Form Applet on Home Screen

Hi,
I am using Siebel 7.7.2.6.
I have a requirement where I need to include a form Applet on Siebel ePharma Life Sciences Home Screen.
Usually I have seen only list Applet being displayed there. Has anybody ever config. a form Applet on the Home Screen. If Yes, then could you please share the steps to follow to get this right on the Home Screen.
I think we have to use some specific class of which I am not sure.

The problems that I am facing with the Form Applet on the Home Screen Are :
1. The Home Screen View is in the List Mode, so even though I am adding the Form Applet in the Edit Mode I am not able enter values to the fields i.e. the Applet is in ReadOnly.
2. On the Home Screen There is a button called Edit Layout where one can choose to hide or display the Applet on the Home Screen, however I am not able to see my Form applet under Edit Layout.

Wallpaper zooming in and out when going to home screen

Whenever I go to my home screen, my wallpapers zooms in and out by itself and it's rather annoying. I want to know if there's a way to stop it form doing it. Is it like an effect or something? How can I turn that off?

I know on Zedge Mortb when i'm previewing Wallpapers they Will pull in & out if i press on the Screen but once i set them as a Permanent picture they no longer do that. Interesting in what the OP has and i have ever tried a Launcher but they do have a Bunch a Settings that you can Change.. b

Find which screen, folder it was moved to, and hold down the icon until the icons start shaking. Then drag it to the left or right edge of the screen, and it will allow you to move it to which ever screen you want it. When you have it there, tap the Home button to stop the icons form shaking.
Or do what hannahsage said above.

Forms not showing full screen in Internet Explorer 10g ver 10.1.2

Hi to all, I install Database Server 10g R2 Ver 10.2.0 on Win XP and running fine.
I installed Develeper Suite 10g ver 10.1.2 on client now the senerio is that when i compile and run my form it runs in Internet Exploper but it show the half screen on Explorer. but when i run my reports it show full screen on Internet Explorer.

Its really works basically the Right answer is in

and by defaulted my separateFrame was already [sperarateFrame=True]

HOME screen icon problems

On a web page everytime i click the + button to add it to home screen, it works but now all my icons for each one i bookmark are the same. They used to be snapshots of the webpage mostly or an official icon like google etc. Now its a set of weights for the icon which is annoying as now i ave about 7 with the same icon.
Any help would be appreciated

Here is the problem. If the web site does not have a custom made icon in the 'root' directory of their web server, the icon will look like the web page you are bookmarking.
If you want to add an iPhone/iPod touch Home screen icon for your website, create a 57x57 pixel .png image file, name it "apple-touch-icon.png" and upload it to the 'root' directory of your server.
Here is one I created for Macsimum News.
Here is what it looks like on the screen. The iPhone/iPod touch automatically scales the round corners on the image.

Error while invoking infobus form applet

Iam trying to deploy a InfoBus form applet created using JDeveloper 3.0 to IIS server in windows NT. I deployed the applet as follows.
1) I created EmpTest.jar file which consists of InfoBus form applet code files which I created using JDeveloper 3.0 as instructed in the online help.
2) I created two virtual directories in IIS one for holding the base html file and other for holding the Java archive files.

if_html -- Virtual directory for the Base Html File
3) I copied the Base Html file to "if_html" virtual directory

Another thing I want to mention is if I run my process2 independently it works fine. So my guess is that the way I'm calling Process2 from Process1 maynot be correct. I'm not even sure if this thing will actually work or not.
Process1 has a webservice that has http binding to call an outside servlet. I need to have another layer in between (Process2) that will call the Outside servlet. So it's Process1 calling Process2 and Process2 calling the outside servlet.
My hands are tied that I can't change the webservice in Process1 or modify Process1 directly (I don't own this and it's shipped as standard functionality) which calls the servlet and has http binding. How can I call Process2 from the same binding and what endpoint should I use for my process ?
Any help is highly appreciated.

