Forms Window (Very Urgent)

Hi,
I dont want to show my Forms Window in my Browzer. Can any body tell me how can i arrange this.
I will appreciate quick response.

I did but Window of the Form still is there. It opens a new window not like an HTML but Window of Form is still there.

JNI_CreateJavaVM fails on Windows - Very urgent

Folks,
I am very much new to the JNI on Windows 2000. For the last two days, I am trying to load JVM into my application. But, could not succeed. Even the samples I got across the net failed. The problem is "JNI_CreateJavaVM" returns -1.
Using Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0, and VC++, I created a project with default settings and used the following sample code and it fails left and right. Please, let me know if I am doing something wrong.

This specifies the path(s) for Java to load native libraries from -- this is different from the path where you actually want to load the JVM from. That path is up to the system and where things happen to be, unless you specify it explicitly in your call to load jvm.dll in the case of Windows, and I assume you use the system call LoadLibrary() on Windows in order to do this. If you do not (and you don't use some other Win API call for this purpose) then you are depending entirely on your system's environment variables in order to create the JVM instance.
So, it is not something that Sun has to do anything about.

Forms Configuration(very urgent)

can anyone explain about workingDirectory parameter in forms configuration file(formsweb.cfg).
what is the impact of this setting over forms configuration?

This parameter is listed in the Deployment Guide, in the Forms area on OTN.
Every program has the concept of a working directory, it is nothing special to Forms. This variable allows you to set it.
Have a look at the properties of a Windows shortcut, the Start in is the same thing.

in one of ur answers to queries related to sending PDF output through mail, you said, the mails are queued in SOST. Tee same happened for me. I would like to know is thee any way we can select those mails in queue and send them for posting programmitically, as my program is supposed to run in back ground, and the user may not me having access to SOST.

I am not sure the way I followed to achieve this is best way. I created a iView which is not visible in normal navigation. In masthead on click of link you call a function.

VERY URGENT!! How to Pass a "% " symbol from form to Report

I am using oracle 10g and passing a symbol "%" as a parameter to the report from a form. But it shows error as follows:
REP-52006: Failed to decode the specified URL PARAMETER1=%.
But it is working when it runs in the Report directly.
Then Why we can't pass the symbol "%" to the report from form.
Please reply me as soon as possible. IT IS VERY URGENT !!

Html form-jsp retrieval problem..very urgent plz help

i have created the following html form.

Very Urgent...Please Help..Invoking Windows Applications

I capture the Windows Desktop screen and saved it as a .jpg file. I then display the .jpg file on frame ( whose size is that of the screen ). Now if i click on the frame, the corresponding Window's application should be invoked ( i.e if I click on the frame where the Start Menu is shown, then the Start Menu should be opened ). Please help me with the code for this. I will be forever indebted to the person who can help me. Iam in very urgent need of this help

Not so easy.A JPG file is a compressed map of a "picture",nothing more. So , You have to get a reference to an object of this map - You can't save to a simple file (JPG) and expect to do what you want to do.Think something else , not a simple snapshot.In Win98 you have a directory "Desktop" where are all of your icons , in Win2000 you have to search in "Documents and settings\User_name\" or something like this to find the same directory and get all icons.Therefrom look for "Properties" and find the path to execute the exe file.It must be something like this I think.Hope have been helpfull.

