Frame Position Jumps After Rendering

I'm making frame-by-frame position adjustments using the Motion tab(Center and Rotation), but some frames jump position after rendering, mainly vertically. Although the Center and Rotation values do not change, the frame still moves. Anyone have an idea why this is happening? Thx.

I'd probably try deleting the errant keyframes in the Motion tab, then rebuilding them, as long as it's an i frame QT compressed video format.
What are the sequence settings and source material properties? all DV? or HDV? or? h.264?

Nobody without further information. What is in your comp? Any footage? If so, what format and codec? What format and codec are you render into? What are your computer's specs?
And all of this info too.

  • Red frames in Adobe Premiere after rendering

Hi! I have a big problem since some months. After rendering .MTS files out of my Canon Leghria HFS in Premiere CS6 there appear red frames from time to time. This is also an issue after exporting them in Adobe Media Encoder. I already contacted Adobe concerning this problem but unfortunately nobody could help me there. I am not alone with this problem when - looking in the help forums in internet. But no hint really helped me out yet. Is there someone who knows this issue and can give me a helping hand? Great thanks!!

Try the trial version of this and convert the media. Then let me know if you are still getting the frames.

I had been working on the project for a few days. It is mostly pix and a couple videos. It has several scrolling text segments. Everything was going fine, then after a rendering a large scrolling text it started. It appears that it skips 12 frames each time as I'm  playing back.

  • Jerky and abrupt frame movement after rendering (Clip)

    Hello,
Would anybody happen to know what's the reason of jerky and abrupt frame movement after rendering?
Please go to the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ANTpUzk3jYY and watch the clip.
    - I have a 4Core CPU (Intel i7)
    - Graphic Card: Quadro FX 4800 (with the latest 64-bit drivers installed)
    - The most recent version of Elemental Accelerator (with the latest drivers installed)
    - Adobe After Effects CS4, Adobe Premiere PRO CS4.2
    - Adobe Photoshop CS4 Extended
    - Windows 7 64-bit
    - RAM memory: 12GB
Do you know why does this happen?
    Thank you!!
    Giannis

I use a Full HD 1080i SONY Semi professional cam (2,930.00 $). I use AVCHD file format which is accepted by premiere and after effects. I could convert it but I would not like to spend time since this kind of format is accepted by the software.
I don't have these problems all the time. Eventually I managed to export the clip properly. I think it has to do with temporal memory. I don't know. I have to check all the memory data for best peformance and best rendering. I think I have already done this but I will dig a little deeper in this..

  • Strange problem after rendering!

Hi guys , could you help me please? my system is Premiere Pro CS3, Win Vista32, 2gb Ram , integrated ATI xpress 200m with 128mb (with the last drivers), core2duo 1.8.
My problem is the following: after importing an AVI 640x480 30fps clip shot with my sony digital camera t20, i add it to the timeline, i play it and it works fine but right after rendering it , it jumps and flick. It also plays fine with windows media player so i was wondering why !!?!??
Are my setting of the project correct? I used DV NTSC 48khz project, but dont think that is something about these settings right? could it be main settings of premiere? i also read that some people had problems using the same graphic card 200m with premiere and vista, could the problem be connected with it?
thanks in advance if you can help...

No. Sorry. I have seen video shot on the same camera at 24fps and at 30fps and the difference was barely detectable. Both scenes were lit the same and shot the same other than frame rate. If we slowed it down it was detectable. Once played on a 20' screen it was a lot more evident, however. When the footage took up my entire area of vision, then the stuttering of the slower frame rate was easier to see. But on a smaller screen, no.
The "video" look is caused by a lack of depth of field and a sharper contrast, both of which should be addressed during production, not post. Just slowing the frame rate just isn't enough to make it not look like video.

  • Scale of video in timeline changes after rendering

    Hi,
I hope someone can tell me why I'm having this problem: before rendering, my video is adjusted to the frame size in the monitor window. After rendering the video looks all squished at the bottom. The scale and position are off. This has never happened before and I can't figure it out. Help?

