Forgot the password to delete app store
i've made a password diffrent from my apple ID password to delete app store and other locked apps and now i forgott it. Can i reset the password?
Not without remembering it, that is what makes a password secure.
If you have Find My turned on in Settings > iCloud you can use your Apple ID and password to turn that off, and then you can restore to factory condition, that is erase all content and settings, to get rid of the other password. There is no way to change it without having it.

ThanksYou would have to move to the U.S. and find a place to live. Then you would have to get a credit card billed to that U.S address. Then, as long as you were inside the borders of the U.S., you could buy from the U.S store.

My mum set up an iCloud account for my iPhone 4 but forgot the password. This caused me to create a new account, and it can be used for the App Store and iTunes and all that, but I can't change the initial iCloud account (the one my mum made). My device keeps prompting me for the password every few minutes after updating to iOS 8, and I've tried every option possible to retrieve the password, but I don't even know the answers to the security questions and I can't find the password reset email anywhere and I don't know the back up emails my mum used. I literally cannot find any legitimate way to sign out of the initial iCloud account without entering a password (which neither I nor my parents know). Is there a way for me to retreive the password or change to my new account without the password?

I haven't used my i-pod in a long time and I forgot the password It was disabled after countless tries but right now is not disabled.Is there any way I can delete the password on the computar instead of going to the Apple store? I've tried many times to get rid of my old iTunes account. I have made a new Apple ID and I do remember the password. My 2 main problems are, i can't update ANY of my apps (and I have 53 to update now), and I can't get rid of my old old email that I forgot the password to. Every time I try to reset the account and start a new iTunes account, it will ask me for my new email. I've tried multiple times to change it, bbut every time i do, it asks me to put a password when for my old email that I forgot the password to reset the account.
Once you purchase or download an app it will always be associated with the Apple ID used to download it. When that app requires and update you must use the Apple ID and password used to download it in the first place. The only way around this is to delete the apps the require the old Apple ID and download or purchase them again with the new Apple ID.

She has never synced her ipod touch to iTunes, any suggestions of how to get around the password without deleting everything she has on the device? Apple support recommended recovery mode, but doesn't that erase everything on the ipod?
You are out of luck but a Date Recovery company may be able to help if the iPod does not have iOS 8.
If there is an iCloud backup you can restore from that.

You aren't going to be able to delete it without the correct password. If it's your ID, you can reset the password as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5625. If it isn't your ID, you will have to get the password for the person who owns the ID. There's no way around this and no one else can help.

I forgot the password in restrictions that I created so my daughter coundlt buy any in-app purchases. Now we can't buy any videos until I alter that restriction. Is there anyway to reset that or findout what the password was?

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to update your rescue email address for potential future use
