Form getting hit by spam

Hello
the form on this page :
http://accounting.smartpros.com/standard/forms/adpcpe3.asp?category=adp
is getting hit by porn spam and we need it to stop. So I was hoping
to jsut change the form name at least.. may be that would help?
Any ideas?

Form problem-Hit submit and get a blank page

Hi and thanks for the help!
I have a form I created in Dreamweaver using Spry validation. It works most of the time, however, a few times the visitor hits the submit button and receives a blank screen but the results are submitted. Of course they have no way of knowing that as they stare down a blank page. Here is the website: http://tinyurl.com/klej69
I have successfully submitted it on Mac-Safari & Firefox and on PC on Firefox and Explorer 7.
The client wanted the questions numbered-is there a problem with the "name" starting with a number? I do have the "id" all lower case, no numbers.

Since it's not a consistent problem, you are likely having issues with specific browsers. Is the form page targeting another page, or is it submitting back to its self and supposed to be showing some sort of message?
I would venture to guess that there's a problem with the validation java script with some browsers. What it is probably doing is trying to validate and failing, which causes the blank screen, but since the validation failed the form get's submitted anyway. Try looking at the submitted forms to see any information, or lack of it that should have triggered a message. If you find it, the validation for that field could be your culprit.

G/L Account mentioned on line level does not get hit in Journal entry on GRPO and AP Invoice in SAP B1 9.0 PL - 11
I am creating an independent AP Invoice, there are two issues:
1. On line level G/L Account field is not open for selection
2. I have then selected and updated the account on Form Settings. Same account gets updated on line level.
In Journal Entry selected G/L account on line level shall be hitted. But it does not put any effect on JE. Accounting is set by Warehouse. It picks up accounts from warehouse only.
Need help its urgent.

Invoice is Item Type.
G/L Accounts are set by Warehouse. But if explicitly we are want to change the account on line level in that case, it is not getting reflected in Journal entry. On AR Invoice same scenario works perfectly. On line level I can change the accounts explicitly and have the effect on Journal entries.
Issue seems to be on AP side only.
As required please find attached the screen shots.

Why are Contact Forms being pounded with SPAM?

Is anyone else experience an unusually high volume of SPAM in thier contact forms?
I have two clients getting pounded with SPAM.

The spam stopped once we applied the filters for the Comments and the Akismet is sitting there in the system now so they just need to fully role out the control into forms which will do a lot.
The Amazing thing with that which I need to check with the engineers that I thought is that BC is run by BC, so if they are using Akismet I want to check to see if they are pooling all the spam filters applied on all BC sites into one central database that ALL sites have access too. If they are doing this - SWEET, if not I am going to suggest they do.
THat would mean if your being spammed what you block will mean sites I build will not get those same spam and so on.
Making the captcha more secure agaisnt OCR will make them harder to use so there is negatives you got to weigh up.

AUM(Expense/revenue from stock transfer) Transaction key getting hit @ time of 641

I have done STO for Finished good, price maintained both the plant is 100, & excise is 12.36 %, but at time of PGI, In receiving plant Excise Amount is posted to AUM.
I have referred below example.
AUM is triggered if the material in supplying plant is maintained either in MAP or Standard price and material in recieving plant is in stamdard price and there should be a price difference. The differencial amount will be posted to the Expense/Income account through AUM.
In my case price in both plant is same.

I am posting invoice for the materials with moving average price in backdate.
eg
mat A : 1000 kg , Rs 1000 /-
mat B : 1000 kg , Rs 1000/-
Now i have got an unpanned delivery cost of Rs 500. When I am posting this price i detailed tab following entries occur ( simulate)
Vendor cr            2500-
GR IR clrng         1000
mat A Inv a/c       250
GR IR clrng         1000
Pr diff a/c             250
Here at the time of booking the invoice the stock of mat B is less than that in invoice . Also .... thet total of mat A Inv a/c & Pr diff a/c is 500/- that is total unpalnned del cost.

I get so much spam on my Verizon account I can't use it as my main account. I get pages of spam every day. I have a g-mail account and a mac.com account that works great. Wish verizon.net did.
I would think that Verizon would have a spam filter.

They do. Do you have it turned on for your email account? If not, do so, it may help. Of course you can also create custom filters to recognize and delete emails that get through the SPAM filter, but unfortunately the filtering is pretty basic, there is no ability to filter just by domain, for example.

