Fps: 11.1/30.0 (NOT REALTIME) How do i fix this?

Hello, very new. I'm having this problem in After Effetcs cs4 and Adobe Premiere cs4.
In After Effects i can actuuly see the RED info telling me this, but in Premiere it plays back the same exact way.
I am editing a .MOV file from a kodak camera that was recorded in 1289 x 720 (hd720p) HQ
I have some footade i recorded at 640 x 480 HQ and that runs a bit better but not real time.
My System:
Windows Vista Home Premium
Service Pack 1
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6700 @ 2.66GHz 2.67 GHz
RAM 6.00 GB
64-Bit Operating System
ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series
I have read many threads, i have tried updating my graphics card drivers, Disabling Aero and DMV (Desktop thing)
I read someplace i might have to convert the video to a diffret codec? whats the best codec to work with and will i lose my HD quality?
Any help would be great. Should i maybe get a lower version of Premiere like CS3? or can i fix this?

I use Magix Movie Edit Pro 14 to edit this kind of footage all the time and it gives me no problems
That is often a good recommendation. With this footage, keep going that route.
is there a certain camera or file type that works best with Premiere?
For standard definition, a tape based MiniDV camera is best. For high definition, a DVCPRO HD or RED camera is best. HDV, AVCHD and XDCAM EX cameras also work, albeit with more issues given the nature of the media, so I generally recommend against them.

I've got a similar problem. iTunes v10.2 worked fine, but when I tried to update it to 10.5 I got a 'Bonjour' error. I eventually solved that but I still couldn't upgrade to 10.5, so I deleted every single Apple, Quicktime, iTunes, etc file on my PC using Revo Unistaller (because the normal Windows Add/Delete programs wouldn't work) but now, when I install the latest iTunes version from scratch (on XP SP3), it says: "the installer encountered errors before it could be configured.... your system has not been modified"
Any ideas?

You're ignoring context. On the old Apple Discussion Groups I never posted replies like that, instead giving people relatively detailed answers. The new Apple Support Communities made things worse by introducing certain inefficiencies. Then came Lion. The flood of messages that came with Lion required a painful choice for any of the people who had been helping here: (1) Give quality responses to a few questions and ignore the rest. Check the setting in System Preferences > Universal Access > Mouse & Trackpad tab > mouse options.. button > check scrolling.
If you have an older mouse with the trackball, it might just need cleaning. Turn the mouse over and rub the trackball vigorously on paper or microfiber cloth.

Clear the cache and the cookies from websites that cause problems.

Hi there, thanks for your reply, I cannot give you the URL as this is Cloud Based Farming Software which requires a Login and Password. All I can tell you is that it is written in PHP. There are many graphs, all of them print from IE but no not print from Firefox.

Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPhone?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).

I have tied to repair, uninstall and reinstall. The most I have gotten is the window for the cloud to open showing the program is there but it does not open at all.

no the Adobe cloud window opens..the links for the programs dont work on the Cloud screen. Its never happened before. I did find the program and after uninstalling and reinstalling it will come up in programs. But why it crashed fist of all and then why I had nothing at first, then the cloud window, then the program would go no further. All the other links work on my desktop. Just not the Adobe.
