Forgot my password, email has been recently deactivated because it was hacked and used for spam

Hi,
I recently had my email shut down because i was a victim of spam hacks and I just found out that I actually dont remember my password correctly. I know my secret questions answer because it sends the passord to the email succesfully, but its useless in this case.
Is there any way i can retrieve my account details and transfer it to a different email(my new one)?
Can i remake a new Blackberry ID?I never bought anything and dont have any credit card details on my account so I dont care if i lose it,but I was wondering if the account has anything to do with the actual phone itself.
Thank you in advance and I hope you can help me out in some sort of way,
Kyriacos Makris

Can anyone help?  When sending an email and I add a name to the "To" box or CC/BCC box which I later decided I don't want to include, Mail ignores the instruction to "remove" that name so that once the email has been sent, the name is still included and the email goes to them anyway.  Pretty frustrating and I don't understand why this is happening.

You would really have to ask the app developer if there is a way to export the data.
As for adding a printer, you would need to purchase an AirPrint compatible printer and connect it to your wireless network.
By the way, your holiday letter/rant/Idon't even know what to call it... is completely inappropriate for these forums.

  • HT3702 Can anyone tell me why my credit card payment has been refused, primarily because it was issued from a bank in the Caribbean. ??

Can anyone tell me why my credit card payment has been refused because the card was issued from a bank in the Caribbean??

Was the card issued in and have a billing address in the country whose iTunes Store you wish to use? If not, that's why it's being rejected.
    Regards.

You need to contact Apple to get the questions reset; this can be done by clicking here and picking a method for your country, or if that's not an option, by filling out and submit this form.

so please if anyone got any idea of how to get the hint on the mail ( i used to remember there is a hint )

If all you did was rename your ID, you can go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with your renamed ID.  Deleting the account only deletes the account and any data you are syncing with iCloud from your phone, not from iCloud.  Provided you are signing back into the same account and not changing accounts, your data will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in.
If, however, you are changing to a new account with a new ID, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted.  Then choose Merge when you sign into the new account and turn your iCloud syncing back on to upload your data to the new account.
Before deleting the account, save you photo stream photos to your camera roll (tap Edit, tap all the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll).

Apple does not respond here.  Do not put email addresses in posts here.  The world will see it.

The post where I found the links is from Thursday, June 30, 2011. The links were attached to the word '''Flint''' in first paragraph, the name '''Elizabeth''' in the last paragraph and also the word '''surprise''' in the last paragraph.
Earlier, I only noticed the word surprise in a different line was highlighted. I went into blog edit and removed and replaced the word with something else when I couldn't get rid of the link. When I went back to view the blog these other words were highlighted.
Is it possible this is only visible on my computer??

  • Email has been stolen

My email has been stolen from someone,
and I belive this person use my email to set up an new account,
I want to delete this new account which is not belong to me,
    how can I do it?
    thanks for answering...

it may be a bit difficult to prove that the stolen email address is really yours. I think your best option is to find ways to retrieve that email first.  Most email hosts offers various ways to retrieve a stolen email address such as answering security questions, or sending a new password/code to an alternative email address.  Then once you regain your email account, you can send a request to Skype support using that email address to unlink the unauthorized account to it.
IF YOU FOUND OUR POST USEFUL THEN PLEASE GIVE "KUDOS". IF IT HELPED TO FIX YOUR ISSUE PLEASE MARK IT AS A "SOLUTION" TO HELP OTHERS. THANKS!

IM IN TROUBLE! Phone has been restored, lost everything - forgotten Apple ID and Password!!! HELP

As for forgetting your Apple ID, head to If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support  and follow those instructions.
As for those things you lost, well that's your own fault for not syncing to iCloud or your computer. You can re download most previously downloaded items once you log into your Apple account in iTunes or the AppStore.

  • My email has been hacked

My partner and I both have btconnect email addresses and we've just become aware that someone is reading our emails other than us.  If I send a message to him I will receive a "read receipt" on it even though he hasn't opened it (it says it's been read in Monrovia and Reykjavik ... ), and the same applies if he sends one to me.  I've just gone in and changed my password and also my recovery information (ie the security question), but even after I'd done that he still recevied a read receipt for a message I hadn't opened.  Anyone any ideas please???  To my knowledge my account is not being used to send spam messages out - no-one has notified me of this, anyway, so far!

Without apology - here is a paste of an earlier thread from me:
An increased number of incidents are being reported on the web regarding the continued hacking of BTYahoo accounts with payload outcomes that vary:
Account passwords are being hacked and being modified without proper authority
account security questions being modified without proper authority
addresses on web-mail contacts lists being systematically sent fake emails seeking assistance in the form of money
the deletion of the web-mail contact list afterwards
modification of the BTYahoo email settings that hijack “respond to” email addresses
modification of contact email address to one that links to the hijacker thereby informing them of subsequent attempts to modify the password.
users being unable to receive or send emails
accounts appearing to be re-hijacked after corrective action has been taken.
If users contact BT and correct the account access issues, they may believe that the problem has been resolved.
However if the additional modifications to the account email settings remain uncorrected, emails will be re-directed and simply notify the hijacker that amendments  to the account have been attempted, giving them the opportunity to restore their counterfeit settings.
The hijackers achieve this by setting up similar email addresses to the original but instead of the address being in the familiar @btinternet.com domain it will not infrequently appear to be in the @live.com domain.
The hijacker will previously have established another stand-off email address and make that the sole point of contact for any new counterfeits they create, thus preventing the hacked account owner from pursuing missing emails via live.com.
Therefore it is imperative that users follow a rigid and vigorous regime with BT and Yahoo.
Re-establish access to the original account and any affected sub-accounts with BT.
BEFORE re-setting the passwords and the security questions to the account it is absolutely essential that “respond to” and “forward to” email addresses are set to a valid address that you recognise and that belong to you.
reset the user passwords and security questions
notify Yahoo that you are seeking restoration of your contact list from compromised accounts at the earliest opportunity – they have a short window where this can be done.
These attacks are sometimes delivered via links to fake sites, news items or to fake BT updates and when users click on links these fake sites invite them to provide BT passwords or can link into BT if other windows or tabs are open on BT’s web email.
However equal numbers of hacks appear to happen without user intervention and questions may still exist about hacking happening at BT/Yahoo server level. Only in July 2012 were reports made about the posting online of details of 450,000 user accounts and passwords allegedly stolen from a Yahoo server.
In short, these attacks are not unreasonably sophisticated with hackers having to pre-prepare their “catch all” email addresses before they make their attack and create and use the front line diversion addresses.
It may be the case that there is more than one tier of “catch-all” addresses in place before the attacks happen.

Every since I installed firefox on my system my email has been compermised I am sending out junk mail I changed the password and I am fine if I use IE to check my mail but as soon as I come back for Firefox I get hacked again any help or suggestions? I do have Kaspersky and I have scanned my computer and all is good on my computer.

Are you using Time Machine? If so, you should know that OS X Lion and newer Mac OS X versions make local snapshots on your hard drive. See > http://pondini.org/TM/30.html
It's easy to remove them by turning off Time Machine in System Preferences > Time Machine, but there's no need to do anything, as they will be deleted automatically when your hard drive gets full. Remember to turn on Time Machine again