Optional parameters to webservice method over FORM-GET

Hi.
I'm developing a proof of concept webservice using Workshop and my test method looks something like this:
     * @common:operation
     * @jws:protocol soap-style="rpc" http-xml="false"
        form-post="true" http-soap="true"
    public void foobar(
        String param1, String param2, String param3)
    }The schema elements I map to the parameters specifies that they are optional.
There are no problems when using this as a webservice - I'm able to specify these optional parameters (or not). When I invoke this using FORM-GET, it seems that these parameters are all required (although I can specify an empty value).
E.g. The following works fine:
http://localhost:7001/TestWebService/Test.jws?param1=abc&param2=def&param3=ghi
The following works fine and calls my code with param1 being an empty string:
http://localhost:7001/TestWebService/Test.jws?param1=&param2=def&param3=ghi
The following returns an error:
http://localhost:7001/TestWebService/Test.jws?param2=def&param3=ghi
The error is: "Unable to transform query arguments to Java arguments Parameter 'param1' - No value found"
Can anyone advise on how to not require the presence of optional parameters using FORM-GET?

thanks for the quick turn-around. Jdev version that i am using is Studio Edition Version 11.1.1.6.0. And i am using SOAP. Isnt there a way without using a backing bean? I am planning to use it as a portlet. Would'nt creating a backing bean cause a problem in that case?? Also i am confused here . The method that i am dragging is GET_ACCOUNTOperation(Object). I tried passing the hashmap . It gave the following exception :

I have a webdynpro component which calls an Adobe form which gets data from BADI i.e. prepoulate the values after interacting with the BADI's.How to find the BADI's name ?how it triggers that particular BADI.where it is calling exit handler?

That's why we have debuggers. I suggest that you start debugging through the application and see what it is going on. I would find it difficult to see how the Form itself calls a BADI (since a BADI is an exit in ABAP coding). I would think that the BADI would be called via a service class of the Web Dynpro or the Web Dynpro is calling a function module to process the form. I would start back with the Web Dynpro and see how it is even initializing the form itself.

10g Form gets Frozen

We are using Oracle 10g forms as a web aplication, and one of our forms gets frozen after being used for some time, this doesn't happen all the time, and this issue has nothing to do with any query (we have run traces an all the queries look ok).
More details...
Whithin this form we have a window with a lot of items (buttons, check, text fields, trees, lists), the Enable, Visible and Navigatable properties of these items are changed based on user's selection, this could happend several times (some times more than 30).
As we haven't been able to find the root cause of this in the code, I believe the issue could be that the porperty of the items are being changed a lot of times, and this might cause a memory issue on the JVM or something like that.
Has anyone faced with a similar issue?
BTW, we don´t get any error message, the entire application gets frozen, we can't even open the Java console.

I have the same situation here. I am using forms 10.1.2.3 with latest patch applied. On the client side there is JRE 1.6.14. No matter if I use IE or Mozilla the form or better to say whole browser gets frozen. The most funny thing is this problem started with users who have got new computers. So on old computers there are no problems but on the new ones the browser gets freezed five to ten times per day. Our impression is this is happening in certain combionation with JDK and hardware. I should mention I have switched three users back to Jinitiator and there were no problems. The worst problem is there are no log or trace files when browser freezes.
I am sorry I could not help you but at least you will not feel you are alone. If I will manage to find some solution I will let you know.

Spam getting past ORF spam filter

We are running Exchange Server 2007 with ORF version 5.2. Most of our spam has been taken care of besides a few here and there but one person specifically is still getting lots of spam. I enabled the junk email protection through outlook but
I would like to block it before it gets to outlook. Any suggestions?

Hello,
You should make sure these spam messages from random senders or specified senders/ IP address.
You can check the spam message header to find the sender/ sender IP address. And then add the sender IP address to IP Block List to check the result.

Adobe Plug-in - Save Event Getting Hit on Open

I am creating a simple Adobe plug-in which registers for event notifications and displays an alert message when these events get hit. I am registering for the Opening and Saving of PDFs.

When I open a PDF I get three alert message boxes in the following order:
OPEN
BEFORE_SAVE
AFTER_SAVE
Is there a reason why the save events are getting hit on the open event? Is there anything in the above code that could be causing this?
Is there another approach I should be taking to register for these events?
Note that when I perfom a Save the events are getting fired correctly.

Windows XP OS
