Fraud and password, help!

my credit cart has been charged for iTunes transactions I never made... Fortunately, my bank has agreed to cancel the transactions!
My problem is: when I enter my password in iTunes it tells me it's not good. When I try to change it, it tells me it already exists... or that it's not good... Hints anyone? Thanks

Hi , Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I understand that you're being prompted for a username and password to print your HP Envy 7640 Printer. I will certainly do my best to help you. How is the printer connected? (USB/Wireless) Without seeing the screen that prompts you for the username and password, it's going to be difficult for me to determine what is happening. As you should not be prompted for a username and password when printing, unless your printer is asking for the wireless network information. Is it the Mac asking you for a username and password? Please take a screenshot and post it on this thread so that I can have a better understanding. I am wondering if you have parental controls activated? To check to see if this setting is enabled go here. Try disabling it and attempt printing again. Please respond to this post with the result of your troubleshooting. Again, this only affects you if someone *redownloaded* content with a different ID. In my case, I emailed iTunes Store support, explained the situation, and they reset the counter. I recommend you try the same
If you read discussion boards, this is a significant change from a year ago, when Apple told people in the same situation to go f&$# themselves. Clearly it's dawning on them that this is a stupid policy, and my guess is if people keep complaining they'll change it to something more reasonable. Remember, it wasn't that long ago you couldn't re-download content at all.
Apple can't really afford to play hardball on this. Sure, the hardcore fanboys will always say "Thank you sir, may I have another" whatever Apple throws at them, but the rest of us will just switch to Amazon, which has none of these restrictions.

I hooked up my external HD formated in FAT32 to the "N" Extreme GIG router. When acessing it with my XP PC it asks for a username and password! I can't find anywhere to set those parameters. Where do I establish my username and password to access the drive?

actually you don't enter a user name just a password (the password you set using Airport Utility) under Disks/File Sharing.

No, it is asking you to register with your Amazon user id and password. Your Apple ID won't work.

Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.
However, if the iPod is a 5G with iOS 7 snf the persone added their APple ID to Settings>iCloud you will run into the Activation lock

and will have to enter their ID and Password.
If you are the original purchaser of the iPod and purchased it from Apple directly then Apple MAY be able to help

Account HACKED, identity fraud, and no help

Hello I was recently informed that one of my contacts on Skype had their account compromised (April 19th). Their name was changed to "Ray Morgan" and their birthday was changed to "June 12, 1960" as well as their place of residence changed to "New York, USA" and their picture too. Then I had noticed something strange going on with my OWN account. I can no longer log in, and when I try to reset my password, it says to contact Customer Service.
I have filled out the Account Verification form three times already, have offered ALL of my information, including my name, date of birth, all my contacts, my billing address.. basically everything I can possibly give, and still no response. I am just getting the same email over and over again.
ANOTHER note. My contact whose account was initially compromised is a family member of mine, and I had created her account, however I do not remember the email used to create the account. The Skype representative who I spoke to over chat said that it does NOT matter, because Skype has other ways of verifying an account. This is extremely frustrating and quite frankly, scary.
Last night, our camera had randomly turned on on the laptop, without talking with anybody. When I quit Skype (as it just runs in the background), the light went off. I believe somebody was accessing my camera. I don't know what further steps to take, I believe somebody is spying and hacking on me. Why doesn't Skype help, this is ALL on you. My billing information is on my account.

" I have viewed the customer’s community post and pulled up the Skype account that is associated with the e-mail address below. The Skype account associated with the customer’s e-mail address provided does not contain any stored payment details, nor is the account blocked. No record of any account take over on the user name is present, and the password was recently changed on April 19th 2015.
If the customer is referring to a different skype name that is associated with a different e-mail address (Which I suspect is the case in this circumstance) I would be happy to help with the issue by providing whatever guidance I can. However, we cannot support account recovery via live chat or phone call for security and privacy purposes. Because the information required for account verification contains sensitive information, verification can only take place over e-mail through the form that was provided previously. If the customer has filled out the form for account verification/recovery, I will be able to see the information that she filled out and compare that to her account information to hopefully give her back access to the account. If the information provided does not match the account information the account will remain blocked.
If there are other accounts that have been compromised the account owner should contact support and create their own request for recovery. "

Mail and password: Help please!!!

I have changed my password and on my iPhone and iPad there is no problem. However, on my iMac, 10.8.2 every time I put the computer to sleep and then wake it up again Mail tells me to verify my password. I press OK but it refuses to accept and I am forced to go to System Preferences, then mail where I press OK for the same password and the whole thing then works.
In Yahoo it works perfectly!
What is happening in Mail. I have deleted the account in preferences and set it up again but all to no avail.

You might try the following steps:
Restart the device by holding down the on/off button until the power down slider appears.
Try entering your password in another location (i.e. when you are using a different wifi network)
Reset all settings (settings > general > reset), this resets some of your settings to factory default. It’s not a complete removal of settings. It removes all of your preferences for Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Do No Disturb, Notifications, General, Sounds, Brightness & Wallpaper and Privacy. It does not remove any of your data.
Try signing out of iCloud and back in (only if find my phone is disabled)
If this doesn’t help your best option may be to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.

My connection was very slow so I reset my device. Now the wireless network name i created does not show up when I try to connect my computer to the internet. The cisco network shows up, but when I click on it and try to go to a website it says I am not connected to the internet. My warranty has expired so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can reconfigure the router's wireless settings. I suggest you give it a new network name (SSID) and change the channel. Try channels 6, 9, 11, or 1. Better try all the channels and choose the one that works best. Check this link.

You are NOT allowed to assume or take over or merge the previous Owner's Apple ID Account with yours. The Apps and media that that Owner bought in the Mac Store and iTunes Store were solely for his use and CANNOT under the Terms of Use for Apple be transferred to or used by anyone else. You'll have to purchase new anything you want to use from the Store. And you will Not be able to Update any Apple Apps he left on the Mac. Sorry, but those are the rules.

I bought an old iPod touch. It has loads of music and games on it.. When I connect it to my PC and it goes off to iTunes, it cant find the iPod and asks for a password. I would just like to have it reset so that I can add it to my account and get some of my music on it.

Connect the iPod to your computer and restore tot factory settings/new iPod via iTuns. See:
iTunes 10 for Windows: Update and restore software on iPod, iPhone, or iPad
You may have to place the iPod in Recovery Mode to allow the restore. If that does not work try DFU mode and restore.

Excel Download of a Web SAP BW Report asks userid and password.please help

Dear BW folks,
Issue: When I run a specific SAP BW Report from Web and download the same into excel & csv.
When I open the excel file downloaded, it asks me user name and password to enter. csv file downloaded doesn't ask.
The report has 0cust_sales hierarchy and SBU hierarchy.
Is there any thing to do with these hierarchies that the excel download is asking user name and password?
Please help me out!!!!! This report needs to be downloaded into excel sent to my manager.....
