Forcing iPod to play while using apps

Not sure if this is possible, but is there a way to force the iPod to play even when using apps? I turned off the app audio, but the app keeps stopping music from ipod on the iPad.
Want iPod to always have priority. Again not sure if this is possible.

I already tried reformatting my phone.. Erased all content and settings.. And still the same..
BTW my phone runs on latest iOS 5.1

Restore as a New phone. Do not restore your backup. Add your apps back. If the problem still exists you have a hardware problem. If this fixes it you have a corrupt backup.
This assumes your phone is not jailbroken. If it is all bets are off.

Ipod Touch 4G music lags while using Apps

When I play music and use the app called "Tiny Tower" then the music lags very heavy while using the app and it's not possible to enjoy it anymore. Is it just me or is anyone else experiencing such issues (maybe with other apps) too?

iPods, and any electrical equipment, produce heat when used, it's simply something that happens.
If it is getting too hot to hold or seems to start burning, take it to an apple store near you and have it looked in the Genius bar, nearly all appel stores have one. If your's doesn't, just ask a member of staff.
Maybe try backing up then restoring your iPod, see if that helps. if it does help, restore it from the backup you made before restoring.

whenever using my iphone 5s my music will stop playing happans with local music and spotify i contacted apple support and they wanted to bring it in to look at it. any ideas?

I am having the same problem with my iPhone ever since I have upgraded to the 1.1.1 firmware. I have had the following problems.
-Music stops playing when surfing the web.
-After listening to music and exiting iPod mode. The play icon in the status bar still appears. To fix this I initiate iPod mode,play,then pause the song and exit ipod mode.
-Bluetooth icon apears in status bar randomly. I just go into settings and turn the bluetooth off. I think this happens when I go in and out of air plane mode.
-Screen freezes. I just wait and it usually unfreezes or I have to reset the device.
I have 3-4 gigs of free space.
and have tried reseting the phone to fix the problems.

IPod stops playing when using Safari

Ever since I updated to 1.1.2, everytime I'm listening to the iPod and open Safari to surf, the iPod stops playing after about a minute or two. The song isn't over, and its not at the end of the playlist. The music doesn't fade out either, like its receiving a call or email. Just straight up cuts out. I tried restarting the phone, which helped the first time, but now it starting doing it again. I've searched for answers elsewhere, to no avail. Thanks!

I had heard about this for quite awhile, but never experienced it. Then the other day I was sitting outside an Apple Store, listening to some music and decided to take advantage of the free wifi for a moment. Suddenly every song would stop everytime a page loaded or a I used the back button. Totally reproduceable.
I held down the start/off button and turned off my iPhone, waited a few seconds, turned it back on, and the problem went away -- at least for the time beling.
Sorry I don't know a permament solution, but that did work for me.

Music stops playing while using safari

has anyone else had this problem? My music will periodically stop playing while surfing the web with safari. This usually happens right after I have zoomed in on the screen.

it happened to me also... think that the problem is somekind of the used system of the itouch s.o. so.. if you're downloading a non mobil supported website... or a highly rate website may stops the music in order to continue downloading.
so.. perhaps on an update may fix that safari and music performance.

Listening to iPod on iPad while using another app or safari

Is there a way to leave safari and go back to the iPod controls without using the ipads home button?

I mentioned this in another thread, but if you're using the iPhone headset, the click button works the same way on the iPad. Click once to pause, double-click to skip to the next track.
That applies to the older headset that works with the 3G, I'm not sure what the 3GS/4 headset does.

