Fraudulant usage of my account

I am seeing that my mothers skype account has been hyjacked.. [Removed for privacy] remains online even though she is offline... i can call the number when she is online and she automatically goes online... i recently bought her a tesco's huddle.. installed a "skype" app and even when i sent the hudl by post to her (wifi would not have worked during the journey) it is still online.... soemone has added a primary email address and i cannot chnage the password to take over the account.. Skype support have checked our details but for some unknown reason cannot comprehend that until the fake primary email address is replaced by the one we registered with I cannot secure it.. It appears that my mum is logged into a fake sype which in turn is logged into the real skype.. therefore everything she types and says is being tracked... I work in IT and this is a huge security issue.. PLEASE SKYPE support remove the j.adams email AS ITS FAKE AND NOT THE REGISTERED ONE

Hi Rahul,
When we are doing transactions with items that are defined as 'non-inventory', expense account comes into picture. Else, the "inventory" account" will be affected.
We define the "expense Account" in the "Inventory" tab of the "G/L Account Determination" screen. However, depending upon the nature of item or warehouse, we can change the expense account both at item group as well as warehouse screens.

Fraudulent calls on my account. Need refund of $12...

I have a Skype account (mosaicsteph) that I have not used in 6 months. I have a credit card on file and when my account is below 50 cents it automatically adds funds back to the account.
On November 11, 2012 my account was accessed by an unknown user and there are pages and pages of calls to Demark on my account. The calls are for 1 minute each and each call is to a different number. This is clearly not my doing.
In addition, if you look at my card charges you can see where it would have kept pulling money, had money been in that account. Luckily, there wasn't much in this account. It has cost me additional bank fees on top of the $120.
I have tried to work with Chase and their claims department, but you have denied their claim twice.
Please credit my account immediately. This activity is from someone accessing my account fraudulantly.

Your account has been hacked. Please change your password IMMEDIATELY.
Skype doesn't refund any loss due to account hacking as the only way an account can be hacked is by the hacker either knowing or guessing your password.

Any need for malware software with 10.9.2? Recent fraudulent withdrawals from an account managed on an i-Mac. Bank suspects malware introduced by the computer. Is this a possibility? Using latest version of Mavericks.

I have had a recent fraudulent set of withdrawals from a an account which is managed online via an iMac, using Mavericks 10.9.2. Bank believes that malware on the iMac may be the source. Is this a possibility? Apple experts say it is highly unlikely.

Unless the bank can PROVE that the unauthorized withdrawals were initiated FROM that Mac... They're blowing smoke up your backside.

Verizon Business Usage of Broadband Account

I'm just curious if anyone else has found this to be true:
I utilize Verizon's broadband wireless for my business. I live in a rural area and the 5GB monthly limit broadband is a better option than satellite, which can be intermittent. Recently I started seeing unusualy high 'recieve' rates to my account - which I haven't seen before for the last year that I've had the account. Today I tracked it using my resource monitor, and found that the following IP was sending me info at a rate of about 40+ MB every 10 minutes: 63.116.246.27.
Oddly, the IP tracks back to Verizon Business. If they keep this up, within the 8 hour work day I'd usually stay connected to my broadband, I'll - well, Verizon will - use almost half of my monthly allowance for data transfer! Has anyone else seen this? I find it pretty unacceptable that my provider is using my data usage for themselves - and using it at this horrifying rate! Anyone know what this is and why it's happening? Thanks!

Is your broadband device downloading some type of update?
A firmware or software update might be several hundred megabytes, and happen in the background.
I'd poke around the software and see if you can find anything about an update being applied.

Fraudulent activity on my account

Hello,
I noticed fraudulant activity on my skype account. I received some email about recharge, which never reached my account. Anyway 57.5€ in 5 transactions were recorded on my credit card (mastercard, belfius). Obviously skype is saying i should go to the credit card company, and the credit card company says i should get in contact with skype and the police,... How to get in contact with skype? Impossible to send any email to any customer service? Writing this message seems to be the only contact option possible!
So how can i contact skype and do something?

I have a PAYG account with EE. I can't view my usage on my account. Why not?