Ok, thanks to Eddie Lotter, I now know how to paste in pictures, that's a start.

  • Single black frame in enhanced podcast rendered in GarageBand.

When a podcast created in Garageband is exported or shared with itunes, the resultant  .mov and .m4a are jpeg w/aac and will have occasional black frame at a chapter marker.
The chapters  are created by droping  images into the podcast track. These tiff images created from grab captures of screen shots. The audio is an mp3.
Anybody have any suggestions or ideas of cause?
    OS and iLife are uptodate.

Hi there, thanks for your advices. Unfortunately, none of them worked out.
The problem must be at some point where the screenpast part gets rendered out of Premiere. I recorded the screencast in Camtasia, rendered it out as an MP4 with H.264, imported the clip to Premiere, editetd everything together with other footage, and when exporting it out of Premiere (no matter what format), it all got messed up.
So I did the screencast again, the settings where the same and "suddenly" (well, after hours of swearing and rendering) the black frame was gone after the Premiere render. Still don't know what the actual problem was. Just hope it doesn't happen again because it's such a waste of time with all the rendering.

  • Movie flickers after rendering

    Hey fellows,
after rendering my graded clips flicker in all formats even as animation sequenz. It seem's that every half-frame is replaced by black frame. Where in the settings or output-settings could I combine the half-frames?
    Any idea?

Have you saved the VOBs ripped from your DVD-VIDEO and saved them to your computer hard drive and then are bringing them into Premiere Elements Get Media/Files and Folders? Or, are you following the recommended procedure of placing the DVD-VIDEO DVD disc in the DVD burner drive tray and using Premiere Elements Get Media/"DVD (Camcorder or PC DVD Drive") and the Media Downloader to do the job?
Either way, some people get excellent results. Others do not. For those do not, the remedy is converting the VOBs to DV AVI with the free download MPEG Streamclip
    http://www.squared5.com/
and then bring the DV AVI version into Premiere Elements via its Get Media/Files and Folders.
Have we determined that your Premiere Elements project preset (new project dialog) = NTSC DV Standard or Widescreen or the PAL counterpart? And, have we determined that you export will be as NTSC Standard or Widescreen or its PAL counterpart?
The answer is 99.99999999% in that MPEG Streamclip software conversion.

  • After rendering my film is zoomed in.

When editing a short film I can see the whole screen frames of my videos. But after rendering the film it is zoomed in about 25% so that I cant see the whole thing. How do I fix this problem. I have rendered many films but this is the first time this has happened to me.

Thanks for the reply with some details. Just a few more details please.
From what you wrote, your export setting is
    Publish+Share
    Computer
    Adobe Flash Video
with the export preset of F4V - HD 1080p (Flash 9 and higher)
I get the impression that you are using the preset as is with no adjustments under the Advanced Button of the preset. If so, then you are probably using a frame rate designed as "Same As Source". Don't. Go under the Advanced Button/Video Tab and change that to the specific frame rate of your video source which should be 29.97, 25, or 23.976 progressive frames per second. That Same As Source does not always function as expected and I do not want to include that as a possible variable even though I do not believe at this point that is at the core of your issue.
That should cover the export angle on this. Now onto to the import of your source video.
From what I have read of the video properties of your Canon camera, you are probably recording
1920 x 1080 @ 29.97, 25, or 23.976 progressive frames per second? This would be an AVCHD.mov file. So, the question becomes what are you or the project setting as the project preset for this project. This project preset in the new project dialog should match the properties of the source video. Do they?
As an example, if you are recording 1920 x 1080 @ 29.97 progressive frames per second, is the project preset set to
    NTSC
    DSLR
    1080p
    DSLR 1080p30 @ 29.97
If you are letting the project do the project preset setting, then determine what the program has set via Edit Menu/Project Setting/General. What do you see there grayed out or not, especially Editing Mode, Timebase, and Frame Size. In this example, Editing Mode = DSLR, Timebase = 29.97 frames per second, and Frame Size = 1920 x 1080.
Next, on the end product that you have now which appears to be zoomed, what player are you using for the play back?
And, can you confirm the properties of this end product with a video properties reader such as MediaInfo?
Please review. The above Q&A should to point to the core of the problem.
Please do not hesitate to ask for clarification on anything that I have written. If you are letting the project set the project preset and it is doing it incorrectly next I will detail how you set the project preset manually yourself.
    Thank you.

