  • What's going on here? -- Frame 11 throws "Internal Error 11004, 8122692..."

Steps leading to "Internal Error 11004, 8122692..." follow:
    Installation notes re FrameMaker 11 -- September 19, 2012
HW: Dell Optiplex 990 with 4G of memory
OS: Windows XP with SP3 and current updates
The installation proceeded without incident, and Frame 11
launched as expected. The "Unstructured" option was chosen,
because that is the mode in which our shop operates.
    Supporting software installed:
      - Adobe Acrobat Pro X, to be used as print driver
by Frame 11 in order to produce .pdf output files
      - Several fonts (TrueType, PS1, and Open Type) needed
to meet the needs of our test documents.
Test document: an unstructured Frame book, consisting of
one .book file and about 24 subsidiary .fm files.
This book was prepared under Frame 8 and worked flawlessly
       in that environment.
All of the constituent files were loaded in Frame 11 and
       saved in their converted form.
End result: a reproduction of the original Frame 8 book,
but converted to Frame 11 specs
    Testing procedure:
    1. When launching the .book file, Frame 11 behaved in the manner
we've come to expect in our Frame 8 environment.
    2. We next opened and closed each .fm file in turn and determined
that they all opened and closed correctly.
    3. Next, we ran an "Edit | Update Book" procedure, but without
actually generating tables or lists, and without applying the
master pages. Again, the behavior of the system was as expected.
    4. Next, we selected one of the constituent .fm files and attempted
to print it via the "File | Print Selected Files" command on the
       "Adobe PDF" device.
    5. Result: an "Error" popup appeared with the announcement of
       "Internal Error 11004, 8122692, 8122986, 10866389. FrameMaker has
detected a serious problem and must quit." Please see the attached
       graphic for additional details. "Frame_InternalError_.JPG:
    6. We retrieved that diagnostic file "FrameLog_12.09.19_15.11.18.txt."
It is attached at the end of this message.
    7. We attempted to print the whole book from the "File | Print Book"
command and encountered the same popup error message.
Please advise how to resolve this problem. The procedure described works
reliably on our Frame 8 installation, and we must be able to achieve this
    same functionality under Frame 11.
    with best regards,
    Radar2012

  • Application cannot proceed. Internal error occured. Contact your administrator. Error msg: Unable to connect to the database. Please make sure the database information specified in admin/includes/config.php are correct.

After clicking in email link, I get the following message on Firefox page : " The application cannot proceed!
An internal error occured. Please contact your administrator and describe the steps you took before you encounter this error message.Error msg: Unable to connect to the database. Please make sure the database information specified in admin/includes/config.php are correct."
The email asked to install the latest Adobe Flashplayer version to have it working. I installed it, also updated my plug-ins and checked in safe mode that the extensions were not the problem. I also deleted the cookies an cache. Nothing seems to be working so far. I have the lastest version of Firefox 8.0.1 as well as Roboform 7. I noticed that the latest Firefox version has (x86) tagged to it. Does it refers to an 86 bits because my computer uses 32 or 64 bits only. I tried also different browsers and the message kept appearing. How do I resolve this problem?

  • EREC: Internal Error while logging in using Registered External Candidate

    Hi,
    We are on ECC 6.0 EHP 5 & ERECRUIT 605 (0005) and EP 7.0 SP22.
I'm on the final stages of config on Production system for eRec applications, all works fine and ready for LIVE except the below functionality:
    1. i've registered 2 uses as external candidates using the external url
    2. when trying to login with that user, it throws internal error - this kind of issue didn't happen in DEV/QAS.
when i've checked the SLG1 below came:
    Serious error; see log
The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_ABSTRACT_CONTROLLER==CM001 line 56
The user is not assigned a candidate or an employee
The error occurred in program CL_HRRCF_START_A==============CM007 line 19
The user is not assigned a candidate or an employee - this message didn't make me any sense as its the external candidate who is logging into the system.
Then i've checked that user by running the HRALXSYNC >User: 455DC84C411 > F8. This gave me below errors:
Determination of connections to object 'CP' of 'US' '455DC84C411' failed
User 455DC84C411 is not integrated in the organizational model
This kind of issue didn't repeated while I was configuring the DEV and QAS system, why i'm getting this only in PRD?
    Awaiting for valuable inputs.
    Thanks,
    MS

    Hi,
I do not really understand what you expect from report HRALXSYNC. This report has nothing to do with the external candidates.
A common issue when things on the production system are not working like on dev / qs are insufficient authorization tests. So you should check the authorization trace for the sevice user wich is defined in the external alias for the external candidate registration ICF service. Furthermore checking the NA, CP, BP, US objects and the relations between them can help analyse authorization problems on the object creation.

