Forgotten my email address

Hi all, I have forgotten my password which I know clearly the account name but not the email registered with it. I tried the live chat help which they couldn't give me the email address associated with the account because I could not give all the correct answers to the question. Is there any other way?I need to access my contacts urgently!
I understand the security reason but at least just give me some hint on the email I used so I would know immediately. Is it such a fuss to just get the email associated with the account?

All I want to do is change my BIGPOND address....I am NOT with Bigpond any more....IT is now ~~xxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx~~.

Hi we got given a email and a password but we have gone and lost it how can i get it back as we need it to access our account on line.......

I'd of thought that if you go to http://www.bt.com/ and click on the forgotten (next to username), it should direct you to a security page whereby you'll be asked the security questions you used whn the account was activated.
Not sure though but worth a go IMO.

If you added a rescue email address to your ID, you would see the option to send a reset email to that address as shown here:
You'll have to go to https://expresslane.apple.com, select "More Products and Services", then "Apple ID", then on the next page select "Other Apple ID Topics", then "Forgotten Apple ID security questions" and click "Continue".
Also, you access your iCoud data on icloud.com, not itunes.com. And you can only go to icloud.com from a computer, not an iPad.

the newer firefox (4) will not store my email addresses or passwords on msns hotmail. everytime i go to logon it has already forgotten my email address and i have to type it all in again

Do you mean names and passwords in the Password Manager or do you mean that you are no longer logged on to (remembered by) websites after closing and restarting Firefox?
There is a difference between remembering the name and password in the Password Manager and a "remember me" check box on a web page to log you in automatically.<br />
The latter usually involves the creation of a special "remember me" cookie that is stored on your computer and that is send to the server.<br />
If that "remember me" cookie is removed or gets corrupted or is not send to the server then the server won't remember you anymore and you need to sign in once again.<br />

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions. To do this, click here and pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submit this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

If all you want is an additional email address you can create up to three 'email aliases' - these are additional addresses (not accounts) which deliver into the same inbox as the main account.
You should be aware before you start that once you've created an alias you cannot turn that address into a full iCloud account, move it to another account, or reactivate it if you delete it.

What happens when you try to log out of your account on your iPad and iPhone ? For the stores you should be able to log out just by tapping on the id in Settings > iTunes & App Store (or Settings > Stores depending upon the iOS version), and you can then log back in with the updated version of the account.
For the cloud Settings > iCloud > Sign Out (or Delete Account).

If your Apple ID is the one that you use for making all of your purchases, it should, automatically appear in FaceTime already. How a no longer valid email address got there to begin with is a mystery to me, if in fact you do have, and have been using another Apple ID.
Go to Settings>FaceTime>Apple ID. Tap the old email address and sign out, sign in with your Apple ID. It should be verified and allow you to select it as the address that you can be reached by for FaceTime.
If that does not work, time FaceTime off, restart your iPad and then start all over again.
