be extended into particular Plant that has been assigned for respective material master.

U need to change the screen flow generated by maintenance view generator: here go to Enviroments->Modifications->Screen; doubleclick on your screen and the system take you to screen painter.
Here go to screen flow and in PBO add new module in order to protect the field for the old records: u can use the statament LOOP AT SCREEN./ENDLOOP to do it.
LOOP AT SCREEN.
   IF .....
     SCREEN-INPUT = 0.
     MODIFY SCREEN.
   ENDIF.
ENDLOOP.

What do you mean by 'protecting' your non-key field value?
1) You want to display it, but make it non-changeable
A - Make the field as output-only in screen, as already answered by a preivous collegue
2) You do not want to display this field at all
A - Goto the DDIC definition of the view (not possible for a table directly), and maintain the required field as a Hidden. After activating, remember to re-generate the maintenance dialogue. Also, please maintain Event 21, in case you want to access/change the value of this field in background.
3) You want to maintain special validations/checks for the field
This can be easily done by introducing your modules within the CHAIN-FIELD commands in the PAI of the generated screens.

After using sql loader to import informations in the table fa_mass_additions and after the functionnal uses a treatment to imputate this assets, it asks me to do an update on the table fa_additions to change the value of attribute1 but i get an error
Error report:
ORA-01779: cannot modify a column which maps to a non key-preserved table

The "fa_additions" is a view, not a table.
You should update the base table "fa_additions_b".

I want to pass data from webdynpro application to workflow. For this i used FM 'SWE_CREATE_EVENT' to trigger the workflow.
I filled the container table with following values
wa_cont-element = 'NAME2'
wa_cont-value = 'James Anderson'.
APPEND wa_cont to it_cont.
wa_cont-element = 'STRAS'
wa_cont-value = 'Hampshire'.
APPEND wa_cont to it_cont.
wa_cont-element = 'PSTLZ'
wa_cont-value = '104010'.
APPEND wa_cont to it_cont.
wa_cont-element = 'ORT01'
wa_cont-value = 'London'.

WA_ZHRAD is structure type of custom table ZHRAD in which i want the data. So in the workflow container i created the element of type ZHRAD. How do i get the rest of the fields which i declared in the method. I am able to get the data in the key fields which are binded as above. But if i bind the rest of the fields i get an error. How do i get the data in non-key field elements?