  • Schema already exit eroor during FDM application creation

    Hi,
I have done the installation and configurqation of FDM, when i am trying to create new application it is throwing an error SCEMA ALREADY EXIT.
Can some one clarify me, when every we go for new application it should have new scema?, because i used this scema to create new application, it went wrong due to invalid path, but it created some objects in the scema.
    thanks,
    msr

As SH said, you do need a separate schema (Oracle) or database (SQL server) for each application.
Usually when application creation fails the main thing that happens is FDM creates the application folder structure which you specified the location for in the first tab -- that named application structure e.g. MYFDMAPP must be removed from that file share before you can re-create the application if your DB credentials were incorrect.

  • Data provider internal error(-3000)  during DataAdapter.Fill

    I get this error sporadically.
From other messages on this forum, it seems others are having similar problems. It appears the Oracle staff
is still struggling to identify and fix (or did I miss a post?)
I hope the next release can include some more informative diagnostic error messages. (no judgment implied, just a suggestion).
But I need this to work, so I'm posting my
info as well in hopes it will help.
Sorry for the length, but I think all the detail may be needed to diagnose.
I have been using ODP.Net for weeks without trouble
until recently. I just added a CLOB field to my table yesterday, and
the problem started. I don't know whether that's cause or coincidence.
    Possible workarounds I will try:
    1) Explicit select of columns rather than select *
    2) Retry once on failure after short delay
Below, I'm including the exception message from the ASP.Net page.
It occurs at the same spot in my code, but often
it works fine. Now, an hour later, I cannot repeat the problem.
I've edited the "Source Error" section to
provide more of the code, so you can see the full context.
I've also pasted the stored procedure called so you can see what that is about.
I need this to work, so feel free to contact me if you need further information
to diagnose this in order to fix it.
I go live on March 7, so if I don't get a fix soon and can't find
a workaround, I'll just make a lame error message like "Site is very busy, please try again".
Even though the site is NOT busy. But having them try again seems to work.
And I don't want to tell them why I'm asking them to try again <grin>.
I am thinking of putting a try/catch block and sleeping for a second and then trying one more
time in my code. I'll let you know if that is an effective work-around.

  • Error Message Nbr CU400 - Internal error: find_charid_for_atinn using CU35

Why would CU35 throw internal error: find_charid_for_atinn?  This is occurring in multiple KMAT models that use one common characteristic.  One model is new the other models are existing.
Your help and insite is appreciated
Edited by: Julie Schmitt on Aug 27, 2010 5:07 PM
The Configuration Modelers determined the problem causing this error was due to the value "1" missing from the Org on the characteristic in the class of the model.  When this was added, the KMAT models runtime could be updated with tcode CU35.

Solution was to go into tcode CL02 and add the value "1" to the org area for the characteristic.

Further digging reveals that this has something to do with the caching of static checker results. If I do not cache or delete the cache in sql, it takes significantly longer to run (ala 20 minutes as opposed to 1), but runs as expected.

  • IChat internal error: NS internal LN consistency exception

    Hi there,
My wife is trying to set up iChat AV 2.1 on our home computer. (I am away from home just now). She has set up an AIM account.
When she opens iChat, she gets as far as the set up page where you are asked for your account details. When she enters her details- after selecting AIM as the account type, she gets this error message:
iChat internal error: NS internal LN consistency exception: Unknown property "gill" type "-1549840836"
And when she quits the application it says:
iChat internal error: invalid parameter not satisfying: aString!=nil
She is running OS 10.3.9 on a G4 Power Mac
Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks

    Hi Ralph and Chris,
Just to let you know, I sorted the problem with iChat in the end. When I got home I realised the problem was worse than I thought. I couldn't open the address book, and couldn't even open various folders in the application support folder relating to the problem. In the end, I just reinstalled Panther, and it works fine now. Don't know what had gone wrong, but I now know that updating permissions is a good idea whenever installing new software, so I'll be doing that from now on.
Thanks for all your help guys,
    Cheers,
    Mick