ATV 5.0 Home Screen

This is a re=post of an earlier post that was removed by the moderators.
I did the update and all appears fine. While its nice that they provided 5.0 for ATV2's I do hope they provide a way to organize the home screen. Now with the menu nesting gone for the former "Internet" menu, it really provides for a messy and arduous user experience on an ATV2 due to the 720 resolution as everything will not fit even on a 50" screen, so I have to scroll significantly to see some of the channels I use. I understand the "channel" idea that's coming but at this stage the home screen has *all* of the default channels displayed. There are some I will never want/need that i have to surf by to get to my preferred channels.
The moderators removed my earlier post and advised me that they had done it because I had not asked a question, so I will now ask the question that I was hoping my earlier post would address. Does anyone know if there is a way to clean up and organize the 6.0 Home Screen in 5.0? Am I missing something?

HOW TO: Edit or Change the URL in an existing "home screen" iPhone bookmark

I can create "home screen" bookmarks from web pages in the mobile Saafari on the iPhone, but in some cases we may need to create a URL for say a video link (e.g. WOWZA media server to iPhone)
e.g.
http://10.0.1.4:1935/live/mystream.sdp/playlistm.3u8
Links like these don't allow you to click the "+" symbol to create a link in safari as they immediately launch the video player - so I'm looking for a way to edit another icon/URL that was saved before.
I know you can edit Safari Bookmark URLs etc on the iPhone, but the convenience of a 'home screen' bookmark for say a live broadcast is very nice.

I am calling an existing SAP Inbound proxy which is returning a transient ack in case of Application error.
How is the ACK returned? In form of a XML message? Create a response structure which will have your Main Response Message and also fields for the ACK message.....get this message into BPM.....make a check in the BPM (using SWITCH) and check if the node containing ACK fields is existing....if yes then proceed as per the business needs.
Accordingly the proxy should be configured to populate the ack details.

Apple TV 2 w/5.2 software. AFTER ONE MINUTE IN PAUSE IT GOES BACK TO THE HOME SCREEN.

I just updated my Apple TV Ser.2 to the 5.2 software. Now, whenever I pause it it goes back to the ATV home screen after only about a minute. To resume playing I have cursor down to Netflix, select the program and start playing it again. Can I just go back to the previous software version? How? The other thing I've noticed is that I cannot use the new "Podcasts" applet. It just goes straight back to the ATV home screen.

I am having the same issue Apple needs to come up with a new update to fix this issue, also the radio, podcast options won't allow you to play a station for more than a minute before it goes away.

Unable to hide home screen icons

Having updated my Bold 9900 to the latest Vodafone supported software a couple of weeks ago (just after I bought it) I have been unable to hide icons on the home screen. When I try to hide all they drop but leave the top 2 rows showing. they all pop up as expected when commanded to so it must be some software glitch ? Anyone else having this issue ? apart form the common Battery life issues ? I have searched through many pages on this forum to seach for similar posts but not spotted any.

I have worked this out on the 9900. You simply touch the screen to open up the menu. When it is opened, simply touch the menu header and drag it down to show the desired number of rows. One or two, or pull it down till they all go down to show no icons!

Forms Applet Refresh

Hi,
I have deployed my Oracle 9i Forms on Oracle 9iAS.
Sometimes when i invoke an LOV,the forms applet dissapears and the screen goes blank.This is not regular problem though.I have partially solved the problem by using synchronize built-in just before invoking the LOV.Kindly suggest a better method if any.

This sounds like it could be a bug - could it be related to the size of the LOV query?
When you say the applet disappears do you mean that the application is now locked (and has to be restarted). If so, do you know if the app server runtime is still running??
The only thing I could suggest at this point is to make sure you have the latest/certified patches and software versions and if possible, try it on an earlier release to see if it is a problems specific to 9i.
Sorry I can't offer more information (it may be worth calling Support and working through this with them to see of we can get a reproducable bug).

You have posted in a forum for asking questions about these forums, and have not supplied any information in your post or your profile to indicate what kind of device you're having a problem with. In the future, you will want to post in the appropriate forum and include information about the device you're having problems with.
If the device is an iOS device of some kind (iPad, iPhone or iPod), then stevejobsfan0123 has answered it. You will have to restore the device to factory settings
If the device is a Mac, the next question would be are you talking about a normal login password or a firmware password? In the former case, you can reset it according to zwerg100's directions. In the latter, only Apple can reset it for you.

Did you check the Zoom setting?
Have you tried a reset (reboot)? Hold HOME and SLEEP until an Apple logo appears.
If it isn't Zoom and a reboot doesn't help try Settings/General/Reset - Reset all settings
