Form class for service notification

Hi All,
I am unable to find form class (In transaction EFCS) for service notification for shop papers printing. Can anyone help me in finding form class for this.

    Hi,
    Go to T-code QS41, give the catalog and code group and enter.
    U can click on the code after selecting the code group and create new  codes.
    In SPRO u should see which type of catalog is assigned to the notification type. This u can see in the overview of the notification type by selecting the notification type in SPRO.

    The object type for service notifications is BUS2080.  You can find it via transaction SWO1 - use the search help on the Object/Interface field.  You can also use the Business object repository (Browser) button on SWO1.

  • BAPI for Service Notification Creation (with address)

    Hi Friends,
    Could any one help and let me know if there is a BAPI which helps to create a Service Notification and has the capability to update the address fields in that Service Notification. I am aware of the BAPI  "BAPI_SERVNOT_CREATE"  but it does not have the capability to update the address fields (like name1, name2, street, city, region, email address etc). Thanks in advance.

  • Form Creation for Service Order

    Hi
    I am new to CRM Mobile, although I have worked in CRM for couple of years now.
    In our project there is requirement to print forms (attached to Service Order) from Laptop whenever company representative meets customer. For this CRM Mobile is being used.
    Now related to this I have few questions:
    1) Form Creation: In CRM online system we can create form in SMARTFORMS. Do we use the same tool for form creation? Where is it created and how is it downloaded to Laptops ? (I believe  to a transaction type we assign action profile which calls this form. This is brought into system using normal synchronization)
    2) Which Database tables does it refer to, normal CRM application tables or SMO tables.
    Please help me in this.

    the kind of Mobile applications we are talking about here is only running on laptops or tablet PCs, not on handhelds. So normally the users have an additional portable printer with them when being in the field.
    Another thing: For the document generation there are two possibilities, MS word or crystal reports. Both have advantages and disadvantages which need to be analysed for the project.

    Good morning....!!
    I am new to SAP PM and to SCN as well.
    I have a question on Service notification user status.
    I  have notification profile configured in SAP as below:
    Status no      Status          Short text              Lower limit          Upper limit
    5                  REGD          Registered                1                          70
    10                PCKS            Pack sent                  1                          70
    20                APRC            Application received  1                        70
    etc..
    I want the statusesto be set as  navigation should only allow to go back one by one...like from APRC -->PCKS not to REGD.From PCKS -->REGD etc..not vice versa.
    Can enayone explain me to how to set lower and upper limits for these according ot the above requirement.

    Once you change the status to previous status, just save the order. Then again open the order & try to change the user status.
    Just I made replica of your profile. I could able to change (even without saving the order).

  • Cannot load required classes for service SLD Data supplier

    Hello Experts,
             I am trying to use the SLD Data supplier service from visual administartor for registering my DEV EP 7.0 engine in central SLD.When am trying to access that particular service from visual admin,it is throwing an error saying that:"Cannot load required classes for SLD Data Supplier service and please refer the not for resolution Note No:1017526.
    My NW EP 7.0 is at SP17 level and as per the above note all settings are fine and the relevant application is also started well.
    Please suggest us for any possible solution.

    Thanks, worked for me too.
    Only in my case, when I moved the file, the sld data provider service did not start at all after reboot of the instance.
    Also, the sap.com/tcsldwd~main application refused to start.
    I then copied the file back, this time maintaining an entry in both locations and reboot the instance. Everything started working after I reboot the instance. The error also disappeared and I was able to change the SLDuser password.

  • Valuation class for service master

    Hi Guys,
    I am trying for automatic G/L account determination for Service PO's. My issue i have to enter g/l code for each line item in the PO. I am not sure how the g/l account determination based on valuation class works for Service PO's
    I have assigned the account category reference to the service category and to the valuation class 3200 i have assigned a g/l account for the key FRL.
    Please let me know what I am missing?

    Hi Sidmi
    The account assignment settings made for materials consumption will work for services also .
    You do not need FRL for services (it's for sub-contracting)
    Account category reference decides which all valuation classes can be used for a service category. It does not determine valuation class in a transaction (it's only checks with this setting).
    If you want to determine GL account automatically in your txns, then you have following options:
    1) Spro>Material management>Purchasing>material master->entry aids for items without material master
    For all the material groups you want to use for services , assign a valuation class here.
    2) If you maintain service masters, then you can assign valuation class in service master.

