Forward Workitem to Next Agent if workitem is not processed

Hi all,
   My requirement is,i want to forward the workitem to next agent if it is not procssed within 5 minutes.
i am using latest End Tab to specify the time and next agent to whom the work item is to be send.
but the problem is ,if the workitem is not processed in time then message comes in Deadline Messages section of business workplace of next agent but i want it in Inbox and corresponding action is taken place.

Hi,
By deadline monitering you can do this activity.and you can also forward the workitem by the following method.
U can see the workitem of the user by the table SWWUSERWI giving user id.
select the workitem id.
Go to the transcation SWIA.
Forward the workitem to your inbox.
This will not appear in user inbox anymore

    I too created a deadline using the workflow wizard. Next I created a step in the obsolete outcome identical to the main step.
    In this step do I user the rule 168? And how does the workflow look for the superior of the manger who has missed the deadline and not the workflow initiator.

  • How to send workitem to dynamic agents

    Hi all,
    This is my problem, I have to send workitem to dynamic agents (number of agents vary).
    I have the approver details in the workflow container, now i have to send the workitem to the apporvers, since the number of approver varies i am using while loop and i am doing container opreration for each loop. I have the apporvers details in a multiline container based upon this i have to send workitem to the first approver and after his decision i have send workitem to second approver and it goes on.

    Hi all,
    After struggling for 2 day i found the solution for my problem.
    My Problem:
    I get the approver details from a function module and i call this function module in a method and through a task i pass the multiline container element (which is holding approvers details) to my workflow container. My problem is i dont know how to loop this multiline container element in my loop (while).
    Solution:
    There is a macro to copy one container element to another container element it may a multiline container too.
    SWC_COPY_ELEMENT <SourceContainer> <SourceElement> <TargetContainer> <TargetElement>.
    i used this macro while i run the method at first time and i copy this value to another container (multiline) element at this step itself.
    In my next step i pass only the loop number (i have a workflow container element. and i increment this container element for each loop) to the method and in that method i read the multiline container element based on this loop number and i pass the result value to task-->workflow.
    From here i proceed further.

  • Approval Workitem removed from Agent Inbox

    Dear All WF Experts,
    scenario:
    Let say Agent A and Agent B are sent a work item.
    If Agent A has executed the work item in SBWP previously, the work item is removed from Agent B's inbox (And the status is changed to 'STARTED'). However, the work item is not processed yet.
    Is there anyway to make the work item stays in the inbox until either agent approved the work item?
    I Know:
    (As soon as any user executes a workitem the workitem get's reserved for the user irrespective of it's completion.
    If the user wants to send it back to all recepients, he can select "replace" in the tool bar to redetermine the agents and put back to all recepients inbox).
    I dont think usage of Fork can resolve the issue , since the users are not fixed(I mean there can be any no. of Approvers, so i cant put fixed number of steps in FORK).
    Question :
    Is there any way by which Reserve status(In process status)) can be changed to Ready status without enduser doing anything.

    I Applied the SAP Note :1676067 - Automatic replacement of work items.
    Created Table , domain and DataElements also for Manual entries Also .
    While maintaining the Dialog Maintainence entries maintained are Asynchronous , 0 , 0 .
    And scheduled the job.
    But still it is not changing the status from Inprocess to Ready for workitems .
    Can you suggest what else is supposed to be checked or maintained .

  • Task not forwarded to the next level

    Dear All ,
    I am having an issue in SRM Shopping Cart approval workflow. The scenario is that the SC has to be approved at 3 levels and after getting approved at the first level the task does not get forwarded to the next level and its unable to fetch any , whereas there are users mainateined and i can see the approvers being fetched when I tried executing the BADI ( BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI),unfortunately this is the isolated case as its working fine for all others. I guess this rules out oll other poosiblities of agent determination logic, task's agent assignment, swu_obuf , or swi1_rule. I am sure something is wrong with the user attributes but not able to zero to the root cause. Any help will be highly appreciated.

