Forcing status to Blocked

Hi Gurus,
              I have got following issue in Inquiry
We do credit check in inquiry, When credit is not Okey we dont apply credit block we will just give a warning message. This happens based on my inquiry Configuration. Now i want to force that header "Overall Blocked status" to "Blocked" when i get one particular value from Portal.
Can i force the "overall blocked status" and change the value?
My actual requirement is when i get some value from portal i should not be able to create quotation

Is there any other status that i can change to blocked or rejected so that i can block creating quotation.
No line items exist in Inquiry. Only Header info.

    I recenly changed device from BB Curve 8530 to BB Bold 9900 and ever since then can't accept BBM invitations and Invites sent shows only as "Pending for Authorization" but recipients are not receiving them either. Tried sending PIN messages  but  I got a red x next to the message and the status says: "Service Blocked" .
    When my phone got lost, I was lucky that I just synchronized my device to my BB Desktop. Not only was I able to retrieve my contacts (phonebooks and BBM) but also ALL txt msgs and even call logs
    Anway, that happening, I assumed I don't need to re-send all my BBM friends invites since some were able to communicate with me. But for those who have deleted my profile (knowing it got lost) and were still on my contact were the ones affected. I tried deleting them and sent an invite only to find out that: I can't accept BBM invitations and Invites sent shows as "Pending for Authorization" but recipients are not receiving any. (they also have the same pending for authorization notice on their end) 
    When I tried to send them a PIN message I get a red x next to the message nd get the service blocked message.
    Help I do not know what else to do.
    ** FYI: new contacts added with my new PIN have no prob sending invites and me accepting them all.

    This issue is most likely Caused by the BlackBerry not being provisioned for BlackBerry Data Services.

  • Milestone billing is possible eventhough billing status is blocked.

    Hi,
    The scenario is like: I create a sales order for a configurable material which requires to create sales order BOM. Now when I save the sales order, delivery block status and billing block status are shown as 'blocked'. Its obvious as I haven't yet created sales order BOM and run the costing for the same.
    But still I am able to do the milestone billing after removing billing block from the billing plan.
    Is it the standard SAP functionality or defect in the system?

  • Delivery block status is Blocked

    Hi all,
    In a standard order(VA02), initially for item 10, we enter a material and then save it.
    Then the same item 10 is changed into a different material.
    However, the delivery block status in Item 10 for the first material is still 'Blocked', whereas for the newly entered material the delivery block status says 'Not Blocked'.
    Please let me know the reason for this.

    This is not standard (if i recall). This might have developed in one of your sales user exits. Check out all of your user exits in program SAPMV45A..... Specially in source determination and save document prepare user exits (may be in include MV45AFZB and MV45AFZZ)

  • USER STATUS BILLING BLOCKED

    Good morning,
    I am replicating a sales order frm CRM to ECC.
    I have created a status profile (transaction CRMBS02). I have two status: accepted and cancelled.
    When the status is cancelled I would like to block the billing, so the replicated sales order can't be billed. Do you know if i can add any transaction to block the billing??
    I have seen the transaction CANC to add in the user status but it consists in delete the item, (so the price in ECC is 0).

    I am also trying to replicate the user status from CRM to ECC.
    As you said '
    implement logic in method CRM_DATAEXCH_AFTER_BAPI_FILL of badi CRM_DATAEXCHG_BADI. Status is writen in IT_BUS_TRANS_MSG-STATUS_H. You must then fill appropriate structure for ERP side.'
    Could you tell me which one would be the appropriate structure on ERP side. I dont find one in teh badi CRM_DATAEXCH_AFTER_BAPI_FILL

  • In Sales Order Overall Status is Blocked

    Hi Gurus,
    I got an issue with Sales Order.  Here delivery is complete and billing is complete.  In document flow it is showing it is complete.
    If you check overall status of the order it is showing as blocked.
    What could be the reason.

    Check the copy control routines which you are using between your sales document to delivery to billing.
    Maybe the routine is not taking into account the blocks. You need to ensure that the logic is written by abaper to take billing/delivery blocks in account before subsequent processing.

       In the PBO of the screen in the status module write this
    DATA FCODE TYPE TABLE OF SY-UCOMM.
    if   LC . -
    wat ever ur condition
    APPEND 'PRINT' TO FCODE.
    endif
      SET PF-STATUS '9013' EXCLUDING FCODE.
    this will exclude the button wen ur condition will satisfy

    When using the API, are you trying to create the order as booked using the booked flag or the book action?  I would recommend using the action if you are not. To troubleshoot, I would try the API without booking and then use the following article to determine the issue:

    I would like to add "define blocking reasons under the "status management" in the "status" tab in BP (Business Partner) transaction in CRM. So far the only option is status profile.

    Hi Scaper.
    if you want to block a BP for using in transaction, then use 'Transaction Block Reason' of 'Overall Block'.
    if you want to block a BP centrally, throughout the CRM, then use 'Central Block' checkbox.

    Are you talking about blocking a BP in a single transaction?.. that means is this BP allowed to use in single transaction, if this is the case, i dont think Standard CRM supports it. But you can block a BP in all the transactions.

  • Change title according status of block

    I would like to keep user informed what's going on, and like to change title of window according to status of window, something like in pcode under:
    If status = new or then title = "New"
    elsIf Status = query then title = "Query"
    else
    title = "Id From record"
    end if;
    What triggers I have to write to get those actions done... Currently I have when-new-record-instance and key-entqry but latter doesn't seem to work well (It doesn't change title)...

    There should be no particular triggers that you have to use. SET_WINDOW_PROPERTY is not a restricted built-in.
    The logical place to put this code would be in the Key triggers for Enter Query execute Query and Exit as these are the paces the status would change.

    Hi,
    We solved the problem by setting two additional conditions in GTS. And for this, we set up two additional partner functions in ECC and sent those partner functions in GTS. On certain conditions,we sent certain partner numbers in GTS and checked those partner functions in GTS through configuration.

  • Listener has status of blocked on a database

    The database is open. I can connect through secure shell on the server and run queries. I cannot connect remotely and when I do
    lsnrctl services it says my database is blocked.
    how do i diagnose this?

    Try restarting your listener and the database in sequence (if possible).
    If that does not help, setup local_listener to init.ora of that database.

    Sales order is blocked for credit, as when i refer the t.code vkm3 or vkm1, the status of blocking showing as "Payment Term". Geenrally the status of credit block would be 'Old item', Dynamic check', value etc.

    The Standard Cr. management  ( Automatic credit check) of SAP has Critical Fields Check - payment terms is one of them,
    If it is being changed in sales order (other than maintained in Customer master) the sales order will go for credit block
