Found this virus Install_2018.exe on my mac while running the symantec scan, what should I do

Any help with this

Norton is the worst a/v software for a Mac available on the net.
If you really feel you need to have a/v software installed on a Mac then get either ClamXav
Or Sophos
They are both free.
I did a quick search in the Safari for Mac forum for Symantec. Here are the results.
