"Frame Load Interrupted" error when attempting to add to Passbook

I just got a postcard from Ford Motor Co. announcing the new Mobile Member Card. To start, I had to read the QR code printed on the postcard using my iPhone. I was then taken to a page and directed to fill in my member number (on the postcard), e-mail and last name. I then clicked "Submit," and was taken to another page instructing me to click on the "Passbook" icon in order to add my new Mobile Member Card to my phone's Passbook. I clicked it, and got an error box: "Frame Load Interrupted." This happened to me three more times, even after I reset my Safari prefs. to "always" accept cookies. Is there a glitch in Passbook? Is it my iPhone? Have yet to upgrade to iOS7 for fear of losing functionality of many if not most of my apps--same reason I'm not giving up my iPhone 4S for a 5S. I am currently running the most recent update of iOS 6.1.
Please advise.

You are using VMM 2012 R2. What version is the cluster you try to add?
I have seen odd behavior when VMM 2012 R2 is running on Windows Server 2012, and not Windows Server 2012 R2.
What's happening then, is that when VMM is using Windows native powershell modules, it is using 2012 versions instead of 2012 R2, which doesn't goes too well with your cluster if that is 2012 R2.
Can you confirm whether this is true or not in your environment?
Also, you should investigate in the logs on VMM and the cluster to see if anything is not working as expected.

When clicking a link to an ICS iCal file on a webpage the error console shows a "Failed to load resource: Frame load interrupted" error. Can someone independently confirm this?
The file is downloaded, however, but it does not automatically open in iCal like it should. The console error is fairly new, perhaps in the latest update? We've been trying to get Safari to automatically attempt to open ICS files in Calendar for several months, with various headers and such, without seeing that error. Now we've got two problems.
I read a post somewhere that this error is related to downloading files with "fake" URLs. We have been trying to deliver an ICS file straight from a PHP script, but I have also tested a link directly to an actual ICS file and get the same error.

Whenever I click on a link to download a browser extension or anything in Safari it looks like the item is downloading but then it quits. There is a 'Failed to load resource: Frame load interrupted' error in the web developer console. In regards to the Safari browser extension, the header is set to 'application/octet-stream'. Has anyone seen this? It is happening in Safari 6.0 and 6.1.

When I attempt to add a builder to my flex project, I get a "Internal Error: Unable to Save Launch Configuration" message. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this problem. A screenshot below. Also, there does not appear to be any error message written to the .log file in the .metadata folder.

From your description, it seems that the address
sales@[domain].com has been used in another mailbox. I recommend you use the following cmdlet to find out which mailbox is using this address.
Get-recipient | Where {$_.EmailAddresses -match "[email protected]"} | select Identity, DisplayName, RecipientType. The mailbox which is using this address will show up in the result.

Hyperion Performance Scorecard error when attempting to add Accountab'y Map

Hi
I getting the generic error message -- "Performance Scorecard is having difficulty fulfilling your request. Consult your Performance Scorecard Administrator." -- when I attempt to add a new Accountability Map.
I am using the Balanced Scorecard framework and have so far defined the Framework, some Measures, an Employee and now want to define the Accountability Elements. Based on what I am reading in the documentation, I need to do this via the Add Accountability Map function -- correct me if I am wrong.
Any ideas on where I can look to see what is actually generating the error?

I requested a recycle of the environment and that seems to have fixed the problem. We are going to monitor and if it re-occurs will open an SR.

Error when attempting to add Oracle Text using DBCA

Hi all -
I'm trying to add Oracle Text to my 10gR1 database using DBCA. The Oracle Text option is available, but when I attempt to add it I get the error message: "A tablespace for the database option Oracle Text is not found. Cannot install this option in the database." I have a SYSAUX tablespace, which I believe is the default tablespace for Text, so I'm not sure what the problem could be. I also tried manually adding Oracle Text by running catctx.sql but received the error message:

this looks like a half way install, I think you should try to deinstall Oracle Text and then reinstall, have a look at note 280713.1 on Oracle Support

NI Switch Executive error when attempting to add NI PXI-2566 switch to new virtual device.

I just loaded Switch Executive and am wanted to explore its capabilities. I have a PXI system that I am setting up. Currently I have PXI-2566 cards in slots 8 and 9.
I was following the NI Switch Executive help documentation "Creating a Virtual Device" and attempted to create a virtual device with the 2566 modules and I got this error;
Error xBFFA000A occurred.
Failure loading driver module.
The driver for the DAQmx switch is not loaded.[DeviceXI1Slot9_ivi]

I had not loaded the "NI-DAQ 7" software that came with the 2566 switch card. I assumed that since MAX showed that I had version 7.2 of DAQmx that I was already up to date.
I received a new PXI-2532 switch, and when I got a "driver not found" error in Switch Executive when I tried to add the 2532 to a new virtual device, I had second thoughts on running the setup/install from the new discs.
After running the software install, I was able to add the 2566 switches to a virtual device in Switch Executive. However, the 2532 failed.
Error xBFFA4B4A occurred.
DAQmx Error -200181 occurred:
Channel name specified is not valid for the switch device.
Device: PXI1Slot10
Channel Name: r4

ODBC driver error when attempting to add Region to a new Analysis

With MMASTERS login, attempting to do the demo script. When I try to add the Region from Accounts, get error code:

Strange error when attempting to add an article to the Folio Builder

I've just installed the trial of InDesign 5.5 along with the Digital Publishing Suite.
I've followed the instructions to add an article to the Folio Builder but I am continually greeted with this error:
Not sure what I am doing wrong, the document is set at 1024x768 and it's the first article I've tried to create. It's very simple, just a single image and some text.
I've tried installing on a seperate machine but I get the same error.
Any help would be appreciated.

