How can i find the form config in SAP.
I want to find out which is the standard PO form or SO form.

you cannot. For a future version we are condering password indirection, which is a feature of OC4J. However, until then the option to use is to implement Single Sign-On with Forms as this storeds username and password in OID

I want to work with interactive forms within the SAP GUI, with ABAP.
I've managed to display a generated PDF in an ABAP screen, with CL_GUI_HTML_VIEWER, using the method LOAD_DATA. The problem now is getting the filled data out of the form. Is there any standard way of doing it? (getting the data without saving the file)
I've thought of some ways, such as getting the filled file somehow as a binary file, or handling the document's Submit button, but I haven't managed to get any of them to work.
Is there any way to make it work, or use the different PDF classes to do it..

Integrating Dynamic Adobe Form with BSP: SAP Objectives setting &Appraisal

Hi all,
My users ask me whether wecan use Adobe Form to replace SAP standard BSP appraisal form (generated by HAP_DOCUMENT).
I konw that it's possible to integrate Adobe Interactive form with BSP.
But my Adobe form must contain dynamic table, with ability to insert/delete row on the form. This is just like what's there when you can adding objectives by client scripting in SAP OSA.
Please tell me if the integration of dynamic Adobe form with BSP is possible?
(We are on ECC 6, EPH2).

Question on form printing in SAP scripts

Hi,
I would like to know whether it is possible to print color logos in forms using sap scripts or not ?
If possible, please provide the steps for uploading a color logo into the form using a sap script.
Is the color of the logo displayed only in the printout or can it seen in the print preview as well after uploading the logo?

Hi,
First you have to import the logo into SAP through TCode SE78 (if it is a BMP file) and using program RSTXLDMC (if it is of TIFF file).
Go to SE78 -> Double click Graphics -> double click BMAP -> then go to Menu Graphic then select Import. Then give the name and description. Then choose whether it should be in colour or black and white. This completes the process of importing the logo into SAPscript.
Then you can use the name of this object in SCRIPTS .IN Sap script, YOu can include text object(if you have uploaded the image using rstxldmc) or include graphic if you have used se78 in text elements section of the Page windows.

Can Adobe forms developed under SAP NetWeaver be used in SAP Rel. 4.7 ?

I think the key component you need for Adobe forms is ADS (Adobe document services) which you will only get with Netweaver.

I want to desing the adobe forms, instead of smartforms. But the purpose of the adobe forms is just the display as of smartforms. For this what all configuration is needed. I dont think J2EE engine config is needed for this. Correct me if i am wrong.
I have created ADSUER and in SM59 am creating ADS for HTTP Connection to External Serv and in Target host i am giving the my own sap server name, and path perfix as /AdobeDocumentServices/Config?style=rpc and i am not sure how to find the service number. In case of java it will be port number and the target host will be some J2EE engine user id... when i am trying to do the test connection i am getting the error ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED,
Pls let me know whether this setting will work for simple PDF forms. Pls let me know how to find out the Service no to enter here.

First of all, you have open threads and i dont think you will ever come back and see the answers. If you see, please close them.
Come to your point..... You have to have configured ADS in the system and for this, you have to have java stack somewhere in your box. Search forums for how to configure or go to service.sap.com and search for notes. there are trouble shoot programs. go through them.
To configure as smartforms, you have to do that in output configuration through transaction NACE.
To display only, you can make them non interactive and leave blank in editable in form interface.

How to output PDF file through XI from PDF form generated in SAP

Please check the links below to know about conversion agent tool,it is a third party tool which helps to convert the PDF,word doc,HL7 doc......etc into xml format.
This s/w u have to buy from SAP and do the convertion in the convertion agent tool and deploy it in the xi server.

How to get a hard copy of a form designed in SAP SCRIPT

I designed a form in SAPSCRIPT . I verifed the o/p in the Print preview method using the printer LP01. I would get a hard copy of the same, So Can someone help me with the following.
1. How to configure a printer in SAP or Check the exisitng ones .
2. How to direct the o/p of my SAPSCRIPT to the printer .

SPAD is the transaction to configure the printer, But BASIS People will do this.
We just have to assign the Print Program & Form in the Output types.
When you try to give the print, if you give LP01 it will takes the default Local Printer which you had set as the default printer in your PC.

Adobe Form called from SAP Portal, not executing interface global init code

Hello!
I have an adobe form called from both R/3 and SAP Portal and I need to show long text dinamically calculated.
The deal is at the SAP Portal execution, as scenario characteristics don't allow string definitions, I'm using 255 characters tables (QISR_TAB_TYPE), that I'm trying to convert inside form interface (Global init code).
The problem is that the interface global init code is being executed when the form is called from R/3, but it is not at SAP Portal.
Does anybody know how to manage this? It's kind of a problem that the BAdi method int_service_request_init doesn't allow types over 255 characters... and if it is not possible to access the form interface code section (maybe there's any way)... i need to find some code section where i can convert tables before the form context is filled!!

Not able to get Form 16 A (SAP Business One 8.8 Version)

Hi all,
I am not able to get Form 16 A, after giving necessary information in Form 16 A Selection criteria screen (after posting Outgoing payment for vendor and Govt authority), then system opens another window u201CForm 16 A reportu201D and clicked u201Cgenerate certificate nou201D , but not able to view form 16A.
system is throwing a message "No certificate number marked to any invoice included in this form",
where to mark the certificate number in the invioice?
In BP master under accounting , tax subtab, for Subject to withholding tas there we have a feild for certificate no, update this feild also the same system mesaage is popping up
Is there any other process to view?
Am working on SAP Business One 8.8 (8.80.229) SP: 00 PL: 10

Hello Dear,
After posting outgoing payment and payment of TDS on TDS account,Update the challan entries.
You can get the update challan entries form under Financial --CXS-TDS.
After that open the Form 16 A form you will get the report.

Problem windows form modal in SAP BO

Dear all.
I have a problem.
I developed an Add-on to show a windows form. The windwos form call the
Cyristal Report's viewer. The form is call in a separeted Tread:

Now it happens that :
     the first time I run the form that's OK, but if i try to run it again      without stopping the application there is an error not clearly specified.
     Additionally the first time , when all seems Ok,
     the form is not bring to front
(i used the property topmost=true and the method showdiagol).
