Forms not showing

I have a subscription to creative clous and, according to the adobe site it comes with 5 basic websites. The basic sites include forms. I have built a trial site and uploaded it to the cloud. I want to put a form into it bust I can't seem to find "Site Manager > Web Forms". How do i go about adding a form to my site?

Hi BTJ,
It sounds like you have created the site from Muse. In this case, all the editing options are hidden by default in the Admin back-end because if you make changes to the site from the Admin and then publish those same pages from Muse, the edits will be overwritten.
To enable webforms:
- Login to the site, and go to My Details (top right side, click your name)
- Tick the checkbox to Enable Content Editing
This will enable the Site Manager->Web forms menu entry. You can now create the forms and from there, you have 2 options:
- Copy the form code and insert it into the pages you want in Muse.
or
- insert the form in the page directly from the Admin. In this case you need to make sure that you don't overwrite those pages when you publish from Muse at a later time.

This is because the query is excluding the current site you are trying to modify since it is actually in the report.
You can include in your query:
or site_id = :Pxx_SITE_ID
Where Pxx_SITE_ID is the item holding the site_id value and xx is your page number.

Enrollment Print Form Not Showing up in ESS

Hi Experts,
I am having an issue with the Benefit's Enrollment form not showing up in the ESS for the Adjustment reasons. We are currently not using the Standard Open Enrollment event, I have created a new Adjust reason 'OPN' for 'OPEN'. Shown below is my launchpad Configuration. Please throw some light on what i missed in my config.
Note: all other functions are working fine for the Adjustment reason Including Confirmation statement.

Employee Statement of Earnings form not showing anything..eventhough the process was completed successfully. No data even if i access through assignment form..
What could be the problem?

Why is the customer order form not showing up in my email box?

I am using Forms Central and the customer order request is not showing up in my email box. I understood this to be a function of the order form. Why is the information only showing up on the report, but, no emails being received?

I believe you are referring to the email notification that you receive via email once someone has filled out and submitted the form.

Freight Carrier Form not showing all records

The Freight Carrier form is not showing all of the data that shows in the table
(ORG_FREIGHT). For the Organization that I am in (#23) the table shows 108 records but the form only shows
35 records. Why? How can I make the form see all of the records in the tables? I am in the middle of converting 11.0.3 to
11i.

Audio wave form not showing up properly in Viewer (FCP 7 running Lion)

For some reason when I bring in my audio timeline into the Viewer to see the wave form it does not show up accurately. I used to be able to pull it up and fairly easily see each location we hit the clapper. Now the clapper spike does not show up until I zoom almost all the way in on the wave form. That's a TOTAL PAIN since you only see a few frames at a time. Not good when you've got a couple of hours of audio on that time line with 30 or 40 clapper locations to find. It's funny, it shows an actual flat spot until you ZOOM WAY IN on it, then you see the spike. This seemed to start happening shortly after installing Lion. I am not for sure that's what is happening, but has just never happened before.

Have you trashed your preferences?
If you use Preference Manager (free) from Digital Rebellion, you can save you current preferences before trashing so you can restore them if you wish.

Flash Form not Showing

Just upgraded from CF MX 6 to MX 7. Trying out flash forms,
but they are not working.
I tried out a simple First Name, Last name, Submit form
setting the form to flash. When viewing the page in Safari, Firefox
on a Mac and IE in Windows the page is blank. If I set take out the
flash tag and just leave it as a CFForm it shows perfectly in all
browsers. All browsers are able to view flash and shockwave files.
Not sure what is going on.

I am having the exact same issue. I have tried tutorial code
from several sites. I have added a name to my form. I checked to
make sure my CFIDE directory is mapped in my CFADMIN. I don't know
what else to try. Right now I have the exact same code for testing
as mishuno has. If i remove the type attribute I see a form. If I
add back in "format="flash"" I don;t see anything on the screen but
I do see flash code in the page source. HELP!!!!

I think I found the issue just now but I am not sure how to
change it. Although I have a CFIDE mapping ( /CFIDE set to:
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\CFIDE ) set up in my CFadmin, my application.log
is showing the following error:

Numbers for ipad - forms not showing text while typing

Is anyone else having this issue: When I try to enter data into a form only the first field shows what I am typing. As soon as I go to the next field you cannot see what is being typed into the field. The field is working because I can enter data and when the next field is selected you can see the data that was entered but you cannot see it while you are entering the data. This was working fine last week now it will not work at all. Tried rebooting the iPad but still not working.

OK. So I just got off the phone with Apple Support. They have known about the issue for a couple of days and are working on a fix! Hopefully we will see an update to Numbers for iOS soon!

Problems with my Form not showing " Submit" button.

