Forms output

Question

If someone hits the form's email button after having filled out the form fields, there is a pop-up asking how to send the output. Once having chosen how to send, an XML file is attached to the created message.
I would like to know if there is a way of incorporating the XML content into the message itself without all XML field descriptions _or_ how to attach a file that is using a template thus converting XML data into nice readable plain ASCII form data?
Example XML output:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<formulier1
><Tekstveld1
>John Doe</Tekstveld1><Tekstveld1
>Master</Tekstveld1><Tekstveld1
>Never Come Back Lines</Tekstveld1><Selectievakje1
What I had in mind:
Name: John Doe
Profession: Master
Company Name: Never Come Back Lines
We have an Exchange Server available; perhaps it (or its Outlook clients) can take care of converting the XML attachement to a more user friendly output?  Thanks for sharing!

You can have the form submit as HTML instead of XML...
It's also possible to use Acrobat's mailing feature to send a plain-text email with the exact formatting you want, but that won't work if the users use Reader.
