Forgot my icloud password. How do I reset Icloud password?

I had a problem with my passcode. The agent has reset my phone and clear all passcodes and fingerprint from my security. All data was removed. I now want to re-install data but I have created an Icloud account and has forgotten my password as well. How can I reset my password on icloud and how do I install all data from itunes. I have downloaded the latest version of itunes. Please help!!!!

I just fixed the same problem. Here's what to do.
Click on the finder, then scroll across to the GO on the top menu bar, but also hold down the option or alt key while you do this.
scroll down the go menu to library and highlight library.
the library folder will open
go to the keychains folder and open it
in the keychains folder, then click and drag the blue folder that has all the letters and numbers for a title like "A2CEEE274-....."
drag this folder to the desktop
now restart your machine
when the machine restarts, you should see the keychains folder still open with a new folder in it that looks just like the one you dragged out onto the desktop
throw the one on the desktop out in the trash
You just reset the keychain folder so the new mavericks update could recognize it correctly, by the way apple customer support mentioned the reason this was happening was due to the update, and this is the standard fix. The apple keychain access pw should be your apple id or logon password.

Reset Password starting from Recovery HD
Start the computer,then press and hold down command and R keys to start into recovery partition.
When you see the Apple logo, release the keys.
Wait until OS X Utilities window shows up.
Move the mouse to the menubar at the top and click "Utilities", then select "Terminal"
from the drop down.
Terminal window will appear.
Type in resetpassword and press enter on the keyboard.
Leave the Terminal window open.
Reset Password Utility window will open with Macintosh HD selected.
Select the user account from the popup menu box.
Enter a new password.
Reenter the new password for the user.
Enter a hint.
Click the "Save" button.
Click  in the menubar and select Restart.
Log in.
If Keychain dialog box appears, select “Create New Keychain”.

If you can't remember the Passcode, if possible, restore the device from the computer it was last synced with by placing the device in recovery mode.

If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be presen

I chose to have my backup encrypted but can no longer remember my password how do I reset the password function?

I have an iPhone 4S and decided one day to encrypt my backup function. Then after I started to receive information from my iPhone stating that it hasn't been updated in XX weeks, (actually now 23), I decided that maybe the problem was with the encryption. So I attempted to open up the backup using a password that I thought I had set up for it. But each time I tried this password and other variations of the password, I never was able to do so. If you're using iCloud via Wi-Fi or backing up to the computer it is automatically encrypted (but on iTunes you can choose to encrypt it or not) but anyways if deleting the backup does not work you and you cannot remember that password for anything else including you're apple ID (if you used it) you may have to restore it.

If it's showing the disabled screen due to too many incorrect passcode attempts then you will need to connect it to the computer that you normally sync to and you should then be able to reset the iPod and restore/re-sync your content to it (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1212) - you may need to put the iPod into recovery mode in order to be able to reset it : http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808

After reviewing your post, I located an article that can help with resetting your iCloud password:
iCloud: Change your iCloud password
Your iCloud password protects the privacy of the information (such as your email) stored in iCloud. Your password also protects your ability to locate or remotely erase your device using Find My iPhone. You should regularly change your iCloud password to protect your information. Your iCloud password is the password for the Apple IDyou use to sign in to iCloud.
Important: If you use the same Apple ID for iCloud as you do with other Apple services such as the Apple Online Store, iTunes Store, App Store, or to purchase products in iPhoto or Aperture, changing your iCloud password also changes your password for these services. Make sure you sign in to those locations using your new password.
Go to the My Apple ID website (appleid.apple.com) and follow the instructions to reset your Apple ID password.
For more information, see the Apple Support article Apple ID: Changing your password.
After changing your iCloud password, make sure you update it on all your devices and in any email apps you use to get your iCloud email.
