Try going to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https//appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I cannot change my password and email address because I am based in the UK and not in the US. When I try to make a change and save it, it says I have made a mistake on the fields marked red and asks me to complete the parts in red including: the state I live in and because I am not in a state it doesn't allow me to change my details. Then I send it to the suppler where purchased this phone they told me there is no way to fix this unless I give them the Id and password .know I don’t know where I can go because in my Location nobody know how to fix this problem.
At less I don’t know what I can do to fix this problem because I use this phone for my work and All my data and phone number in side this phone
Notes :- I have all the document ( invoice and box for this phone )which say that I phone for me .

If you can't remember your apple id or password then sadly that phone has been bricked, without that infomation te activation lock cannot be removed by apple or anyone else.

Which password is it that you are looking for. If it is your airplay password, simply turn the password off in the airplay settings on the Apple TV and then turn it back on again and enter a new password.

New password and email address won't transfer to ipod

my mom owns an 8GB itouch. Recently I changed her account password and email address. However, this information won't transfer to her ipod; it still asks for the old password before downloading an app. The problem with this is, that she doesn't remember her old password, or her new one for that matter. I've tried to access her new account but now iTunes tells me that the account is locked and I won't be able to get a new password.

I did reset the iPod back to factory settings, and after that all selected tracks in my iTunes Library were properly synchronised again.
Still wondering though if there'd been a less 'drastic' measure.

Hi, it seems i forgot my password and when i tried to reset it the program was asking for my primary email address to send an email to reset.
My primary email address does not exist anymore and the program does not accept the secondary one.

due to security reasons, Skype will not provide the email address associated with a certain account in such situation (ex: as anyone can pretend that they are the owner of that account). The iPod isn't tied to an Apple ID, but is likely tied to an iTunes library. If you want to set it up as a new iPod (as if you were just pulling it out of the box), restore it to factory settings in iTunes.