    Also, if you can replicate it on the dev environment.Change the WF-BATCH user temporary to dialog and place an external break-point in the badi implementation for WF-BATCH user.
    Now create a shopping cart and check in debugging what causes it to not retrieve agents.

    if i confirmed up to operation 0020 in august & month closed,now i have to carry forward the order in to the next month september .
      how i come to know , what is the status of the order & from which report i can seen & how to cary forward the order in to next month

    report you can check in COOIS ...choose operation view ...instead or order header
    for next month confirmation, system will not stop you to confirm the order next month. you can try that

    Hi,
    We are facing issue in "Forward To" functionality in Agent Inbox.
    We have done below configuration steps to execute "Forward To".
    - Define Reciepient profile:
    Here define responsible groups (which are already maintained in Org model as a Org. unit).
    -  Assign Reciepeint profile to agent inbox profile:
    We forward inbox item to particular group. Now forwared item should be visible in that particular group.
    The issue is "Forwarded item is not reflecting in that group.
    Please let us know if we missing any steps.

    Yes we are using IC_Agent role and inbox profile is assigned this role.
    I am trying to forward inbox item (service order , interaction record etc.) to different groups and these groups are maintained as Org. unit in org. model.

    UWL is configured in EP 7.0 and using ECC 6.0.  when i click on the workitem under subject, the concerned action is not opening.  instead it is opening the data which is displaying in detail area of the uwl iview. 
    there is no action mentioned for the task type in xml file.

    This sounds like the same issue that is described in SAP note 1319278, apply the recommendations from the note and it should resolve the issue.

  • Not able to send workitem to external email id or Lotus notes.

    Hi,
    I am using standard program RSWUWFML2 to send workitem to external email id like lotus notes. When I  execute this program i get the message "Work item xxxxxxxx sent to xxxxxxxxxxx".
    As per the documentation of the program, program should process the workitem and send the same to external mail id. Please let me know if i miss something.
    Below are the settings i did for program.RSWUWFML2
    Job suffix                      2
    Tasks (blank = all) : task name of the workitem to send is entered. only one task is entered.
    New Work item = X
    One message per workitem = X
    workflow entry = X
    workitem = X
    workitem execution = X
    logs all =X

  • UCCX 7.x - Agents phone rings only once then rings at next agent.

                      Our Help Desk is using a very simple UCCX app.  Basically the script checks to see if any agent is 'logged in' and 'ready' and if so rings that agent immediately.  If agnets are 'logged in' but all are 'not ready', the call goes to queue.  If no agents are 'logged in', the call goes directly to a voice mail box.  The problem I'm having is that occasionally (haven't been able to develop a pattern) there will be multiple agents 'logged in' and 'ready', the call will ring on an agent's phone one time and as they pick it up it rings to the next agent's phone instead.  Calls are getting handled, but it appears there is a RNA for the first agent.  Any ideas?

    This sort of thing usually needs to turn into a TAC case to review logs of the problem actually happening. A few thoughts though:
    Communication with CAD is flaking out and the MIVR engine is being told the agent isn't available all of a sudden. Windows/PC-side firewall?
    The version of CCX doesn't support the CTI Manager/TSP version running on CUCM. Are the versions listed in the CCX compatibility matrix? If not all sorts of strange CTI behavior can occur.
    Does the ACD DN follow all the rules? For example, no CFNA/CFB to voicemail, max call/busy call triggers of 2/1, no hold reversion, etc.
    Are you running the latest CCX 7 release? Never discount the possibility of a bug.

    Try this out...  this worked like a charm:
    *On a desktop PC, log into your gmail account.
    *Click the gear up in the top right corner > Settings
    *Click Accounts
    *Under "Change Account Settings", click "Other Goole Account Settings"
    *Along the left, click "Security"
    *Under 2-step verification, click "Manage your application specific passwords"
    *It will ask for your usual gmail account password and take you to a page that says "
    Authorized Access to your Google Account
    *You will see a box to type in something (I just typed in iPad) then click "Generate Password"
    *It will generate a random password for you...  you will need this password Once in your iPad....
    Now...
    *Go to your iPhone Settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Add Account>Google
    *Type in your name, your usual gmail email address and for the password, type in that random one generated on your PC
    It should work from there, if not follow what is below!

    If you use a regular pattern when entering values, press enter (return) after entering the last value in a row. That will take you to the first Body Cell of the next row.
    Start in Cell B2
    1 Tab 2 Tab 3 Enter
    4 Tab 5 Tab 6 Enter
    7 Tab 8 Tab 9 Enter
    Now you are ready to type into B5 .
    Another way that some people find easier is to enter one column at a time
    Start at B2
    1 enter
    4 enter
    7 enter
    etc.
    Now start with C2.
    Use whatever suits your work flow.
