Forwarding as attachment or as source?

Is there some way to set up Mail so that when you forward a message, it is forwarded as an attachment by default?
The only time I ever forward messages is when I am reporting spam to Spamcop or Knujon, and I am TIRED of having to open each junk message individually, view source, highlight the message source, then forward (so that Mail will copy over the full source).
I would like to be able to select all the messages in my Junk folder, click on "Forward" or "Forward as Attachment" and be able to forward them without having to go through the whole routine for each individual message.
I know it's possible for a mail client to do it, because I used to do it in Thunderbird all the time. But I can not find any way to do it in Mail.

How can I choose several email to "Forward as attachment" but leaving it's respective email's attachment?

Hi all. I am currently using Thunderbird 24.4.0 so I don't know if newer version may have this feature.
On the main screen, I select several emails and right-click. There we will get "Forward as attachment" on the list. If we choose that, those emails will be put in attachment of a new email.
My question is, is there any way we can indeed put those emails as attachment but leave out the attachment of each respective email selected?
For example, I have 3 email:
Subject: one. with attachment 1.txt
Subject: two. with attachment 2.txt
Subject: three. with attachment 3.txt
I select those three with Ctrl+Click on my main Thunderbird screen. Then I right-click and choose "Forward as attachment". I will be brought into new email screen with those three email as attachment already but have their respective attachment brought along. While what I need is to attach those three email without 1.txt, 2.txt, and 3.txt. It is because the recipient of my email does not need those attachment. How can I get this done?
PS: Deleting or detaching the attachment on each respective email beforehand is not preferable.

Certain emails won't be 'forwarded as attachment'

My ISP asks for any spam, that their own systems have failed to pick up, to be forwarded as an attachment to them. There are quite a few spam messages that, when I try to forward, I get a message from Mail saying 'unable to send' and the option to pick another server from the list or try later.
This suggests that there is something in the spam message that causes this error condition to arise in Mail. Almost as if they have inserted a non-visible character that causes Mail to fall over.
The spam mail will forward OK but not 'forward as an attachment'. I have tried various combinations of the Attachment options (windows friendly etc) but no success.
Any suggestions?

Entourage Forward as Attachment script

Does anyone know if this exists, and if not, might some kind soul out there create one for us? As you may know Entourage is the only email program out there which wont properly forward html messages, and instead forces you to forward the html message as an attachment. But I can't find a script which will do this.

Forwarding port for Counter-strike: Source is not working

With my linksys router (Model WRT54G)I tried forwarding my port for a Counter-Strike: Source server. My friends tried it after I tried forwarding the ports and it did not work. Is the IP address 192.168.1.105 really the IP address of the server in your LAN?
Moreover, check what kind of modem you have. Follow the instructions here. If the IP address on the status page is a private IP address and the IP address on whatismyipaddress.com is different then your modem does routing too and you have to configure port forwarding there as well.

How to set dynamic name of the mail attachment according to source file ?

Our scenario is like below:
Sending files from an FTP server to another FTP server without using the integraiton repositary,and the file name is not changed .Now, we want to also send the file to some with by mail adapter.The scenario now works by using two business services in receiver determination.But the name of the attachment is "untitled.xml".We know how to set the file name staticly,but how to set the name dynamicly according to the source file name ?

While forwarding email, email content is forwarding as attachment.

While forwarding email from Mac, receiver is getting body as attachment. I need a plain text like MS outlook.

Your suggestion works only while forwarding plain text only but receiving same problem while forwarding email with attachment. Receiver is receiving email like below (Second browser item is the body of the email)

How to forward an attachment to another email

Without forwarding the email itself, we need to get an attachment, usually a PDF, from email #1 and send it as the same kind of attachment in a new email. Some methods seem to send the PDF as a jpg which is almost unreadable. What I've figured out takes many steps (I'll write it below) and I wonder if there is a faster way to do this? (Note that forwarding the original email will not let me delete the original sender or his text. We don't want this to show on new email)
What I CAN do that works:
1) save an attachment:
Cursor on it, click, download, yes, up, select here, wait to complete. (It will end up in files, media card, blackberry, documents folder)
then
2) create a new email
start an email, press bb menu, attach file, media card, blackberry, documents, cursor on file, “select” or press button

The steps you outlined are the way to do it, and it really isn't all that difficult. You 'd have to do the same thing on the computer to send an attachment without the "forwarding" information being sent.... download/save attachment, start a fresh, new email, attach previously saved attachment and send.

