Forms 6.0 backwards to Forms 5.0

Question

I opened up my forms 5.0 .fmb files in Forms Builder 6.0 and saved it. Then I was told that I needed to stick with 5.0. I foolishly didn't backup the files so now what are my options?
It seems that I CAN open them up in 5.0. The problem is that it will 'forget' all of the stored code in triggers, program units, etc... As of right now I don't know of any other side effects, but I've just started.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

I use following batch program to convert froms 4.5 to forms 6i