I have finally managed to load my website thanks to the wonderful help from these forums, however, I now have a new problem!
My form on my contacts page does not display the “ Submit” button even though it clearly shows on my Mac on Iweb.
I have properly copied and written the html snippet, and it only shows people viewing my site on a Mac through Safari, but not on explorer or Firefox on standard PC’s. Why does it not work?
I am only using a form as people have told me by placing just your e-mail as a contact it attracts spam and so on.
Also the pages take a hundred years to load!
Is it possible that I need to reduce the size of the photos? Or, as friends have told me, is it because of my provider?

It seems there is always a problem.
I noticed the olives at the bottom of the page display as a “ boxed “ picture also and each of the boxes do not display properly on the outlets page.
What is going on? As I have mentioned it all looks fine in Iweb on my mac.

You will need to make the snippet larger; large enough for Firefox and IE to be able to draw the submit button. Browsers draw elements in different ways and Firefox and IE are known to consume more space on the page to draw elements than all other browsers. In web design WYSI not necessarily WYG.
On the Contact page it's the Google map photo that requires some time to load. When you choose to draw a map instead of a satellite photo, loading time will be considerable less.

Report Parameter form not showing list of values in Report svr

I was using reports 6i where I used to have list box in report parameter form. I now converted recompiled my reports in 10g and when I run I am not geting the list of values. I get the values as a list below the field
ex.
ITEM :___________
box,book,pencil,rubber,
dvd,floppy...
previously it was coming as a list in the item field

If you run the report from a Web browser and the list of values is unrestricted, the HTML Parameter Form will display a text field instead of a combo box, and a list of static values that you can copy and paste into the text field.

Report with a form not showing all form data?

Hello,
I have an application that is using a report with a form, and when I click EDIT on the report column, it takes me to the form page which should be populated with all the data from the previous report row.
I have not modifed anthing from either page -- but (2) fields in particular (float) that I know have data is not getting populated. They are of the text field type and the row fetch is done automatically. What could be causing this? If I check the table I know there is data for those fields.

Thanks for the reply. I have the columns set up just as you have suggested. I even created a new report with form wizard and tried to update those two questionable columns.
If the columns are null, and I add values, they save. But then when I go back and update the record, but different columns, it nulls out the two I am talking about. I am wondering if a trigger is out there someplace that is causing them to get nulled out.

Some fields from InfoPath form not showing up in Sharepoint

I created an InfoPath form containing a checklist that sends data to an InfoPath document library in Sharepoint 2010.
Most of the fields that I have linked to the sharepoint transfer their data just fine, but 2 of the fields come out blank in SharePoint.
I have attempted the following fixes to no avail:
Created site column and linked to it
Deleted column and had Infopath create a column in the library
The fields are not identically formatted either. Both are single item drop down lists, one is populated by an external data source (sharepoint list) and the other has manual list values. Both fields have other fields in the form that are formatted
identically and work just fine.
help!

Forms not showing full screen in Internet Explorer 10g ver 10.1.2

Hi to all, I install Database Server 10g R2 Ver 10.2.0 on Win XP and running fine.
I installed Develeper Suite 10g ver 10.1.2 on client now the senerio is that when i compile and run my form it runs in Internet Exploper but it show the half screen on Explorer. but when i run my reports it show full screen on Internet Explorer.

Its really works basically the Right answer is in

Forms Not showing the Latest Updated one

I have a form deployed on 10g AS 9.0.4. After enhancing a form and deploying it on the AS: i cannot see the modified changes (it shows me the previous version of the form). This happens only for some forms, However if i create a sample form and deployed it and after enhancing the sample form i can see the modified changes.

I'm afraid I can't offer any explanation for this. The feed seems to be perfectly OK, the episodes I checked downloaded OK, but the Store plainly hasn't checked the feed since shortly after March 5th. This sort of odd thing does happen very occasionally - sometimes it sorts itself out eventually. There isn't really anything you can do about the feed to help matters, as far as I can see. You could try approaching iTunes Support, but be warned that you will probably just get a form answer which doesn't address the problem. Go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ - click on 'Other iTunes Store Features' in the list and then on 'Podcasts'. You will see a link to either 'Express Lane', which will guide you eventually to some contact options, or you may see a link to email them.

(TEM) Appraisal Form not showing in ESS portal

Hallo Experts,
In the ESS portal during appraisal of a certain BE, the Appraisal form does not appear. The Name of the Appraisal model appear on the portal but NOT the form itself where the user input data. (the criteria groups and criterions.)
The Appraisal form is incomplete.
The BET for the BE has correct event appraisal model as shown in its Relationship infotype.
Is this a problem with the SAP or the portal itself?
I'm not sure if the appraisal functionality uses batch job to copy data into the portal. Is there a way to tell? Or is there a SAP standard program used in batch jobs that transfers data from appraisal into the portal?
