Form tracking - same form, same user, multiple times

Is there anyway to track the same form from the same user if they fill it out and submit it more than once. I get an error when I try to add the response, that says the form data has already been submitted.

Kalpana.If you revoke the RO from OIM, then user record will be deleted in target resource as well. Now if you run Target Recon the user doesnot exists in target and the resource will not be assigned to OIM.

The same podcast shows up multiple times

In iTunes, the same podcast shows up multiple times. There is only one copy of the file on my computer, and the file it located in the right location, but in iTunes, the same podcast is repeated two or more times. When I delete a single podcast and try to play its copies, iTunes notifies me that it can't find the file. I believe this happens when I use the import folder utility and add music in the iTunes music default location (which includes the podcasts as well as the music I want to import). Does anyone know how to keep this from happening?

Well, the easiest way would be to stop using the import folder utility. Sounds like you're adding the podcast multiple times. You're probably doing it to other files as well...

Form disappears when clicking search help multiple times

Hi All,
I have created an interactive adobe form with Web dynpro application.
We have multiple multiple search helps (custom and standard) on the form.
when the user clicks on any search helps multiple times (4-5 times), the whole form disappears.
Please provide some solution / hints.

We are not facing this problem on Adobe 9.4. The newest v10.1 has this problem.
Also, this issue is only on 1 server and on other, it works fine.
We are using Native control with ZCI layout.

Same system being shown multiple time in Solution for Early Watch Report

I have some satellite system configured to Solution Manager . Today I can see the same system entry multiple time in the
Operations: Solution Monitoring -> Early Watch Alert.
eg .,
I have a system whose SID is ABC , i can see the ABC entry for todays date (i.e., 4 FEB 08) nearly 4 time .And this systems are not rescheduled for the next EWR (i.e scheduled for 11 FEB 08- since we have kept a period of 7 days )

There was an error, that EWA sessions for one systems were scheduled multiple times per week.

Same Windows Update installed multiple times through SCCM 2012

Hello There,
I am using SCCM 2012 to deploy critical and important updates through Automatic Deployment Rule it works fine but i have noticed recently on the client machines i see the same KB / update is installed multiple times.
Why would this happen? Please suggest.

Hi,
My computer also have duplicated updates installed. I uninstalled one of them that needed a restart. Then uninstall another one after restart, it hadn't asked for restart and the uninstall process was very fast. So I think the update only installed one time,
the others are duplicated records.

Select an artist in the 'view' & the same album is shown multiple times

Hi, my top 'view' has Genre, Artist, Album as selection criteria. If I select 'The beatles' in the second pane (Artist) all Beatles albums are displayed but multiple times. E.G The album is shown 16 times, with one track on each entry. I just want it to show each album once in the main view ?
Can this be changed or can I reset all settings ?
Any help appreciated.

Receiving same email from Telstra, multiple times

Same Dynamic Filename used multiple times

Hi all,
In PI we would like to use the same dynamically created filename for multiple outputs of the same file in different locations.
Is it possible to create the filename and save it in a Java container (for instance) that can be accessed by other mapping programs?

Just to correct you here... Your requirement is to reuse the file name value in different mappings and NOT to reuse the udf code.
The above blogs say's how to reuse the udf code in different mappings... So make sure what exactly you are looking for...
UDF can only store the value at run time for a particular mapping... once execution is over the value will be lost.
So as suggested by Sunil, you can store the file name into some table and then use the RFCLookup get it into your another mappings...

EEM - same event is triggered multiple times in a short period

I have a applet that will monitor the routing flapping..
event manager applet route-flag
event routing network 10.1.2.0/24 type modify
action .....
I like to have a hold down timer feature of this EEM appet. Let's say the event is triggered immediately when there is one change to the 10.1.2.0/24 network, but do not trigger it again if there is another change to within 60 sec. So what I want is the action will only run once no matter how many changes within 60sec.
How can I achive this?

