Form Of Address

Hello there,
I am trying to add some entries to the form of address on a BSP page.
The list is populated with 'Ms' and 'Mr'
I need to add a few more i.e. 'Dr'. I can't find the database table that hold
these values. Can anyone help me??

Form of address key is not defined - Message AM117-VL02N

I have defined a COA for the customer when there is a PGI for that customer.
When I do the PGI i am getting update termination error - Form of address key is not defined.
As per the message it says that TSAD3T - TITLE is not maintained. But I see the customer master it is maintained as 'Company'.
Also when I remove the Title using XD02 also i am getting the same message.
Please let me know what settings and changes i need to do for PGI to happen.

check in customizing what form has been assigned and check the form. It sound like somebody created a form (SAPscript, Smartforms, Adobe Forms) for the billing document and there´s no window on it for the address or it has another name.

How to change the text "form of address" while Create User in EP6.0??

We are using NDS 2.0.9 & EP6.0.
I have the following doubts:
1) I have to change the text Form of Address which comes when we Create User in EP.
Can any1 please let me know how to change that text? Is there any .par file? What is the name of .par file (if any) which is used to Create User in EP6.0??
2) I am getting the value of this form of address by request.getSalutation() in PDK, but this value is coming in the Welcome Message in the masthead. I tried to change the masthead by changing the corresponding code, but i am getting a runtime error. Is there any other method of making this salutation value NOT appear in the masthead welcome message?

within HeadiView.jsp, you'll find this code fragment:

return java.text.MessageFormat.format(welcomeClause, new Object[] {firstName, lastName, " "}).toString();
Just delete the first part and always use the second:
return java.text.MessageFormat.format(welcomeClause, new Object[] {firstName, lastName, " "}).toString();
This will delete the salutation without errors

VF02 - Error in Outbound Idoc - "Form of Address Key is not defined"

Hi,
While processing the outbound idoc in VF02, i am getting an error "Form of Address Key is not defined".
Our system has been recently patched.
While processing the idocs in VF02 (for the invoices created earlier to the patching date), there is no error & the Idoc gets created.
I am not sure why i am gettting the above error now (that is after patching).
Please let me know if i am missing something here / is it because of the patching.

Form of address text - HR ABAP

I have a requirement to get the Form of address text(e.g. Mr. Ms, Miss) from infotype field Q0002-ANREX into my smartform. Please advice how can i do the same.

please don't use Q struture lilke Q0002-ANREX ...
it is there in th intotpye table pa00002 there the fireld is ANRED -> Form-of-Address Key ..
For that the check table is T522G ... and see inthe table T522T
so with person no in t pa0002 table take ANDRED and GESCH filter it in the check table T522G and T522T with language key ... you will get you data ...
so ATEXT ,ANRLT ... this 2 field from table T522T are the actualy fields for your requirement ..

Infotype 0002 not allowing blank entries in the form of address field

For Great Britain (GB), Italy (IT) and Belgium (BE) , the countries I encountered during testing, when I enter a blank in the 'Form of Address' (Salutation) field in IT0002 - Personal Data and try to view after save, it reverts it back to the old value like 'Mr., Ms. etc. I tried the same for U.S. and it works fine and keeps the blank as a valid value.
There is an old SAP note of 633206 about Belgium but it should have been fixed with later versions (I am on ECC 6.0) - Anyone has any idea why?

Sem - Even when I select the Gender to 'Unknown' it does the samething, it reverts it back to the old value?

The form of address field in E-Recruiting is taken from the business partner settings, so you have to adjust them in V_TSAD3.

I'm in CRM 2007 6.0, trying to figure out what was the standard set of "form of address" that CRM delivered. This is because it has been customized 100% previously.
Please comment.

SAP delivers some standard Forms of Address, usually four key entries (and their corresponding translated entries).
Here's a typical extract of the Forms of Address table under Address Management/Business Address Services
Key    Title       Person   Org   Grp   Gender
0001      Ms.         X        X           2 Female

0003      Company              X           Gender not known
0004      Dr.          X                    Gender not known
Take care as there are also special Forms that are maintained separately such as Academic Titles (6 entries), Name Prefixes (10 entries), Supplements (6 entries) and so on.

How to Set a Form Mail Address

I have a form all set up on a web page in DW and what it's
supposed to do, but I don't know where the field is to put my
e-mail address for the form to send the info to. I tried putting it
in "action", but that's not it as a test to see if I'd get anything
failed. So, where
do I put my e-mail?