    Service notifications fall under the one-order concept. if it's possible to send the data, then it's with the business transactions subscription: assign it to the r/3 site and see what happens.

    After klicking in, I receive two messages - no services available (one for the area itself, I assmue, and one for subarea).
    Is there a possibility to get rid of this messages or the area-link itself on areagroup?

    when you say you have set all services of an area to invisible, you basically want to make the area itself invisible and not a specific service, right?
    Unfortunately the link between Area goup page and Area page is static. But you could implement a enhancement to the standard anyway, so it does become dynamic

    Dear Experts,
    I'll try to explain my problem;
    I have created new Form Class for print Service Notifications, I create three application forms for this Form Class. This is working fine.
    Problem is:
    I want to call this Form Class from Service Notification print button (TC IQS1, IQS2), and don't know how to do this. I want a pop-up asking me for which one of three application forms I want to print. (I can achieve this with standards like MOVE-IN).
    Can anyone help me?

    Hello .... You'll need to call FM EFG_PRINT_EXPANED after the application form is selected.  Have a look at one of the correspondence (print) events with transaction FQEVENTS.   This sample code below is from event R380.

  • Extending the class - For extra feilds\properties on service requests

    We have extended the class for service request so we can have extra properties for user input on service requests. These extra feilds are now visible via the extensions tab at the top of the service request and also on a new tab next to Histroy.
    However each time we open a new service request the default tab it opens onto is this new "Notes" tab and not the "General" tab, causing a lot of fustrations. See below:
    Anyone know how to change this default view back to the general tab?

    An annoying "feature" of SCSM form customisation is that the last tab changed becomes the default tab shown. Open your custom form MP in the Authoring Tool again and go to the general tab, change the top margin by 1 of the title or something
    similar, reseal, import. The general tab will be the default once more.

  • Best Practices for Service Entry Sheet Approval

    Hi All
    Just like to get some opinion on best practices for external service management - particularly approval process for Service Entry Sheet.
    We have a 2 step approval process using workflow:
    1 Entry Sheet Created (blocked)
    2. Workflow to requisition creator to verify/unblock the Entry Sheet
    3. Workflow to Cost Object owner to approve the Entry Sheet.
    For high volume users (e.g. capital projects) this is cumbersome process - we looking to streamline but still maintain control.
    What do other leaders do in this area?  To me mass release seems to lack control, but perhaps by using a good release strategy we could provide a middle ground? 
    Any ideas or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,
    You can have purchasing group (OME4) as department and link cost center to department (KS02). Use user exit for service entry sheet release and can have two characteristics for service entry sheet release, one is for value (CESSR- LWERT) and another one for department (CESSR-USRC1) .Have one release class for service entry sheet release & then add value characteristics (CESSR- LWERT) and department characteristics (CESSR-USRC1). Now you can design release strategies for service entry sheet based on department & value, so that SES will created and then will be released by users with release code based on department & value assigned to him/her.

    Hi,
    Can someone please tell how can I create a Valuation Class for Service Master and assign G/L Account to it, so that the G/L Account is automatically picked up while creating the Service PO for that Service No.
    Also how can I check the FI Doc created after  posting the Service Entry Sheet through ML81N? It did not show any FI Document when checked the FI Documents section after clicking on the Service Entry Sheet Doc # appearing in PO History tab.

    The accounting entry after SES released
    Service Procurement(KBS): Dr
    GR/IR Clearing-service( WRX): Cr
    The accounting entry after MIRO posting:
    GR/IR Clearing(service): Dr
    Vendor Account: Cr
    If GR No-valuated selected in PO, then no accounting entry in SES released but accounting document wil create during MIRO posting & Entry will be : Service Procurement: Dr & Vendor Account: Cr
    NOTE: No assignment done  in OBYC for KBS, its on OKB9 t.code & Control is on OMJJ & value string. Also check SAP Note: 364570
