Forgot icloud password, can't access my iphone

i bought a second-hand iphone 5 (black, 16gb) in early 2013 for my GF. sadly we've got an accident and the iphone was broken. now i've got it repaired but i dont know why the icloud is locked. i got the username and password but it wont activated (saying my password is wrong). i have tried thousand time to restore through this 2 ways;
1. via email : the problem is i also lost my access to my email. the only way to access my email is to access my previous phone number in which i personally forget the number and the i have thrown sim-card away in the mid 2013 (due to super-expensive charge).
2. via security question : i can't verify the birth date though i fill my REAL birth date. i guest it no way to happen that i forget my birth date right...
is there anyway to access this phone? please do enlighten me

If you are unable to access your iCloud account because of password issues, you will need to reset the password. You can do this by using the steps in this article -

Be sure to note the last step if the others do not help you -
Get help
Make sure that you’re entering the correct Apple ID. In most cases, your Apple ID is also the primary email address of your Apple ID account. If these steps didn't help you change your password, contact Apple Support.

You can't access your iPhone if you forgot your passcode. That's the purpose of a passcode. It wouldn't provide very good security if it was easily bypassed.

You need to restore iPhone with iTunes on computer. Open iTunes on computer, connect iPhone to computer, hold both home and power buttons until iTunes recognizes iPhone in Recovery Mode. Click Restore button of iTunes.

Ok 1st one. The warning restriction message relates to this line in main.cf:
smtpd_helo_restrictions = permit_sasl_authenticated permit_mynetworks check_helo_access hash:/etc/postfix/helo_access reject_non_fqdn_hostname reject_invalid_hostname permit reject_invalid_helo_hostname
The last reject occurs after the single word "permit" and is ignored.
However, that's not the problem.
I'm not exactly sure what's happening, but this might be a clue.
It would appear that either postfix is not being able to create the socket for private/policy or it's somehow created with the wrong permissions. You might need to ramp up the debug level to get a better idea.
You could check if it's being created by "netstat -a | grep private/policy" in terminal.
My guess is that it's not being created because there is no setup statement in your master.cf file, but I don't understand why postfix would be looking for it if it isn't set up. Private/policy I think relates to grey listing. Maybe gives you a hint.

You're going to want to force it in recover mode thent o restore the device, unplug it from the computer, hold down the home button replug it back in intil you see the Itunes symbol with an arrow pointing towards it

You might want to try contacting Apple for assistance by going to https://expresslane.apple.com, then click See All Products and Services>iTunes>iTunes Store>Passwords & Security Questions>Lost or Forgotten Apple ID password. They should be able to explain what's going on and help you reset the password for the old ID if necessary. The call should be free.

If you have a passcode to the screen lock that you've forgotten, restore the device from the computer to which the device is synced. For information and instructions, see:

You can only locate your device when it is logged into iCloud and 'Find My Phone' is enabled, additionally the device will need to be switched on and connected to a wifi or cellular network.
Unfortunately, you cannot activate iCloud or 'Find My Phone' remotely.

Just redownload them from iCloud to the computer and the iPod by:
