Hi all,
I'd like to ask if there's a way to retrieve my password - coz itz been year since i use my blackberry world then i forgot my password and my security password.

my apple id is with extension @ gmail.com but for activation it is mentioned that it is linked with extension of @me.com

Welcome to the Support Communities! Because your account has been disabled, you will need to contact Apple ID account security to straighten this out.

Forgot Icloud password and it's security answers

hello everyone,
I faced difficulties whereby I can't send my email and receive email using icloud mail, and i forgot the password for icloud, and don't remember the answer for security questions. i want to change my password and i even tried to format my iphone but i can't do that because it says that i need to enter my icloud password first. by the way, I use separate account for iTunes store and ICloud. this problem happen when I just updated my ios from ios 7.1.1 to ios 8.0.2. so i hope that everyone here can give me suggestions and solutions regarding on this

If you can't reset your password via http://iforgot.apple.com then try contacting Support in your country, they should be able to reset it (and your security questions) for you.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; this can be done by phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, or clicking here and picking a method, or if your country isn't listed in either article, filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support. For forgotten security questions log in at http://appleid.apple.com and click 'Password and Security' in the sidebar. There should be a link in the Security Questions section to send the answers to an email you have specified. Hi If you use a new Apple ID when setting up new iPhone Any music or Apps you have paid for will be lost. If you want to use your Apple ID that you have go to apple/support/id/apple.com. Cheers Brian
