Forgot to deauthorize Windows partition before deleting, now won't let me

Hello. I forgot to deauthorize my Windows (Boot Camp) partition and now I can't use the following tip:
"Tip: If you forgot to deauthorize a computer you no longer own, you can deauthorize all of your authorized computers at once. Choose Store > View My Account. You can use this method once a year."
I have no recollection of doing this once after January! I think this "once a year" thing is very unfair and makes accidental forgetfulness unforgiveable. I'm lucky it was my computer though
Anyways, is there a way that I can just deauthorize another computer from one computer or know if I reset the list already?

You cannot yourself deauthorize a computer (or in your case a Windows partition) that's not working or to which you no longer have access. You can authorize a total of up to five systems, so it's probably not really important that you deauthorize your dead partition now. Once you reach five total authorizations (and only when you reach five), the button will appear in your iTunes Music Store account that will allow you to deauthorize all your systems, so that would at that time recover the now-useless authorization.
If for some reason you really feel you need to deauthorize that partition now, you can try contacting the iTunes Music Store customer support department through the form at the bottom of their web page and explaining the problem to them. They might be willing to clear your authorizations for you.