When I try to view my usage I always get an error message. Is there any way I can view usage for my PAYG account? or is that service restricted to contract accounts only

Command "Payment Usage" in Archived Accounting Document does not works.

I can't use command "Payment Usage" in FB03 to drilldown from the document to its related invoices if this is the archived payment/clearing document . Is there the other way to find this relationship between the payment/clearing document and invoices? Thank you very much..

when you have archived the document the document is not available in SAP. In that case how you find out the invoice and relate?

Client object model - Usage of System account

We are about to start using Client object model (C#) for SharePoint 2010. We have been using Server object model and used Run with elevated privileges for most of the SP operations.
In Client object model, there is an option to use system account credentials as the context credentials.
Is there a security hole with this approach or is it advised to proceed with this approach?

Reason for adopting COM - We want to use ASP MVC 4, Web API 2 for writing API for our application which uses SP 2010 as a backend. As SP2010 does not support .net runtime 4.0, we wanted to use COM and host the API separately.

I will suggest you to pass credentials of a user with site admin permissions in your code which can act similar to elevated privileges for all SP operations.
I have used in almost similar requirement where I was using ASP.NET MVC and SharePoint 2013, and using SharePoint for document management.

Question about usage of aaa accounting commands

I have the problem that Cisco routers and switches do not send some accounting command
information to ACS.
Accounting commands do not send to ACS are "show log" and "show version".
Accounting commands send to ACS are "show runn", "conf t" and "debug"
The configuration of routers and switches is the following
aaa new-model
aaa authentication login default group tacacs+ line
aaa authorization commands 15 default group tacacs+ none
aaa accounting exec default start-stop group tacacs+
aaa accounting commands 15 default start-stop group tacacs+
tacacs-server host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx key yyyy
I think the commands do not send to ACS are privilege level 1 command and the commands
send to ACS are privilege level 15 command.
So I need to additional aaa accounting command below to get routers and switches send level 1
command to ACS, because the "15" of "aaa accounting commands 15" does not include level 1
so need to configure "aaa accounting commands 1" for level 1 commands.

Is my understanding correct ?

Adjustment Accounts are both P&L and Balance Sheet
P&L Accounts are used to post small differences and payment difference.- we can use both Expense and Income -If the adjustment amount will be revenue create Income account lf the adjustment amount will be expense create expense account, - for P&L there will be no clearing available because these transactions never show in open so no need to clear
balance sheet accounts means - there accounts are clearing accounts - in blance Sheet accounts we are a option of clearing - while creating Gl accounts - control date if you select check box - open management item - system will allow for clearing - it mean all the transactions will show in open (red) - untill u clear for balance sheet item we need to check daily for clearing (F.13 )

MBP 2.16 occasional 52% CPU usage for user account

Every few days, my MacBook Pro, 2.16, 4 GB Ram, will run very hot at 70 degrees Celsius. Activity Monitor show high user CPU usage, usually at about 52%. I quit all non-essential services without being able to reduce user CPU usage at all. Bare minimum startup apps. A reboot always brings usage down to normal, as well as the temperature. For the life of me, I can't figure this out. This has been going on for over a year, and none of the OS updates have changed the situation. Any ideas? What am I missing?

First, 70º C isn't all that hot. Normal range of temperatures is 30-85ºC depending upon usage. Second, total processor usage is meaningless. You need to determine what process is demanding the CPU to determine what is causing the problem if indeed there is a problem.
Open Activity Monitor, select All Processes from the Processes drop down menu. Click twice on the CPU column heading to display in descending order. Look for the process that is consuming so much CPU time. That is the process or application that is having a problem unless it's an mds or mdworker process that may be using time because it's indexing or doing other Spotlight related work. In this case it may go on for a while but eventually it will return to normal activity.

Auto-Recharge & Usage on my account

I didn't realize that my account was set up on automatic recharge and thus my credit card was charged for $35. I have since removed automatic recharge. However, when I check the amount of Skype Credits I have since the re-charge, there is only $0.38 when I haven't used my account at all. The Call History doesn't show any calls recently either. What is this? How can I find out what happened to my account?

If you speak to customer services they would be able to give you an average but that would be taken from the last 3 months.
The only way to see what you've used would be to go through the bills.
We do have Data Calculator you can use to estimate how much data you would need.
