"Forms" and "Links" tab in "Page Info" dialogue

In Firefox 2.x the "Page Info" dialogue has the "Forms" and "Links" tabs, but they are gone in the latest version.
It seems that this is not documented in the Release Notes.
How can these functionalities be restored ?

Issues with editing in Acrobat 5 with Form and link tool

In my version of Acrobat 5, I used to be able to edit with the form and link tools. Now for example if I try to add an action in the execute menu item in the Field Properties (Form tool or Link mode), it brings up a splash window saying 'Please select the menu item you want to execute from the menu bar' and that is it, It does not bring up a list so I can not add an executable item.

Ok... so I have created a file in InDesign and exported it as a .pdf to create an interative document.
I am trying to add next page from page 1 and so on, and also hyperlinks to e-mail addresses.
I create a box by dragging using Form Tool (F) whereby Field properties window pops up.
I Name the item and choose what type of button I require, and modify the settings in Appearance.
When I then go to choose an Action... I choose mouse up, then Add... which brings up the Add an Action window.
I choose 'Execute Menu Item' from the drop down list and then try to 'Edit Menu Item' this brings up a further window 'Menu Item' with the message "Please select the menu item you want to execute from the menu bar" and here I try to choose the type of item I need to execute.
I have tried clicking on the item on the menu bar, but it makes a faint sound when I click with my mouse... but no no item is executed.
I have done this before with previous documents, but not for a while... but it does not seem to want to do it this time around.
However, I can execute the following in the same window 'Edit Menu Item'

JavaScript
Movie
Open File
Read Article
Reset Form
Show/Hide Field
Sound
Submit Form
World Wide Web Link
Any thoughts?

You can download the trial version (http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html) to convert the PDF back to WORD if you do not have the original. The conversion may not be perfect, but it is typically better than starting from scratch. You may be lucky and get a good result. You might check the settings (in the save screen) to try retain format versus retain text flow. The format version can be a pain to edit since it creates a bunch of text boxes. The flow version may require you to reformat in WORD, but you likely would want to do that anyway.

after calling the chkBreakdown function and found out that it has record, then pop up an alert that tell the user this record have breakdown, and then link to the other page with the same window.
so the problem is how to identify user click on which row in the table.

New to web design. how to add feedback form and display comments in page?

I have created a site using muse. Cient wants me to add a feedback page that has form and displays comments on page. She only wants to pay for web basics bc plan. I know I can export html and can edit using DW but I have never done this nor do I know much about coding.
Does anyone know how to do this and could walk me thru it please?

How do I change the copyright info and links in collection pages?

Can anyone tell me how I can change the copyright info and links on a collection page using the new updated Public Site Manager?
1. When I click on 'Configure selected collection' there doesn't seem to be an option to edit copyright information and I've tried editing the info in Settings > Copyright Notice but it doesn't filter through to the collection pages.
2. When I click on 'Configure selected collection' the links tab is empty but on my collection page there is a link called 'website' which links to our University website but the url is incorrect so I need to change it.

Also when I add a url list to a collection page and then delete all the links I'm left with a blank url list showing in preview page in iTunes. This should not happen, the admin guide says -
"To delete a collection page URL list, delete all the links in the list. When you publish, if you have a URL list with no links, iTunes U Public Site Manager hides the empty URL list."
It doesn't. At least it doesn't for me when I preview the collection in iTunes.

The permissions tab under page info is missing and page wont load

Calling a form in a tab from another form in another tab, same page

I've created a page with three tabs and a different form for each tab, then
I've placed a button in each form to call the following form, using this code:

It works fine but loads a new page for each form instead of switching the tabs.
How can I get it works as intended?

If I have got your requirement correct, then this is what you are looking for :-
1> you have 3 forms, one in each tab
2> there is a button in a form in tab1 and when you click the button, the information entered in the form in tab1 will be passed to the form in say, tab3, and page with tab3 should be shown.
This is possible. You need to write some pl/sql code to get this done.
Portal provides a placeholder object called wwsto_api_session. The methods of this object will enable you to set and get values.
The general steps would be :-
1> for the form in tab1, write pl/sql button handler code for the button to set the form inputs into the wwsto_api_session object
2> Use form's Call/Go feature to call/go to the URL of the page's 3rd tab;
3> for the form in tab3, write pl/sql code in the additional pl/sql section (...before displaying the page) to get the values from the placeholder object and use it in the form.

Clear form when changing tab or page

I do have a few pages which hold information separated into many tabs. Within the tabs are porlets consisting of one form portlet and a report portlet. I used the query button in on form and change the tab or page and did changes on the other tab/page. If I go back to the original tab/page the form stays in the query state holding the values of the last query. This is dangerous because I could have changed the data of the table behind the form on another page. Therefore I want to reset the form every time I leave the the tab/page where the form is. Has everyone tried this and succeeded?

