FOX adding Network Promos to each episode?

I have just downloaded episode 2 of the new Kitchen Nightmares season 6, and have found that FOX have "added" 2 minutes of "network promos" to the episode provided to them by the Show Producers.
The "added" content is broken down as follows:
Before episode starts - 6 secs
Kitchen Nightmare series promo
After episode finishes - 1min 54 secs
Fringe - last 10 season episode promo 20 secs
Fox Sunday - montage of cartoon shows 30 secs
Fox Monday - montage of "Bones" and "Mob Doctor" clips 30 secs
The Following - promo of tv show debuting in January 2013 30 secs
Other than the first 6 seconds, NONE of the FOX Station Promos have ANY relation to the purchased content.
The FOX Network adding cartoon & drama promos during a Reality Cooking makeover show that can't be removed defeats one of the main purposes of buying the content - being to avoid the TV network promos & ads.
To make it even worse, I don't watch some of the shows being promoted.  In fact, dislike some of the cartoons and shows intently. For example I downloaded the first Mob Doctor episode on iTunes, found the medical scenes make my stomach turn…. don't enjoy the show.   Now FOX have abitarily decided to insert promos for this show into a TV show that I enjoy but BUY from them….  and I can't remove the offending content.
The "added" content also disrupts using the Apple TV "Playlist" feature - something I use every night while I sleep. When playing multiple episodes the FOX promos have no relevance to the TV show that is showing. Re-watching these episodes in the future will mean that each episode will have these useless (and by then irrelevant) content. 
It seems to have started on the 1st of November.
Has anyone else found these promos in their recent FOX network shows on iTunes?

I think its just rude for them to do this. Why would i pay for content that has promos and ads. I think iTunes and Fox should be ashamed of themselves. More people should speak out before this becomes an accepted practise.
Its just like paying $25 to see a movie and getting ads (not trailers) at the begning. I usually submit a complaint each time. But i wish more people would actually submit complaints rather then just complain about it.
