Forgot Security Questions and Rescue Email

I just bought an itunes card and already redeemed it to my account . I tried purchasing games but it wont let me due to some security questions and i tried to retrieved it whenever i verify it always said that my account is invalid . Please help me or Mail me a link . So i can change my security questions and rescue email. Thanks for your time .

I forgot the answers to my security questions and so i tried to reset them, but they were sent to my recovery email account.Unfotunately i forgot this account and have no idea what to do. Can someone please help?!!

I forgot my security question and I do not have a rescue email which means that i do not have the option of changing them.
My country (Lebanon) is not listed on Apple Support.
I've tried everything,I could'nt find any solutions.

So basically I want to download an app and when I went to do it it comes up with answer security questions or send to a certain email address