Poor 4S battery life while using apps

Most of the posts I've been following about cruddy iOS5 battery life seem to revolve around when the phone is in standby. I seem to have that mostly addressed on my phone. So my big complaint is how poor the battery life is while I'm actually using the phone. I'm coming from the 4, whose battery life wasn't really stellar, but this is by far worse.
I know they dropped the estimated battery life on WiFi from 10 hours to 9, but what I'm experiencing is worse than that. I played 10 minutes of a non-intensive game yesterday (one that wouldn't have a large battery impact on my 4), and in those 10 minutes, the battery life dropped from 75% to 69%.
As of right now (12:31), my battery life is at 22%, down from 76% at 6:30 this morning. With my 4, I would have been in the mid 50s, and I've done nothing differently than I would have a week ago. Checked my mail, read a couple of static pages in Safari, messed with the Settings a little, checked my calendar and reminders a couple of times--nothing intesive. No games, no map. I did browse the App Store for about five minutes, but... This is all standard usage sorta stuff that never would have drained half the battery life with my 4. My "usage" even shows that the phone has been inactivate for 3 out of those 6 hours.
Any suggestions on this? My standby life, while not fantastic, isn't horrific, so I think I've effectively tweaked a lot of the tweakable things (like location stuff, diagnostics, etc). But is there something I could be missing? I have the screen on auto-brightness with the slider set to just below the "gh" in "Brightness." That's where I kept it on my 4, too.
I thought I read the new battery was actually better, but this is definitely not an improvement

Now, please try this process.
With a strong carrier network signal (e.g., not merely WiFi), I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (step 1 should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT

Please wait for one "registration" message to pop up
2) Reboot
Hold the top button down until the counter reaches zero. Wait for the device to be fully shut down (e.g., nothing at all displayed on the screen, no LED lights, etc.). Hold the top button until the red LED is lit. Wait through the full boot-up process. IF this fails, you can attempt a harsher method by holding down the up/down volume keys together until the device has fully shut down.
See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.
Hopefully that will get things going again for you.

IPhone 5s weird colored spots come up while using App Store

Hello, i've just started using my new iPhone and i've noticed that when i'm in app store inside my wish-list and scrolling it down, i see strange colored spots, yellow, grey, blue... The fact is that it doesn't seem to be a display problem, because i've taken the screenshot of it and i can see the spots there too. Anybody else is having the same issue?

Never mind, it's because of the whishlist trasparency, the icons you have below make the blurred spots haha...

Forcing a special order while using a panelTabbedPane

After pressing a commandLink I want to collect the data entered into the tabs and store it to the database.

The TabCollectBean gets the RequestMap like this:
Map map = initialSetup.facesContext.getExternalContext().getRequestMap();
Now you can loop through the Map and get each managed bean of the Tab,
that's the assumption.
THE PROBLEM:
Yesterday the application was first going into each managed bean per tab and at the end the TabCollectBean was called. Today it's vice versa and nothing is working.
How can I force JSF to call first the managed beans for the tabs???

Grey box while using apps

i never had this problem before and I just bought a brand new iPhone 6, 128gb. This has been happening all day on a couple of apps and I just happened to take a picture of it.
this has happened on something like my gallery for instance as well, so I know it's not just the game. Should I return the new iPhone already and make them send me a new one? Or is this fixable?

Seems that a 3rd party app installed add ware as well. If you don't know which app to delete, set it back to factory settings:

Updated adobe flash player to 17 NPAPI , shows on adobe site that it is install on xp os, I have windows 7, no video or sounds will play while using FF

I updated flash player 17NPAPI 3/20 and now no audio or videos will play. Have gone through all of the help on Odobe site, which shows the install but also shows my operating system as XP but I have windows 7. The previous version was still showing up in my programs as adobe flash player 16 Active X so I deleted the new one and thought the old one would then work okay. But still no audio or videos play.
My windows media player is working fine, it just when I get on line with firefox that I am having this issue..

Z10 Rebooting Frequently after it hangs while using app or in between call

Can any one help In Last two months, My blackberry Z10 screen fadded, then trun to black and vanishes and then starts rebooting multiple times before come to the normal state, this continues for 1 month , after that it is unable to start and continue to reboot uptill blackberry name and keeps on rebooting, i have tried all the solution even given the phone to the blackberry service centre, they have worked it for 3-4 days , return back by saying it is now fine, but after 2-3 days same situation continues, the issue is yet to be resolved.i now remove the battery and charge battery directly with the help of a charger then the works for sometime even for a day or two but the problem still persists. i have searched all the topics , they are having similar issue but non of them has any concreat solution.