  • Portion creation - Internal error: application log is not customized (IU15/)

When we try to create a Portion (E41B) we are getting a message "Internal error: application log is not customized (IU15/)" and a Portion can not be created.
Does anyone have idea what may be the reason for such message? How to solve the problem and create a Portion?
In Business Object Repository for SAP Utilities we can see object type "Portion" as well as "Application log IS-U" (ISUIDOCLOG).
Since these are standard object types it seem to us that application log should be written by Event Viewer (the same as System and Security log). Are we missing something out?
P.S. A word about our system:
SAP ERP 6.0 (IDES version) EHP7, OS: Windows server 2012, DB: Oracle (release 11.2.0.3.0) and switch for IS-U is recently activated.
Postal Regional Structure is successfully imported, Political structure defined, Country specific settings customized, Parameter record defined.
    Regards,
    Julija

Problem solved. Note 400322 was very helpful. We defined object IU15 and a appropriate sub objects, after that Portion was created successfully.

  • Internal Error -2038 Invoice Creation

    ¡Hi! Help!
    I explain my problem
    I've created a vb.net 2005 application. Through DI API (SBO 2005 SP 01, patch level 20).
This application, windows forms run, it opens an SBO conection and  starts a timer. Every 5 secconds the timer ticks, it
searches for custom xml files containing info needed to create/update Invoices, or Sales Orders. Whenever I find files to
process, the timer stops, documents are processed one after another and then timer continue ticking. I use one Company and
one conection open since the moment the program starts and it remains opened the whole day.
There are two servers. SAP Server, and there's another server (in this server runs my application, here I have just my app
and DI API so it connects to SAP Server) both on same Domain.
Database size is 50 GB, and it grows about 90 - 100 MB every day
The amount of invoices created is about 500/600 daily.
Problem is many times invoices creation are unsuccesfull due to one of the following errors:
    OINV.Series , 'Internal error (-2038) occurred'  or just OINV.Series , 'Internal error (-2038) occurred'
this makes more difficult to figure out the reason why this happen and moreover how to solve it, because as some or many of
you may know, internal error is not much explict and the causes for this error are very different.
Now, I'm certain Invoice series are OK because the same Invoice creation that fails in one moment, simply is succesfully
created after 2, 3 or even 5 or 6 tries!.
Errors increase a lot at evening, when intensive use of SBO database is taking place. However these errors use to happen
even  at morning when few Invoices are created, I mean, not necessarily happen at intensive use.
Invoices are not that large. The biggest are about 10 - 12 lines.
This situation is frustrating both for my customer and myself
Has anyone experienced something similar? is this something about sbo db performance? does anyone knows if there's some kind
    of document about Internal error?

    Hi Marcel,
I think the first thing I'd check is for deadlocks on the database. Earlier patches of SBO 2005A SP1 are known to have issues in this area (see SAP note 1113543 for an example). It would certainly fit the symptoms you are getting (ie the same document can be created without errors at a different time).
    Kind Regards,
    Owen

Well, I compared my classpath between my windows batch file and the
makefile (that comes with the samples installation) on Solaris and realized
that I am using different sets of jars.
So, I removed the extra jars from the makefile to narrow down the
problem. If I remove the /opt/SUNWam/lib/servlet.jar from the makefile,
I can reproduce this problem on the Solaris box as well.
When I include this servlet.jar on my windows machine the program works!
Only jars I have in my classpath are amclientsdk.jar and servlet.jar which
I have copied from my installation (/opt/SUNWam/lib) on the Solaris box.
Just the same way, by copying the am_services.jar, saaj-api.jar, and jaxm-api.jar,
from the Solarix box to the windows machine,
I am also able to pull the assertions from the Access Manager.
I installed Sun Java Enterprise System 2005Q1 on a Solaris 10 machine.
During the installation, I configured to install the Access Manager
    in Sun Application Server.
Why do I need to have different set of jars on the windows machine
for the Access Manager client SDK ?
Could you please point me to a download link where I could download
the correct Windows Access Manager Client SDK for
Sun Java System Access Manager 6.0 (Sun JES 2005Q1)?
    Thanks.
