Forms: How to add large text without getting wrapped

hi Waveset/Sun IDM folks,
I need to add a large text to the form via a Field at the bottom of the Form. So using Title and SubTitle form properties is not an option.
When I use Label/Text/TextArea type of Fiels, I see that the text is getting wrapped as if it is a label for a text box or text area or Radio.
I do not have an option of using Title and SubTitle properties of the Form as the text appears at the middle and bottom of the page. What options do I have?
My form has :
SectionHead:
FirstName: <Text>
LastName: <Tex>
Address: <Text Area>
Contract(Section Head)
<Large text needs to go here>

ok, nevermind, Using FieldType-Panel and adding Label fields in it worked out fine for me. Issue closed.

Business wants to send Subcontractor, the instructions of assembly through Text . They wanted to add these texts in PO form it self. The Instruction size may be 2- 3 page.How to add these texts in PO form.
advantage is No need to enter the Manual text in PO and disadvantage is PO print may be too long.
Shall we add the text in Material Master and While creation of PO system will copy the text in to PO... Is it Material Master is eligible to take 2-3 page of texts in Purchasing view.
if yes how to add these instructions in PO form. is their any new idea. therefore Business need to ensure the text is printed properly in a clear manner.

No need of maintaining any text in material master you can directly call text in the form...
we require this text will only for subcontract PO. not for Std PO
You have to build validation in the form program, Kindly discuss ABAPer on building validation and calling standard text in the program..

Creating the Standard Text:
Go to SO10
1. Enter Text Name. For example, ZABC
2. Text ID ST
3. Language EN
Click on Create.
And enter the Required Information and save.
To include a Standard text in SmartForm.
Follow the steps below:
1. Create a text node in the window.
2. Under general attributes select "Include text" as Type.
3. Specify the fields under Text.
Text Name ZABC
Text Object TEXT
Text ID ST
Language EN.

Hi,
I presume you are talking about a report display in ALV and u wish to add a column to it .
If it is a global requirement ,as in table being used there in ALV can be modified, then you can append the table and the system should pick up the same automatically from there.
Otherwise , you can make a Z program . Modify the catalog being used in ALV.

You can create your own standard texts via Tools ® SAPscript ® Standard text.
Inserting Standard Texts
You can insert your standard text on the long text screen via Insert ® Text ® Standard.

You can display the print preview via Text ® Print ® Print preview.
Inserting Texts from the Master Record
There are three ways of linking texts from a master record with a purchasing document. The relevant settings are made for each text type in Customizing for Purchasing. The indicator in the status column shows the nature of the linkage.

Inserting Texts from Database Fields
You can include the content of a database field at any point in the text on the long text screen. A value specific to the relevant document is displayed in the printed document.
Choose Insert ® Symbols ® Program symbols.
Choose DDIC fields.
Search for the relevant table/structure (in the case of PO items, this is EKPO) and then choose ENTER .
Choose the relevant table field.
Choose Text ® Print preview to see the print preview.

Something may have gone amiss on your iPhone.
To attempt to correct this follow these steps:
Backup your iPhone using iTunes or iCloud.

Are you using push or fetch? If so, turn off push & adjust fetch or turn it off.

I have a requirement like-
I want to add output text on click of button mean programmatically. Everytime i click on button output text get add above previous output Text.
Just like in blogs user share their comments and once click on share it gets add in list above previous comment.
I have pop up and once i fill fields in popup and click on OK button of pop up, comment will add in list.
Could you please help me how i can add output text on click of button one above one.

1) Use a Collection to hold the comments. It could be in-memory (List<String>) or backed by DB (using a ViewObject) depending on your use-case. On every comment submission add the comment to the collection object.
2) In the page, iterate through the collection using af:iterator and include the output text within the iterator.

I can create a new service to add to multiple files some text before the file name but I need to add even an empty space; e.g. file name original becomes: new text(space)file name original. The aim is to add this text and space to multiple files.

This is an old Apple-supplied AppleScript that will do the job.
IMPORTANT: note the conditions of use: it will choose the frontmost Finder window to operate on. Therefore, open the folder you want to change the names of and make it the front finder window BEFORE running the script.
