Formatting output and downloading it as a word document

Hello,
I have come across this requirement where i have to draw a table with certain number of rows and columns(defined), with data in a few columns being static and data in a few other columns being dynamic. Also I need to insert objects like ean xcel sheet or a word document into some columns. Finally download this whole thing as a word document to the desktopobjects(kind of an analysis report). Smartforms do not have any options to insert . So, is there any other way to do this??? Kindly help.

As suggested by Soumya you can go for Webdynpro or else I would like to suggest you to have a SAP Adobe Interactive form.

I should just change the OS and leave all your apps and data alone. That said, if any of your apps are old and use Rosetta (ppc apps), they won't run under Mountain Lion.
Make sure you take a good Time Machine or Clone backup before you convert.

hi buddy!!!!
the smartforms are usually saved in OTF format.
so first u need to do all the formalities like calling the function module of that form and executing it
after that u need to use the function module 'CONVERT_OTF' to convert it into ur desired format.
Example:

       IMPORTING    BIN_FILESIZE          = FILE_LEN

The quality of a conversion really depends on the quality of the original PDF file. Please see Will Adobe ExportPDF convert both text and form... | Adobe Community. Do you know what or how the PDF file was created?
You may have better luck by disabling OCR as described in this document: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (O... | Adobe Community. (Note, however, that is option isn't optimal if the PDF was created from a scanned document; you'd want OCR enabled to convert the image text in the PDF to editable text).

Unless there is something unusual about the table, it should copy in by selecting in Pages, selecting Copy, moving to Keynote, tapping, seelcing paste.
If the table structure is copying in, but you can't see the text (is that what is happening?), you might try selecting ghe table and changing the text color using the formatting tool.

Reader doesn’t create pdf files. You can use Acrobat (ask in that forum) to create pdfs. You can subscribe to the Adobe PDF Pack which has a create pdf functionality (please ask in that forum), or you can use a third party utility such as ghostscript, cutepdf, or Microsoft’s own PDF creation capability. For third party pdf creation you will need to ask in a forum dedicated to that software as fellow users of Reader are unlikely to have the knowledge to help.

I'm in the same boat: new to OS X and Mac, and in the middle of a book. I switched because I heard about the the ease of using Mac, but so far, for me, it's been a nightmare. I bought 2011 Office Mac and hate everything about it, the most recent being the inability to open or cut or paste any of my original word files. I understand that this could have easily been done with earlier versions, but not Mountain Lion (which I learned is what OSX is.) Since I work with language, I am amazed at the assumptions of the Apple community. It helps to use common language and explain even the basics.
So all the helpful hints to use the latest version of Office Mac are to no avail. Now what?

Why can't I translate between Swedish and Polish in the same Word document. This means I want to switch between two keyboards.

Why can't I get a Polish keyboard easily accessible from within my Word program? I have to choose it in Finder and then I can't switch back and forth between English/Swedish and Polish in the same Word document. Surely there must be a simple way of doing this by means of keyboard commands while I write, or do I have to go back to my old PC for that?

(2) The keyboard layout choice is not a function of the application (MS Word) in either Mac OS X or Windows; it is a system choice.

As far as I know, any free word processing apps would be no where near as good as opposed to just purchasing iWork (Apple's version of Word) or Microsoft Office for Mac. It's definitely worth the price to buy one of these if your planning on using it a lot.

RH9 formatting for glossary hotspots carried over into Word document

Is there a way to not carry the formatting for glossary hotspots (red italics) forward into my Word document generated from a RH9 project? My internal client likes the glossary hotspots feature in the WebHelp version, but I don't want the added step of removing the formatting from the Word output (even though it is a very simple step).
In generating the Word document, I have selected to "Use styles from" a "Stylesheet" and "Apply CSS to all Topics" equals "(None) - Use the Project's CSS styles."

I think you would need to use a variation of the CSS where the links are formatted as required.

this is the error because you have alredy closed the output stream
outStream.flush();
outStream.close();
and then you return the Actionforward and struts Controller tries to write to the already closed output stream once again and hence the above exception is thrown

How can I copy a table from a web file and paste it into a word document on a pc?

I am having diffculty getting a pdf file from a web document pasted into my word document. I do no get the option to copy or save as a table. I can copy and paste the text but I lose the table and the format and just get the text. Anybody know what I can do to solve this?

Try holding down the alt key as you mark the text to be copied. You can then copy columns to table text.

I want to create a table in a word document and then fill it with data. The word processor interface has only 'insert_table' methods which can download the data in an ABAP internal table to an already
existing table in a word document, but in my case I also want to create the word table, titles etc. in the word document. Has someone experience with such kind of a requirement or have someone an example for it?