  • After rendering, video track turns a solid green?

Using FCE 3.5, after rendering video, the audio track works, but the video track is all just a solid green frame.  No video whatesover, only green.  Any ideas on how to fix this???  Thanks so much.

First, what effect(s) are you applying?  Are there settings in the effect that might be turning the video green?  Are you trying to chroma key a green screen?
Also, details help.  Exactly what model Mac are you using?  What version of OS X?  What are your sequence settings?  What is the source of the video clip?  Clip properties?  Any other effects you are using on the same clip(s)?

  • Jaggy Edges: None Before Rendering - Plenty After Rendering

    hi guys.
i'm working on a stop motion project at the moment. in Sequence Settings, Compressor is set to photo-jpeg, frame size and pixel aspect ratio to HD 1440x1080, field dominance to none, video processing to "always render in RGB" and rendering quality is set to Best.
now, the problem i've been facing is that the unrendered footage looks perfect, crisp and sharp in terms of its quality. but then it acquires jaggy edges on all of the objects in the footage after rendering!
OR... sometimes the footage looks fine when paused, but has jaggy edges in motion, when i press Play.
i even tried to export the footage without rendering it, but the exported material had the same jaggy edges issue.
could anyone help me with advice, please?
the imported photos of this stop motion project are top-quality. so the resulting final product with these jaggy edges is much more than undesirable!
    thanks in advance.

Ah, but you might have made some changes in AE Preferences, perhaps.
Mind you, I only did a fast once-over in this thread, I may have missed something, so I have to ask: do you have multiprocessing turned on?
If so, turn it off and leave it off until you get more memory: you don't have nearly enough memory to use it.  Considering AE 10 can use all the memory your machine can hold, 4GB ain't nothin' anymore.  16GB is pretty darned good, and 32GB is even better.

  • Picturesize problem after Rendering a timeline in Premiere Pro CS4

    Hello,
I currently work with 4.1.0 and have the following problem. When I import Tif sequenze 1280x720 as film, first the film looks correct. The red line above in the timeline says that the sequence is not rendered. When I render now this timeline by pressing the Enter-key, after rendering the content looks zoomed in the preview and on an output monitor the picturesize shrink to approx. 70 %. But there is no effect on this track. This happens simply with original tif files. When I use JPEG files the problem does not exists. So I presume a problem when processing tif files. Do you know problem like this?
    Thanks for an answer
    André

    André,
    What are your Project/Sequence Presets?
Is Scale to Frame off, or on?
    Good luck,

  • Strange problem after rendering reader extension

Pdf file is working well before rendering reader extension right. After reader extension right one page is automatically created double.
I cannot realize why the page become double. I was analysing with xfa debuger. All properties of page same but page2 is created double.
    https://dl.dropbox.com/u/70850345/print/xfaDebuger.jpg
I also moved page 3 next to page1. Then page3 is created double after rendering reader extension right.
DO you know why this page is created double?

    Hi,
there are several bugs in you form, which is really 'complicated'.
Most are allowed page breaks for subforms where you did not allow page breaks for the parent objects (the surrounding subforms or pages).
You also set several subforms flowable while the surrounding page are set positioned.
I fixed a few of the problems but not all as I had not the time.
The next thing I don't understand are the many masterpages which have almost the same content.
You'll need just one. All the rest can be placed on the body page(s).
In fact you also only need a single body page which is floating top-to-bottom and allows page breaks.
There you can place all the subforms you currently set as single pages.
