Forwarding text to email on iPhone 5 not working

When I forward a text message to my email address, (I enter my email address on the to: instead of a phone number) it doesn't forward message to my email, I receive it as a text message instead. How do I fix that? It was never a problem until I got the new iPhone 5.

I tried to change to chinese language twice and it didn't work. I tried the Spanish and here is how it worked for me:
1. Switch to Spanish (Setting, General, Languge and Region)
2. Search "ok" on text (I Used other word but it turned out zero search found...which was worse then when it could at least search for past two days originally. But I think if i have used "ok"', it might have found some text....cause that was what happened after I switch back to English.)
3. Power off
4. Power on
5. Change back to English
6 search "ok" and then " Thanks" which seem to help the phone refresh it searching function.
7. After tried out those two more common words in most text, the rest search seems to work afterwards.
Hope it works for you! I actually saw this solution on the other post and after my text search worked, I could not find the post to thank the person who took the time to post. Thanks to the kind hearts out there making time to share and help others!

Excellent question hezzz! While this is not part of your phone's features, a third party application might be able to do this for you! I recommend doing a search online for Forward SMS to email, or Forward text to email. I'm sure you will find plenty of options. However, you can forward each message individually/manually, the same way you would forward it to another contact in your address book.

My iPhone will not work unless I plug it into my wall charger, It is fully charged but only works when it is plugged in to wall charger. When it is turned on it say "Restore needed iphone can not make or receive calls' i tried plugging it up to Itunes but it will not turn on to sync.

First try a hard reset, press and hold the power button and home buttons until the phone restarts and displays the Apple Logo, then let go.
If that doesn't work...
Try forcing recovery mode and then restore with iTunes.

I have no idea what may have caused your MacBook to stop working, but from your description it kind of sounds like it may have started before you ran Software Update and installed the new Apps. Just the general slow feeling and bugginess is what tips me off. You said that you weren't sure if you had closed all open windows, that doesn't matter if the computer restarts itself. It automatically closes all other open applications when restarting.
As to your data being retrievable, if when you take it in they do a fresh install of the OS, then no, it will not be unless you want to pay several thousand dollars to a software retrieval company.
I am glad to hear that you have taken into the Apple Store to get it fixed, and that you have all of your purchased music backed up to your iPod. You should be able to just transfer it all back to iTunes once you get your computer back should it be necessary.
As a side note, the proper place for this topic would probably in the MacBook forums, not iTunes since there is no evidence that iTunes started the issue.

Well, just for future reference, any time you do an iOS upgrade, it is a good idea to back up your device just prior to doing the download. You can back it up to iCloud or to iTunes. Personally, I prefer to back it up to iTunes, and then to do the download via iTunes as well. Doing a Wifi download can, by the very nature of the OTA environment, run into more issues than a hard-wired one via iTunes.
If it is just a version release (like 8.0.1, or 8.0.2), then I might download it via Wifi, since the content is not likely to be very large. But for any major new release (7 to 8, etc.) it is always a good idea to do it via the USB cable rather than OTA.
I would also suggest that you set up your device to do automatic iCloud backups. Whenever it is turned on (i.e., not manually powered off - it can be "asleep"), plugged into a power source, and connected to Wifi, it will do an automatic backup every 24 hours. Mine usually backs up at night.
But even with my iCloud backup in reserve, I still did an iTunes backup before I upgraded to iOS 8. I like having the extra security of that second backup to choose from, should I need it. Here is a support article comparing the two types of backup:

I would imagine your iPhone was hacked to make it work on your local carrier.
Updating the iOs to 5.xx will lock it back to the original carrier .The carrier holding the lock are the only
entity able to authorise the unlock .You will have to contact them and see if they unlock and the terms the apply

If you didn't back up the phone to iCloud or iTunes (on your computer) BEFORE attempting the update, the data will be lost.
