Hi - I'm tearing my hair out with frustration and would really appreciate any advice anyone has. I have skype on my desktop at work, working well, but can't access my account anywhere else.I'm told my password is wrong. But when I try to change it, the skype form says it wil email me at the email address it has on file for me. This is an old account I closed some years back. But I can't edit my profile to give a new email address without being asked to verify my identity with my password, which I don't have!Any and all advice would be really welcome.

hello! i remember my skype name but not the password attached to this account in the recent event of updating to windows 10 the account is now lost for me. and i been trying to find a way to email the skype team for a good 2 weeks now without any succsess. the biggest problem is that the email that might be attached to this account is no longer valid the ISP (a company i used to work for) stopped the email service. which gave me a couple of problems with some other places i been using the same email for. i would apriciate if i could get a e-mail to skype support team so i can give them my skype name and answere a few question they might have before they reset my password, i got some contacts on this account id like to keep in touch with and yeah my memory is rather poor to be honest thank you in advance. best regard Bjørn

We are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email addresses from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
You can change the primary email address on an account by logging into it via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, by tapping on it the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store on and iOS device and logging into, or via http://appleid.apple.com

What password have you forgotten ? If your iTunes account then http://iforgot.apple.com , if you can't get it reset via that then contact Support in your country and they should be able to reset it for you : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699

If the old ID ("email address) is yours, and is an ealier version of your current iCloud ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

You can't delete an existing account, you can only choose to stop using it. It will still be there should you decide to use it again in the future.

If you cannot reset your Apple ID password via security questions, you can reset via email authentication. If you are not receiving the email, it may be necessary to contact Apple Support using the link in the Get help section toward the bottom of the article.

There is no way to merge two Apple IDs as all purchases made with each account are always tied to those accounts.
All you can do to each account is change the email address for each one but they can't have the same email address.

I've spent over 3 hours on the phone/chatting to online support and none of it seemed to help as it all revolved around resetting emails etc but can't do any of it without my access to my old email. Now my phone won't take cloud because they advised to set up new apple ID and use that, but can't sign out of old one completely. I figured it out! I changed my email & password at the icloud site, then when I deleted the icloud account on my iphone - it still showed my old email but when i typed in my current password it went through. I was then able to sign back in with my current email and password. That was too easy for the amount of time I have put into this! Glad its finally fixed.

Not without correctly answering two of them. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, clicking here and picking a method for your country, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

It shows an error 'Incorrect password' which they should both be the same password.

Welcome to the Apple community Pavinee Supajilt.
If you mean that Find My Phone is asking for a password to a different Apple ID to your current Apple ID.
This feature has been introduced to make stolen phones useless to those that have stolen them.
However it can also arise when the user has changed their Apple ID details with Apple and not made the same changes to their iCloud account/Find My Phone on their device before upgrading to iOS 7, or if you restore from a previous back up made before you changed your details.
The only solution is to change your Apple ID back to its previous state with Apple at My Apple ID using your current password, you don’t need access to this address if it’s previously been used with your Apple ID, once you have saved these details enter the password as requested on your device and then turn off "find my phone" and delete the account from your device.
You should then change your Apple ID back to its current state, save it once again and then log back in using your current Apple ID. Finally, turn "find my phone" back on once again.