There isn't a native feature to do this. You could do something using multiple applets like:

Same artist is shown multiple times

In iTunes, I downloaded a song not through the iTunes store, then added the .mp3 file to iTunes. When I enter in the artist information for sorting, it lists that artist separate from the same artist I've added in the past.
I am 100% positive that the sorting fields are exactly the same, no extra spaces anywhere or incorrect spelling. Is there any reason that this would be happening if the sorting fields are exactly the same?
I also tried consolidating the files, and iTunes put the new song and the previous songs into the same Artist folder, but still separates them in iTunes.
Edit:I looked at the ID3 tags, and the tags for the old songs were v2.3, and the tag for the new song is v2.4 . Would that be the cause?

Solution
Well after some googling around, I figured out the answer.
Yes, the difference between the versions of the ID3 tags was the exact problem. Apparently iTunes doesn't like the different versions. I solved the problem by getting an ID3 tag editor, changing the version of the new song from v2.3 to v2.4, then like magic, iTunes sorted them together.

How do I get Itunes to stop downloading the same TV Show episodes multiple times and delete the duplicates?

Recently I started buying season passes for TV Shows on ITunes and I have no problem downloading them to begin with but after I download anything else from the ITunes store ITunes will try to download all of the episodes in all of the seasons of every show again. Sometimes I don't catch it before they download so I now have 2 of almost every episode in the season passes I have. If I do catch it and stop the downloads the episodes that didn't get downloaded are there but they are grey .Also it wont let me delete the extras so they are just sitting there taking up space. I have no issue with the individual episodes I buy of other shows it is just the season passes. Actually I checked and it also has a couple of other things in there that I stopped from downloading previously but most of it is the season passes.
I hope someone can help me.

Yes, you'll have to individually add each new song that you've downloaded.
When you add them to iTunes--you're just adding the file path to the location on your computer. When you move the file location, iTunes won't know where to look for it and will give you the infamous "!" symbol. Then you'll have to browse to the new location and tell iTunes where to find it.
How many new songs do you add at a time? If it's not many, it's probably easiest to just add them one file at a time.
To find the new songs, the file names should be good clues--they are fairly complete song titles on my computer.
And, you might want to do this each time you download a new song so you don't forget to add them!

Same artist name displays multiple times on iPod

I have about 24 cd's of Miles Davis on my iPod, but his name appears twice, with the total amount of cd's split between the two Miles Davis'.... any idea as to how I can combine them? I've tried renaming the artists' name but that did not work.

Make sure there isn't any blank spaces in the artist name. This could cause the multiple listings.

Mail blocked on imac. Same message keeps appearing multiple times in the Recovered Messages folder but no new email gets through. Fine on ipad. Any help appreciated....

Haven't received any new emails on imac since 4 Sept (all received fine on ipad) and online gmail account. We sent an oversized message on that date and it keeps appearing continually (literally hundreds of times) in the Recovered Messages folder. I'm assuming this is causing some sort of blockage?? Seem to be able to send mail OK, just not receive (apart from new versions of the 4th September message). Any help gratefully received. Thanks

Why Indesign CS6 keeps opening the same old Indesign documents multiple times?

I just installed the Indesign CS6 trial version before I purchase the professional version. I opened one of my old Indesign file from CS5 and a weird thing is hapenning on Indesing CS6. Everytime I click on the page or tab of the Indesign file that I am working on (test.indd, see attached), a new file is created from a different Indesign CS5 file (edu_lipper_conv_backpage.indd, see attached). Indesign CS6 will not stop duplicating this file until and force quit Indesign CS6. Attached is a screen shot with additional information about what is happening. Thanks, Jeneffer

Try a clearer explanation, please. Your original post claims that the windows with old converted documents are spawned whenever you click on a page or tab; your most recent post cliams that it happens only in the digital publishing workspace when you create a button. Does it not happen in another workspace?
Why do you have to force quit? Doing so with files open will cause files to re-open from your Recovery folder, so you should stop force quitting ID and quit the normal way. That is what the Recovery folder is for, after all - to automatically re-open docs that were open when ID crashes, or when you force quit.
I have to agree with you, though - I think it's a bug, too, that has to do with how Lion works. You may have to wait for a patch to be released by Adobe (or Apple!), or you may have to reinstall CS6. I don't know if it will help, but you could try replacing your preferences first.