SMARTFORMS STEPS.
1. In Tcode se11 Create a structure(struct) same like the Internal table that you are going to use in your report.
2. Create Table type(t_struct) of stracture in se11.
3. In your program declare Internal table(Itab) type table of structure(struct).
4. Define work area(wa) like line of internal table.
5. Open Tcode Smartforms
6. In form Global setting , forminterface Import parameter define Internal table(Itab) like table type of stracture(t_struct).
7. In form Global setting , Global definitions , in Global data define Work area(wa) like type stracture(struct).
8. In form pages and window, create Page node by default Page1 is available.
9. In page node you can create numbers of secondary window. But in form there is only one Main window.
10. By right click on page you can create windows or Go to Edit, Node, Create.
11. After creating the window right click on window create table for displaying the data that you are passing through internal table.
12. In the table Data parameter, loop internal internal table (Itab) into work area(wa).
13. In table there are three areas Header, Main Area, Footer.
14. Right click on the Main area create table line by default line type1 is there select it.
15. Divide line into cells according to your need then for each cell create Text node.
16. In text node general attribute. Write down fields of your work area(wa) or write any thing you want to display.
17. Save form and activate it.
18. Then go to Environment, function module name, there you get the name of function module copy it.
19. In your program call the function module that you have copied from your form.
20. In your program in exporting parameter of function pass the internal table(itab).
SAP Smart Forms is introduced in SAP Basis Release 4.6C as the tool for creating and maintaining forms.
SAP Smart Forms allow you to execute simple modifications to the form and in the form logic by using simple graphical tools; in 90% of all cases, this won't include any programming effort. Thus, a power user without any programming knowledge can
configure forms with data from an SAP System for the relevant business processes.
To print a form, you need a program for data retrieval and a Smart Form that contains the entire from logic. As data retrieval and form logic are separated, you must only adapt the Smart Form if changes to the form logic are necessary. The application program passes the data via a function module interface to the Smart Form. When activating the Smart Form, the system automatically generates a function module. At runtime, the system processes this function module.
You can insert static and dynamic tables. This includes line feeds in individual table cells, triggering events for table headings and subtotals, and sorting data before output.
You can check individual nodes as well as the entire form and find any existing errors in the tree structure. The data flow analysis checks whether all fields (variables) have a defined value at the moment they are displayed.
SAP Smart Forms allow you to include graphics, which you can display either as part of the form or as background graphics. You use background graphics to copy the layout of an existing (scanned) form or to lend forms a company-specific look. During printout, you can suppress the background graphic, if desired.
SAP Smart Forms also support postage optimizing.

You design a form using the graphical Form Painter and the graphical Table Painter. The form logic is represented by a hierarchy structure (tree structure) that consists of individual nodes, such as nodes for global settings, nodes for texts, nodes for output tables, or nodes for graphics.
To make changes, use Drag & Drop, Copy & Paste, and select different attributes.
These actions do not include writing of coding lines or using a Script language.
Using your form description maintained in the Form Builder, Smart Forms generates a function module that encapsulates layout, content and form logic. So you do not need a group of function modules to print a form, but only one.

SmartForms System Fields
Within a form you can use the field string SFSY with its system fields. During form processing the system replaces these fields with the corresponding values. The field values come from the SAP System or are results of the processing.

Displays the time of day in the form HH:MM:SS.

Displays the total number of pages for the currently processed form. This allows you to include texts such as'Page x of y' into your output.

Contains the total page number of all forms in the currently processed print request.

Contains the name of the current window (string in the Window field)

Contains the name of the current page (string in the Page field)

provide arabic support?Please go to "Regional and Language Options" from the Control Panel. In the "Standards and formats" group of the "Regional Opitons" tab, select "Arabic (Saudi Arabia)". In the "Language for non-Unicode programs" group of the "Advanced" tab, select "Arabic (Saudi Arabia)", then restart Windows. If "Arabic (Saudi Arabia)" is not listed, then please go to the "Langauges" tab and make sure the "Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (including Thai)" in the "Supplemental language support" group is checked.

Please note Arabic characters are represented in 2 bytes in UTF8 while they are 1 byte in AR8MSWIN1256.

          The current ABAP program "SAPLHRXSS_PER_MAC" had to be terminated because it

          come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.
     What can you do?
          Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.
          To process the problem further, contact you SAP system
          administrator.
          Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look
          at and manage termination messages, and you can also
          keep them for a long time.
     Error analysis
          An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.
          The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL', was not
           caught in
          procedure "HRXSS_PER_CLEANUP" "(FUNCTION)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING
           clause.
          Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the
          exception would occur, the current program is terminated.
          The reason for the exception is:
          You attempted to use a 'NULL' object reference (points to 'nothing')
          access a component.
          An object reference must point to an object (an instance of a class)
          before it can be used to access components.
          Either the reference was never set or it was set to 'NULL' using the
          CLEAR statement.
     How to correct the error
          Probably the only way to eliminate the error is to correct the program.
          If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
          find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
          If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
          keywords:
          "OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED_NO" "CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL"
          "SAPLHRXSS_PER_MAC" or "LHRXSS_PER_MACU04"
          "HRXSS_PER_CLEANUP"
          If you cannot solve the problem yourself and want to send an error
          notification to SAP, include the following information:

             To save the description, choose "System->List->Save->Local File
          (Unconverted)".
          2. Corresponding system log
             Display the system log by calling transaction SM21.
             Restrict the time interval to 10 minutes before and five minutes

WORD - OLE - VERY URGENT

My question is :
I use Ole with Forms 6 and Word 2000
But sometimes when I open a document, it happen that this document has already openend by another user
and so Word make appear a popup window (Read Only, Notified or Cancel)
I would like that Word doesn't display this popup window.
How to do ?
