Forgotten my apple security password? Cambodia

Dear all,
I tried to reset my security password which i have forgotten completely from Cambodia however there is no support base in Cambodia. I have tried everything yet the option for resting security password wasn't there for me to do so.
Please help!

The reset like will only show on your account on http://appleid.apple.com if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on it ( http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6170)
If you aren't getting the reset link then you don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will have to contact Support i to get the questions reset.

If your country isn't on that page then try this form and explain that you've forgotten your answers, don't have a rescue email address, and that your country isn't on the HY5600 page, and see what they reply with : https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html

The only thing you can do is have express lame contact you through iTunes support. They will ask you some questions. Apple takes account theft very seriously so if they can't verify that it is your account, you will never gain access to that account again. Pro tip: use questions that are easy to answer, something that is single worded and couldn't be abbreviated. I'm from salt lake, so I'd never use my birth place because I could use SLC, S.L.C., salt lake, salt lake city. And so on.

Rescue email address and how to reset Apple ID security questions

I have forgotten my apple ID password for email and iTunes but can't access retrieve emails

I can't get current emails to my I cloud account as its saying my password is incorrect. I can't then access the retrieve email for new password. I've also forgotten my security questions. Please help !

If you've forgotten your account's password then you might be able to get it reset via this page http://iforgot.apple.com
If you've forgotten the answers to your security questions then if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Unrecoverable Apple ID password

Hello out there.
I have a friend/tech support client who has completely forgotten her Apple ID password. She has forgotten the answers to the security questions AND has no idea what credit card she used to set up the account. No verification? No help from Apple.
I set up a new iCloud account and it is now her new Apple ID... OK for iMac OK for iPhone.
But not the iPad. We can't turn off Find My iPad without the former Apple ID password. So we can't delete the old iCloud account off the iPad... can't reset it with iTunes.
There is not more "hard reset" back to Factory Settings. Anyone know how I can make this work for her?

You can't without recovering that old Apple ID. Otherwise, there's no way to turn off Find My iPad and the incorporated Activation Lock. To recover the account, she'll need to follow these instructions:
How to reset your Apple ID security questions
