Formula node does not accept complex variables

Is there any way to make formula node accept complex variables. I do not talk about dividing it to Real and Imag, but to have genuaine complex as an input.

Why do in-line conditional expressions work in Formula Node but not in 'Eval Formula Node.vi'?

'Eval Formula Node.vi' and a standard Formula node seem identical in most respects in terms of their functionality, however I'm stumped by the case of inline conditional expressions.
I'd like to read in a string in the syntax "(expr)?(expr)expr)" from a text file and recieve the output as a double.
The subVI seemed like the perfect tool since I was already using it to interpret a number of other calculations within the text file, however in this case the behavior is not as expected.
Has anyone else ever tried this? is there a different syntax needed between the two tools?
Are there other features of the Formula Note not replicated by this VI? (so I can avoid them in future)?
For simplicity I've attached a little demo of the behavior.
I am currently working in 2010, which I know is getting on in years.
If the behavior is improved in later versions, that may be a good excuse to upgrade :-)

That is right. It's a rather dirty hacked VI library to do some formula evalution and has many limitations in comparison to the Formula Node including no support for conditional operator as well as some others. In addition it can also error on some more complex bracketed expressions.
It is an old example VI that was never revisited and probably never will be as writing a new one from scratch would be easier. But considering that the Formula Node and Mathscript and other possibilities exist, this is not likely going to happen soon.

I need in Formula Node to assign to the variable value 4000000000!!! What kind of variable it should be???

i've just tryed to write unsigned in32, but it does not understand 'unsogned'... But i need variable to be unsigned, because the max value = 4000000000... So, how can i solve this probleme???

I don't see exactly what you're trying to do here.
Where do you want to assign the variable 4000000000 to? If you want it as an
input, just use a dbl, with only zeros behind the coma.
Note that an integer is a number without any decimals. An integer in LabVIEW
is this, but with an extra limitation that it can only be 32 bits... So a
dbl can be an integer.
If the input dbl is not an integer, use round, round to -inf or round to
+inf to make it one. This can also be done if the output needs to be an
integer.Inside the formula node floor(x), int(x), intrz(x) or ceil(x) can be
used to make integers.
I hope this is what you mean... I can't see any problems doing this.

Editable field in ALV does not accept negative sign values

We have an editable field in ALV but it does not accept negative sign,,, it is causing an error... We need to input a negative value in that editable field...

If your Apple ID was changed from your old account, you may have to change it back to your old account to be able to sign out and then change it back after that is done. Take a look at the article below for more information.

7. Create an additional node called u201CflightSu201D, this time with the cardinality 0..n.
8. Use the Create Using Wizard option of the context node again to define attributes from the SFLIGHT structure for this new node (see part 1, step 15). Choose the following fields: CARRID, CONNID, FLDATE, PRICE and PLANETYPE.
See the flights node , if there are no attributes the perform the steps as described in 8.

Note that a reset tries to migrate cookies to the new profile, so if you had previously as problem with cookies then the problem might have been carried over.
If clearing cookies doesn't work then it is possible that the cookies.sqlite file that stores the cookies is corrupted.
Rename (or delete) cookies.sqlite (cookies.sqlite.old) and delete other present cookie files like cookies.sqlite-journal in the Firefox profile folder in case the file cookies.sqlite got corrupted.

USB Mac drive FileVault encrypted - does not accepted the Password

I've got the following problem:
I bought an external USB hard disk (Seagate GoFlex 320GB) and configured it on my iMac (3.4GHZ, 16 GB Ram) with Mac OS Extended (Journaled, encrypted), formatted it & did a partition layout.
This hard disk worked without any problems on iMac, MBP and MB Air. I could copy data onto it and access it without problems. Unfortunately, last week, I connected this USB hard disk to my MBP (Generation 2012 with Mac OS Lion 10.4.7) - and the MBP crashed totally and I had to fully reboot it. Since this coincident I can't access my USB hard disk --> it does not accept/ take my password anymore - no matter where I connect & try (iMac, MBP, MB Air…)
In short words - the MAC's recognize the USB disk & the "enter password" sign appears on the screen - I then enter the correct password (no doubt!) - but the USB hard disk does not accept it & in the disk utilities program I can't make any changes either (no removal of the password, no changes of the password, no decryption,…etc.)
As the data on this USB hard drive are extremely important (I need them more than urgent!) - could you please help me with a solution to this issue?

I followed the below note and added a report to my SSHR menu.

In my report , I have a condition in the query
and a.created_by =apps.fnd_profile.value('USER_ID')
When the report is submitted as a request , it works fine., however the same report when called from the self service page does not accept any value for apps.fnd_profile.value('USER_ID') .
Is there a workaround to handle this problem.

I had already tried the option apps.fnd_global.USER_ID too.
However it does not accept the value for apps.fnd_global.USER_ID.
We want to call the reports in SSHR using oaf and at the same time the records that are pending for approval created by the employee should only be visible.

I'm still having the same problem ... 6 months after your original post! I've just had to reset my pw 2 days in a row, and I've been through so many resets over the past 6 months that I'm running out of ideas for passwords that I'll have a reasonable chance of remembering. But I also always make a careful note of my important passwords, and after the 1st "password error" message, I check my list and enter the password very slowly and carefully. So, I think I'm pretty safe in claiming that neither entering the wrong password nor making a typo is the problem!
Oddly, though, I could usually cancel the password-reset process, then go right to the the iTunes Store, where my password would work fine, allowing me to open and view all my account details.
Several months ago, I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with Tech Support trying to get this fixed. He was great and we thought he'd found the problem with my account. (When I originally set up my iTunes account 6 years ago, I used a different email address than I used when I set up my new Mac last year, and that seemed to be causing some sort of conflict within my account. Hard to imagine someone might change email addresses sometime over a 6-year period, right? But apparently, the software designers didn't cover that possibility with one of their recent updates of the master system for customers' accounts -- that's the Tech Rep's surmise, not mine.)
Everything seemed to work fine for a few weeks, but then the problem started occurring again ... over and over and over ...
