Framset not what I thought

So when I think of frames, I think of a page split up to help guide where
content is. Not the case if I try and use one of the frameset templates
provided with DW CS3. So what are these and how do you use them? Are they
truly frames in the traditional sense but I am just not using them
correctly? I first noticed this upon saving a test document and it wanted to
save it multiple times as if I have multiple pages or whatever. I guess
though with frames, in essence, that is what you have. I guess the approach
just threw me off. Can anyone put some clarity on this please? Thanks much.

All I see from my OE is this toolkit forum or things that have developer in it. I do not see one as you have labeled. When I type in dreamweaver, that is what I get. You probably cannot get a refund, since as RG said the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

It's possible they'll make an exception for you, something more likely if the app does not perform as advertised.

My HDD is not what I thought it is

It turns out that my hard drive is not a PATA drive as I thought, but in fact a SATA drive.
So... How did this thing function using PATA drivers? Let alone work at all (though badly!) with legacy IDE drivers? And, seeing as the kernels of distros like Slackware and Draco Linux have failed to properly recognize my SATA device - how do I keep a full kernel from trying to run my SATA controller with IDE drivers?

I checked the hard drive, and it is definitely SATA. However, if I use a kernel that has legacy IDE drivers compiled in, the kernel tries to use the IDE drivers instead of the libATA ones, as if I had a PATA controller. I was experimenting setting up parental controls on my macbook pro and selected to set up my current account with controls. Apparently my admin name and password are not what i thought, because now I cannot unlock them.

I thought my admin user name and password were the same I sign on with, apparently not because now I am locked out of my own computer. I took two hours to reload mavericks from ap store, because i was told it would give me the option of changing the password. It did not. Sooooo, that's where I am. Thanks for any help.

VBEH is not what I thought it was?

I have a question concerning the VBEH en VBEP tables. My ultimate goal is to be able to measure the delivercapability of sales orders. Therefor I want to measure the gap between a customer requested delivery date, and the confirmed delivery date.
For the confirmed delivery date I use the EDATU field in the VBEP table. This is the scheduled date. The problem is that with every re-scheduling, the original EDATU is updated. I would like to be able to measure the first confirmed (scheduled) date.
I thought I was lucky because of the presents of the VBEH table. Which is documented as the history tables of VBEP. To my surprise the table was empty, at least it was not filled with the expected data. There were no references to sales orders (and there should be).
Did I misinterpret the functionality of VBEH? Or is there some way that I can get this tables filled with the required data? Is there another way to get the history of the VBEP table?

Sounds like VBEH was sent into retirement. But table VBEP is part of change document object VERKBELEG, field EDATU is marked as change doc relevant -> you should get for each date change an entry in a change document.
Analysis the change documents to get the history of the scheduling dates. Especially the first entry for the field EDATU should contain in the field VALUE_OLD (of CDPOS) the original value, otherwise you can take the VBEP entry itself.

FCX 2 sync problem....not what I thought.

Folks...for whatever reason, when I try to import clips from my Sony minidv camera, I'm getting dropped frame warnings and a loss of audio sync. I'm using FCX 2.0.3 and Quicktime 7.1.6. I seem to remember (somewhere) that using the wrong version of Quicktime can cause this to happen. This is an IMac G5 with 768mb, running OSX 10.4.9, FCX 2.0.3 and Quicktime 7.1.6.
Taking the same camera to another machine, a G4 running FCP 5, I don't have the sync problems, but I did get a warning that my audio was not recorded at the same rate as that at which I was trying to capture. I changed the bitrate from 12 bit to 16 bit on the camera and that took care of the warning on the FCP box, but didn't do anything for my problem on my FCX 2 station.
A few other details...this is the first time I've used FCX since my system board and hard drive on the IMac G5 were replaced. Also at that time we went to OSX 10.4.9 from 10.3.X. Could this be any part of the problem?

As Michel told you - ALL versions of FCE before FCE 3.5 can be affected when using OSX 10.4.9.
The problem of dropped frames can be caused by a conflict between Spotlight and 10.4.9.
If you don't want to update the OS you can try this simple workaround :-
1. Open System Preferences and select Spotlight.
2. Select the Privacy Folder.
3. Drag FCE's Capture Scratch folder into it. That's it !
Don't worry about "moving" your Capture Scratch folder - you haven't really done anything to it except tell Spotlight to ignore it.
With luck you should be able to capture without dropped frames.

After loading a toolbar and finding it to be not what I thought, I attempt to go to Tools Add-ons so as to "uninstall" it, but get a tab labeled "Add-ons Manager" that says "Loading..." forever -- what's up with that?

Firefox 6.0.2. Loaded something called "Productivity 3.1 Community Toolbar", version 3.7.0.6, "Toolbar powered by Conduit". Simply want to go to the Add-ons Manager and get rid of it, but don't seem to be able to reach the Add-ons Manager. Is there some other way to rid myself of this toolbar?

Unless you had somehow backed up the iPad just before you deleted the notes - unfortunately there is no way to get the notes back. There is no undo feature or trash from which you can retrieve.
Are you sure that you deleted the note? You would have seen a large red Delete Note bar that you would have had to tap in order to delete the note. Have you checked the other accounts - tap accounts in the upper left corner of the app and check.
