Forgotten password and answer

How do i reset my password without using a password recovery question?? There is no option like that on the website that I can find.

If you have forgotten your BB ID credentials AND have non-BB access (e.g., Outlook, webmail, etc.) to the email account that is currently configured to your BB ID account, then those instructions should allow you to recover access to your BB ID account.
However, if you do not have access to that email account, then your challenge is much greater, and you have a choice to make depending on your circumstances:
If you have no AppWorld records that you require to retain (e.g., purchase records for apps), then simply abandon the BB ID and create a new one. To do so, however, does require a device WIPE:

But, if you do have AppWorld records that you must keep, then you require human intervention. To receive that, you must ring up your mobile service provider and convince them to escalate your case up to BlackBerry. Further, you must convince BlackBerry to provide you with a solution -- which likely will either be resetting your current BB ID so that you can again access it or having you create a new BBID and they will manually move your purchase records over. Note that I have no idea if they will be willing to do this, but there is no other way that I know of to retain your prior AppWorld purchase records.

Which password is it that you are looking for. If it is your airplay password, simply turn the password off in the airplay settings on the Apple TV and then turn it back on again and enter a new password.

BBID - Forgot Password and Answer to Security Query

Hi All,
I forgot my password for BB-ID.
I already tried to recover it by using below link:

However as I'm not able to remember the answer to the security query, I have not been able to reset the password.
Does anybody have any idea on how I can reset Password and Answer to Security Query?
I still remember my email-adress for setting up my BB-ID ... unfortunately that's all I remember.

You have to remember either the BlackBerryID password, or the secret question answer. Without either, you're stuck.
Your choices are:
--Use another email account to create an entirely new BlackBerryID (with which you will lose access to any purchased apps using the "forgotten" first BlackBerryID, or
--Find the initial email you were sent to confirm the initial BlackBerryID, and in it is a link to click to cancel and delete the account. Click on that, delete the account and then you can use that same email to create an entirely new account.

YOU can't fix it. But you can bring it in to Apple for an out of warranty replacement for $199.

Try doing it on your computer with iTunes and then sync to your iPad to see if it clears the problem.

Ok... so first... if itunes recognizes your ipod, press restore again...
if not... try the following steps..
hold the power button (button on the very top of ipod ) for 3 seconds:
then continue to hold the power button and press the home button (big button at bottom) for 10 seconds:
now release the power button and hold just the home button for 15 seconds...
you will see a couple flashes as you do this... dont worry...

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.

Forgotten password and install-cd asks me for one, what to do?

I have for some reason forgotten my password and i can't reset and make a new one.
The support thingy says that to reset my password i have to use the install-cd, when i do and try to reset it asks me for password.
What do i do? Please help!

Have you tried a soft reset? Hold down the home and lock buttons until you see the apple icon appaer then let go. If this doesnt work, open iTunes, conect the handset to the computer and do a full restore.

due to security reasons, Skype will not provide the email address associated with a certain account in such situation (ex: as anyone can pretend that they are the owner of that account). Hi, it seems i forgot my password and when i tried to reset it the program was asking for my primary email address to send an email to reset.
My primary email address does not exist anymore and the program does not accept the secondary one.