I don't know exacly why this does not work for your system as
well. I can just guess. There is another configuration for
caching in the main configuration of PORTAL I think it is the
file http.conf under Oracle\iSuites\Apache\Apache\conf. My system
admin told me that he had totally disabled the caching option for
PORTAL. This is how my http.conf file looks like at the lines
that have to do with caching:

Using VO as form and table on same page

Hi,
We are facing some issues while using same view object on one page. The view object is dropped as input form and as table on same page. There are few fields in the input form that have autosubmit property set to true. Now while entering the data into form, after clicking any autosubmit field, if we refresh the page, then new row gets created in table with value of the auto submit field. This is in cache only and not created in DB. We tried by exposing two instances of same view object in application module but still same issue. Finally we created two view object, one which is EO based and another ready only through query. Its working fine now. But is there any other possible solution, without creating two view objects?

Tabular Form and Link to document and No Data Found error

I have used this numerous times in an INTERACTIVE REPORT to link records out from the report to a document in a folder on our server and it works beautifully thanks to one of you guys who helped me a couple of years ago. In the column for which I want to use as a link I do the following:
LINK TEST #ISO_NUMBER#
LINK ATTRIBUTES a href=#DOC_LINK#; TARGET="_BLANK"
URL #DOC_LINK#
I've been banging my head against the wall trying to figure out why I keep getting a 'No data found' error in my TABULAR FORM. The good news is I figured out why it's happening. The bad news is I do need to link out to the documents listed in my tabular form that are saved on the server.
Is there any other way to do this?

Finally back...
I have a tabular form that lists documents stored on one of our servers. In an interactive report I can set up a link to those docs using the document number column in the IR. I can't get it to work in the same way on the tabular form. Hopefully the steps of the catalog process will shed light on what may be the problem:
Step One
1. User1 catalogs doument using standard form (page 3) on DOC_INFO table.
2. Button on form redirects to Approval Tabular Form (for this example, page 100). This tabular form displays DOCUMENT_NUMBER (display as text saves state), APPROVER (select list), APPROVED(select list), RELEASED (select list) fields among others from DOC_APPRV_DOC table
3. Add Row adds fields in #2 above and other fields
4. User1 selects APPROVER in select list and Adds Row for all additional APPROVERS required
5. User1 hits SUBMIT button
Step Two
1. User2 opens different page but Approval Tabular Form (for this example, page 200) on same DOC_APPRV_DOC table, restricted to :P101_USERNAME
2. User2 uses APPROVED select list to approve or reject
3. User2 hits SUBMIT button
Step Three
1. User1 opens Approval Tabular Form (page 100) with User2 (and all other documents requiring approval) results
2. If rejected User1 uses Reset Approval checkbox and select list on User2's tabular form is reset
3. If approved User1 uses Released submit list and and record is deleted from User2's tabular form
The Problem
User2 ought to be able to review each of these documents on the server. In other parts of my application, an interactive report is used, I've got a case statement in the report creating the link, and have the column itself setup up so that User2 merely clicks on the DOCUMENT_NUMBER on the report and he's redirected to the document itself.
This works fine when set up the same way on the tabular form ONLY THE FIRST TIME a row is added. If I ADD ROW for any additional documents the DOCUMENT_NUMBER field on the tabular form does not populate on User1's form.
The entire process works beautifully if the link is not set up.
Note that from the standard form, the DOCUMENT_NUMBER is sent to a hidden item (default = :P3_DOCUMENT_NUMBER) in a region above the tabular form (page 100). This is then used to populate the DOCUMENT_NUMBER on the tabular form as the default value (:P200_DOCUMENT_NUMBER).

Why doesn't "Tab groups" display https pages and do tab group pages show the current web page or just a snapshot?

I use the tab slideshow add-on because I need to see many "sites" to monitor activities so the slideshow provides that at this time. When I saw the tab group feature, I wanted to try that because that would allow me to see all the sites on one page. I created the tab group and unfortunately can't even see each tab maybe because HTTPS is not supported. Tab group doesn't seem to show the current page; just a snap shot. I just wondered if HTTPS and active paging would be supported.

I honestly feel that Mozilla doesn't have any developers with the talent to fix printing in Firefox. They should start from scratch and create all new printing code that is well documented and understandable by the current developers; then maybe they would be able to fix whatever bugs crop up with their own code, instead of being baffled by the code that Netscape created 16 to 17 years ago.

If your home page of the virtual server is displayed then,you have set the virtual server properly.
check the links and source of the images or directories in the HTML source code of the home page.

Muse CC 2014.1.1 Text and Links on Phone Pages become pictures

I have a website where I have designed phone pages in addition to the desktop version.
The phone pages uploaded to the website no longer have text or links, it is simply a picture of the page layout when I browse it from my iPhone.
I cannot find any settings to explain why this would be happening.
Please please help!
For example I have some picture thumbs and text that is set to link to some m4v movie slideshow files, but whenever I click anywhere on the page,
the entire page is simply a picture. I cannot even select the text any longer.
