Forgot my security questions, but I cant call anyone. Help me!

So I made the security questions a few years ago, and I just downloaded the app for my PC a few hours ago. I cannot call anyone because I broke my phone, and I have no home phone. I can't seem to find my Rescue E-Mail, because I'm pretty sure I never even made one. Even if I did, I don't know it so that's ANOTHER problem. I just want to buy some songs. Won't work on my iPod, so my laptop is my last resort. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

If you aren't getting the reset link on your account then you don't have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

I have never needed to answer my security questions, so the correct information slipped my mind. But my dilemma is the fact that the verification email address is no longer valid and I'm not sure how to get my verification.

Ok so you are unable to remember your security questions and the verified rescue email is no longer active.
The only other way to reset those would be to contact AppleCare for assistance. Follow the link below for the number in your country:

The reset link will only show on your account if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account.