SOURCE ATTACHMENT for multiple source paths

I have a flex app project with the name AppProj.
I also have a flex library with the name LibProj. It has no SRC folder of its own. It has 3 external folders as source paths ...
C:\folder\codeFolder1\
C:\folder\codeFolder2\
C:\folder\codeFolder3\
The Main Source Folder is C:\folder\codeFolder1\
The AppProj adds the LibProj in the Flex Library Build Path. I check the Source Attachment of the LibProj and it is pointing to C:\folder\codeFolder1\ which is LibProj's Main Source Path.
Now if I hit F3 or CTRL+CLICK on a class that is in the C:\folder\codeFolder2\ or C:\folder\codeFolder3\ folder, I get the source not found in the swc error.
How can I specify multiple source attachment or how do I solve this problem.

The assembler is parsing the filename or source string (not sure which) and cast the timestamp part to a number ??
The assembler proces works fine with source and filename "pic_1.bmp"

UPDATE
We have installed a new UTF-8 database (Oracle) because the original database was not a unicode database.
Now the process starts, we no longer get the errors in the server.log
But now the parameter that contains the mail attachment (pdf) is empty.
For a normal pdf (no special characters) the parameter is not empty.
When we change the endpoint by changing the input parameter mapping from *.pdf to * we are able to
receive the attachment in the input parameter.
The reason is that the filename (ex. éa.pdf) is being changed to something like "=?ISO-8859-1?Q?=E9a=2Epdf?=".
Hereby *.pdf does not match and the parameter is empty.
By changing the endpoint we are now allowing all types of attachments. (ex. xls, doc,..)
We only want pdf documents.
In the proces we can get the documentname by using getDocAttribute(/process_data/@inPdfDoc, "wsfilename").
Since this returns "=?ISO-8859-1?Q?=E9a=2Epdf?=" it's not clear what kind of document this is.
For é.pdf, "=?iso-8859-1?B?6S5wZGY=?=" is begin returned (not even the letters "pdf").
Does anyone know a way to solve this?

Processing attachment from external source in workflow

I'm certain that the following is possible to create within a workflow process, but probably requires some customization to make it work properly. I wanted to see if any other have tried to do the same thing.
We want to initiate our workflow based upon the arrival of an email (from an external source) into a specific SAP Business Workplace inbox. The email itself will contain an attachment of a spreadsheet or text file. Once the flow starts, it will route the external email request for approval through a number of different channels. When all necessary approvals have been provided, we will want to have the attachment used as input to be posted into the system, via a customized file upload process we have. As I said earlier, I'm certain that this can be done with some custom code. Just wondering if anyone else has processed data like this previously.
Feedback and previous experience in this area is very much appreciated.

You need to look into inbound message handling in SO28 to tell the system what you want to do with incoming mails. Refere to help.sap.com:

In inbound recipient you can choose SAP Object and assign a BOR object that implements interface IFRECEIVE, here you put your code into method RECEIVE.
This is excecuted for each received email, so you can raise an event for each email.

Problem while attaching master data source to generic datasource

I have created a generic datasource using three tables in crm systems. the tables are CMSD_CB, CMAD_LO_PRICE AND CMSD_LO_QUANT.
i have loaded data to bw system and want to attach 0ORGUNIT master datasource to the generic datasource. so that i can get 0ORGUNIT hierarchy and sales grp/office details.
could some one help how to solve this problem.

You don't have to attach the master data datasource to your generic datasource.
Master data is loaded separately from transaction data, so you will see your hierarchy from the moment you loaded it with the 0ORGUNIT hierarchy datasource into your infoobject 0ORGUNIT.

New regions still attached to original source file!

I'm sure I'm overlooking something here:
I import a 3 minute audio file. I cut in a few places using my scissor tool and create copies of these newly cut regions. I move these new regions to other tracks and rename them. I open one of these regions in the audio editor and reverse it. That's all I want to do but unfortunately, it also reverses the section in the original audio file.
Why is this? I though once you cut and make a copy of a region and rename it, you can process it with out damage to the original. That's the whole point right?

If I understand you correctly, you can't just cut a region and move it somewhere else (and renaming a region is purely superficial) as you're still moving around the original audio file. In order to do destructive editing, you must actually save the audio file as a new file by opening the waveform (or the selection you want reversing) and going to 'Audio File>Save Selection As', rename it 'x reverse.aif' then re-import it where you want in the arrange and do your reverse. There are a couple of other techniques for doing the same thing but this is the most straightforward. You need to get to grips with how Logic distinguishes between regions and audio before you make a nasty mistake...