In some instances, InDesign isn't recognizing the new tools. To fix, restore InDesign preferences:
(Windows) Start InDesign, and then press Shift+Ctrl+Alt. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.
(Mac OS) While pressing Shift+Option+Command+Control, start InDesign. Click Yes when asked if you want to delete preference files.

Frame Load Interrupted

What does this mean when it comes up in my activities folder? How can I fix this because it is preventing me from downloading any programs.

Might be an issue with the MIME type. I got a similar error when trying to download a CSV file with a wonky mime type: it would download fine in IE but Safari would give me a 'Frame load interrupted' error (although I did get my file). You probably want to make sure the MIME type (or Content Type) for the page is text/html. Something like application/html may make Safari decide to download it.

You can only use apps downloaded from the App store, not via a browser. There is no Flash for any iOS device including the iPod.

I was wondering if anyone could help me, I am unable to download alot of things from the internet. Since this started after the update, perhaps you have a third party Safari add on installed that was compatible with the prior version of Safari but not 5.1
Safari: Unsupported third-party add-ons may cause Safari to unexpectedly quit or have performance issues
And try turning off extensions. Safari / Preferences - Extensions.

Photosmart Plus B210 - Error Message when attempting to add printer

When attempting to add our Photosmart Plus B210 on a computer with Windows 7, we get the error message: "Active Directory Domain Service is currently unavailable". We have installed the drivers from the disc and have attempted both USB and Wireless installation--neither have been successful. We have uninstalled and reinstalled mulltiple times as well as followed another forum suggestion to run msconfig and change startup to diagnostic, etc. HP Print & Scan doctor has not helped resolve. Any ideas out there?

Clicking on a link to download a file in many different pages gives the error message: "Failed to load resource: Frame load interrupted" in the error console from the developers menu. This happens on many different pages. I reset Safari, repaired permissions, etc. Thanks!

Sorry for the late reply. I was searching for this error message myself and wound up back here, on work time no less!
This appears to be a bug/feature of Safari or one of the recent security updates. I am working on a web site where users download files and Safari is giving me this error. My production site also gives me this error and I would have noticed that earlier. It must be from the recent security update.
The cause is when a web site broadcasts a "fake" link to a file. You click on the link and a script, behind the scenes, generates the appropriate HTTP headers for the file you can and sends said file back to the user. I guess technically the frame load is being interrupted. I will have to investigate further, but there does not appear to be any error or problem. If I can't find anything I've done wrong or could do better, I will file a bug report on it.

Error when trying to add printer on USB Print Server

I'm attempting to connect to a Canon MP530 printer via a Netcomm NP3680 USB Print Server.
When attempting to add the printer via the Print & Scan process, the USB port is seen by the MacBook and listed - ie: mini_me-3-usb2, and the driver is selected automatically without any problem after gathering printer information, however the macbook is unable to connect and returns the error: "An error occurred while trying to add the selected printer."
If a manual configuration is attempted the message returned is: "An error occurred while trying to add the selected printer. Unable to communicate with the printer at this time." Further manual config via the IP address will allow the printer to be entered, however the printer is non-responsive.
I have setup this printer via the same Print Server on the same Macbook prior to this and it setup and worked correctly - the same setup is working correctly on my wife's macbook. However I had to remove the setup on my Macbook and can't get the printer functioning again on this particular Macbook, or my son's.
The direct connection setup via USB directly works without any problem at all.
I'm currently running OSX 10.8.1, however my son is running 10.7.x and has the same problem. My wife's macbook is also running 10.7.x and is working fine.
Can anyone throw any light on this issue - it is truely frustrating, especially when I know it has worked in the past.

After 55 views and 0 replies, and a number of calls to Applecare (without success) , I decided to once again troubleshoot the problem.
Fixed!
Bearing in mind, I had no other printers already set up in the Print and Scan window....
I removed the following items from the /library/preferences directory:
"com.apple.print.makequeues.plist",
"jp.co.canon.ij.print.filter.raster2canonij.plist",
"jp.co.canon.ij.print.utility.command2canonij.plist",
"org.cups.printers.plist"
I also removed all items from the /library/printers directory (including Canon, PPDs, plist files and icons)
Then I retried to install the printer..... (holidng my breath) and the Console showed:
Repairing access permissions of "/Library/Printers/InstalledPrinters.plist"
All is fine now