There are only two ways to process form data -
1. Use mailto:[email protected] as the action of the form
2. Use a server-side scripting method to a) harvest the
form's data, b)
process it in some manner, e.g., enter it into a database, c)
formulate and
send an email to one or more email recipients, and d)
redirect the visitor
to some ending page
Method 1 is quite simple, and is also the least reliable. It
depends both
on your visitor having an email client already installed on
their computer -
this eliminates public computers, or home users without email
clients
installed (more and more it seems) - and on the installed
email client
responding to
the mailto call. It is not possible to use this method *and*
send the
visitor to a
thank you page as well.
Method 2a is the preferred method, since it eliminates the
problems of
method
1, but it means that you have to grapple with
server-scripting somehow (ASP,
CF, PHP, perl, etc.).
Method 2b would be to use some third-party form processing,
like
http://www.bebosoft.com/products/formstogo/.
You would have to decide which of these methods is best for
your needs,
but if it's Method 2a, then start by asking your host what
they provide for
form
processing. If it's 2b, then read their FAQ/instructions

Sapscript - email form - vendor address

Hello all,
we are emailing our purchase orders out of SAP to one of our email addresses, it is always the same address. As configuration, we have setup a new vendor X and use this vendor to enter the recipient email address.
We then enter this vendor number as partner into the output message in the purchase order. Partner type is VN for vendor, medium external send and we created a new output type. Once the output is triggered, email is sent to our email address.
The vendor address is also on the sapscript form:

Now the LFA1 table seems to contain the address of our vendor X that has been setup for email only. Meaning it prints the physical address of our email vendor on the form. But it should show the address of the actual vendor of the purchase order, which is in &EKKO-LIFNR&.
How can we show the correct address on the form?

Hi,
ok, I think I got it now. Please see below code. The sapscript and the subroutine pool are activated. I have set a break point into the subroutine pool, but whenever I start the output of the PO, it doesn't stop at the break point. So I guess it never reaches the subroutine.
Any suggestions why?

Problem with former email addresses appearing as options when addressing emails.

When I am typing in the name of the person I want to send an email to in Apple Mail version 3.6, all former addresses will appear for me to choose from, and before I know it I am sending emails to someone's old email address all the time.
How do you get rid of old email addresses so they won't appear as options when you are trying to send an email?
I'm using an older MacBook w/ OS X version 10.5.8, which I'm not sure if it makes a difference with my problem.

Thx so much, Christopher. I am finding out that there are several ways to deal with this issue, and it seems like there's a few different things I need to do. I am finding some under different related questions, but yours was helpful, too.
I went to Windows > Previous Recepients
and sorted and removed old addresses from there
But I also needed to go to address book and found an incorrect address for the spouse of my recipient, so I needed your solution, too.
It was also suggested that I
Right click on the old mail address when it appears when starting a new mail message, then click
remove from previous recipents list
I'll be doing all of these as it comes up.

Submit form email address save document at same time?

I want to save a template with a submit form button which saves and sends a new document to an email address?

If you are not already, you need to use a server side script to process your forms. Do not use mailto for the form action property. The server side script is where you put the code to redirect to the 'thank you' page. Many common scripts take the redirect url from a hidden form field.

Some of my tunes are assigned to a former email address and I can't remember the password. The security questions won't let me pass my date of birth, which they say is incorrect! I think I know my DOB. What can I do to remedy this

My laptop now has a different email address so there are certain tunes that won't play as hey are assigned to the old address. I can't remember the old password and the security question won't allow me past my date of birth, which they say is incorrect!! I certainly know my DOB. Is there anyway I can unlock these tunes?

Hello together,
i have to design a PDF form with following tite dependent on customer data:
1) Dear Mr. XXX / if male
2) Dear Ms. YYY / if female
3) Dear Mr./Ms / if unknown
In german we have to use two different forms of "dear", depentend on ***
male: Sehr geehrter
femal: Sehr geehrte
What is best practice for this requierement?
a) Scripting and setting the right Titel inside the form
b) getting these string in program and set in interface
c) create X text modules for each different way
Mr. / Mrs. should be maintained in Customer Master data, but what about the title?

Create a Textmodule(ZTX_DEAR) with ' Dear' in English. Then change the same textmodule (ZTX_DEAR) with 'Sehr geehrte' by logging into German Language (DE) and save it.
Use the text module in the smartform by Creating a Text - >Text Type as 'M Text Module ' , Name as 'ZTX_Dear' and Language = SY-LANGU or as per req's.
Do similarly for Female text.
